Requesting to exchange a product

This is my first time making a purchase. I intended to buy the ZoomPro, but I accidentally bought the ZoomMate (Standard Capacity) instead. I only realized the mistake later and haven't used the item at all. Is it possible to exchange the product for the ZoomPro? Pleaseeeeeeeeeee
