Paid for my regular education account but am still listed in basic plan

Hi,

I am in need of urgent assistance.

I paid for my regular educational account but my account is listed as 'basic'

I see a lot of people complain about this and get no response.

There is no one to talk to.  Only foreigners who say that someone will call me back.

This is my ticket number by you:
 BIL1252425

Perhaps my payment didn't go through to you as it's status is listed as "credit"

I'd like to be able to speak to a real person until this issue is solved.

Please get in touch with me as soon as possible

Did you use your educational institution email address to setup this paid account? if so was this email address ever apart of that institutions Zoom account? If so then that email address may still be associated with that institutions account.

If this is the case then the admin or account owner of that Zoom account would need to remove you from their list of users.

Why is my account listed as Basic when I’m paying monthly for the advanced work flow account

Hello @Ann Herrold-Peterson

In your account management > User Management > Users, can you confirm that you have assigned your paid license(s) to yourself? If not, you can assign the paid license and that should clear the issue up.

I hope this helps and if this answers your question please make sure to mark this as a solution.

Thank you,

Jake

Hello @Aklaunch

Someone from Zoom’s Billing department responded to your case. I would recommend following the instructions provided by the Zoom Billing department agent.

I hope this helps and if this answers your question please make sure to mark this as a solution.

Thank you,

Jake
