Hello, My subscription was automatically renewed yesterday (€159). I canceled it immediately after noticing, as I no longer use Zoom. This renewal was unintentional, and I am requesting a refund as I acted promptly within 24 hours. I would really appreciate your support in resolving this. Thank you in advance.

Hello, Zoom customer center manager.I am using an account, and I would like to request a refund for my recent Zoom subscription pro pricing plan.The payment was unintentionally updated automatically.I would like to request a refund considering that it has been terminated from the current account and has not been used yet.If you need any additional information, please feel free to let me know

I now get pop-ups from Zoom every time I receive an email in my gmail account (use gmail to login to zoom), that only started in the last 24 hours.  It is just like email notification in outlook.   How do I turn off that setting so pop-up incoming email notifications stop?

I recently noticed that my Zoom subscription was automatically renewed on April 17, 2026, and I was charged without my intention. I would like to request a full refund for this charge.I have not used the service at all since the renewal date, and I did not intend to continue the subscription. I kindly ask for your understanding and request that the full amount be refunded.

zoomの解約方法についてです。今までプロプランを使用ていていましたが、不要となったためサブスクリプションの自動更新を停止し、アカウントを削除しようと思います。 プロプランのラサブスクリプションは停止し、現在支払いのステータス欄を見ると「自動更新は停止しました」と表示されています。次にアカウントプロフィールから「アカウントを終了します」を押したのですが、「アカウントを削除できません　このアカウントは有料アカウントです。アカウントを削除したい場合は、「請求」または「営業担当に連絡」に移動し、サブスクリプションをキャンセルしてください。」と表示されます。 再度「請求」に移動し確認しましたが、やはりサブスクリプションは自動更新は停止になっています。 どのようにすればアカウントを削除できますか。プロプランを使用できる日数が残っているのですが、その日数を過ぎてからでないと削除できないのでしょうか。

I didn't cancel my subscription, so the payment was made by mistake and I want to get a refund.

Why is it that if you reassign a license to another user, then this license is blocked and not assigned to anyone? There was no problem with this before.

For Customer Complaints Management. I lodged ticket issue BIL2471822, this has Not been resolved. It has drag on for over a month, billing/account take about 3 or 5 more days until respond in each time. They kept ignoring what asked, and give generic responses that is irrelevant and not what I asked. I have repeatedly asked for this to be sent to Complaints Management section - which they have not done and ignore this. And billing team leader closed ticket. This is not close, nor is this resolved and I did not ask for billing team leader. I asked for Complaints Management - it is a different section who will be able to deal with it.This is a message for zoom staff to response and reallocated my ticket item to complaint management to response to me directly. I lend my laptop to my mother so she could use zoom and renamed it, but now everytime I use it my mom's name appears, it doesn't matter how many times I rename it with my name, it still happens. I don't know what to do. If someone can help, I would really appreciate it.

Hello. We received the message: "You have exceeded the limit of license assignments for your account." I understand that we are no longer allowed to transfer a single license between two users. Please, PLEASE...is there any way that I can speak with an actually person instead of the AI bot? Our account details have changed but we didn't change them. I have the account number, the email, the invoice number and everything but the bot can't help. I am getting an error message saying "Having trouble signing in with this email..." It won't even accept the email address so that I can go to the next page to enter the password. We haven't changed anything on our account and I have the invoice to prove we paid for the year.

I had recently availed of upgrading to zoom one basic plus, which supposedly entitles me to 4 meetings a month that can go beyond the 40 min time limit. Whenever I arrange a meeting, I am only given up to 40 minutes. However, I can't seem to avail of it despite it showing that I can in my profile. I wanted to know how I can avail of this considering I am already charged of the additional fees.  Thank you.

Hi, I signed up for the Zoom phone metered plan ($12/ monthly) and after trying to add my Poly E350 Voip phone by using the MAC, I continue to get an error message stating “Extension 800 requires a Zoom Phone Metered, Unlimited, or Pro plan.” Please see attachment   Is there something I’m missing, or do I need to upgrade the plan again in order for me to add the phone? Any advice is really appreciated. Thank you
