AI Companion

My team starting using AI Companion to take notes during our meeting. When we review the meeting summary it notates incorrect names. For example, it notes Judy when the participant's name is Karen. Is there a way to adjust this to have accurate notes?

I recorded a meeting, but was not aware of the AI feature to provide a written summery (did not enable the summery feature). Can I get a written summary now, after the fact? 

I need help! cuse i dont have the AI companion in my own meeting, i maybe have it but for my self not! 😢 pls help

Hello, fellow Zoomers! I'm trying to figure out how/if I can provide a prompt to the AI companion on how I would like the summary formatted? Currently, I'm taking my summary and then pasting it into a custom prompt I built to re-format the summary into the format my client requires. (an organization I contract with to serve their clients. They have a specific format they want the meetings outcomes reported in). It would be great if I could accomplish that within Zoom and lose the extra step.  Thank you in advance!Mike

Hello, I've had AI companion creating summaries without a problem until about a month ago, when it stopped. I didn't change any settings before this happened.When I go on Account settings > AI companion, it it set to autostart and Meeting summary is on, but I get an error message below saying "one or more AI companion features are disabled in your settings". I enabled it everywhere I could think of inside "manage all settings", and it still doesn't work, can you please help?

We're having trouble with one person's recording to the cloud not creating the Ai companion feature Summary, chapters, etc. even though his settings are the same as mine and we have the same type of accounts.  We went down and compared his settings with mine and they are set up exactly the same as mine.  Anyone have this problem??Thanks

Is it possible to remove the AI Companion ad that appears on the 'waiting for host to start meeting' screen?

I am trying to set up an automation around the ZoomAI Summary. When I go to setup my first Step and Test my Trigger, I get:Error code: Error while retrieving: The app returned "Meeting does not exist: WjL+QoPoSeKlcNgDGsqjXg==.". Yes I have already connected my Zoom account and "tested connection" and that was successful I have looked for any restricting settings that may block Zapier from being able to find the meeting and turned them off:Only Authenticated users can view cloud recording is OFF andRequire password to access shared cloud recordings is OFF I figured it may not work unless there is a brand new meeting, so I made a brand new meeting and it generated a summary, but Zapier still didn't pick it up. Any ideas on how I can get this working?

Hi there, My wife is always receiving this email message in her email account from my Zoom account via Fathom where I am never invited to any of her Zoom meetings: "(My name) is using Fathom to record Google Meet meetings and streamline the note-taking. Is it okay if (my name) records your meeting tomorrow?" How can I stop Fathom from sending these message my wife email address?

I have been testing out advanced features in our enterprise Zoom account to help streamline our work related to typing up and managing meeting notes. When the features work--they are great. But when they don't work for no understandable reason, it is a major disappointment requiring back up approaches (which minimizes the impact of using the features if they are intermittent in functionality). The specifics:1. Meeting transcripts. These are great when you remember to (a) turn it on at the beginning of a meeting, and (b) save the transcript immediately before exiting the meeting. I find it odd that Zoom can automatically start recordings and save recordings for you, but not automatically start or save transcripts. Why? I don't need to record with everyone on video and talking, etc. The transcription is much more helpful in capturing notes from a meeting, and when it works, it really reduces the time it takes us to distribute meeting notes. I used to love the meeting summaries.  As a paid member, I introduced multiple companies to and suggested zoom as our video conferencing app, almost entirely for the AI's video recordings and meeting summaries. What I loved about the summaries: 1. Easy to read and understand2. Easy to edit (by browser) and share (by email) Now they seem: 1. Incredibly difficult to edit (by browser) or share2. Difficult to understand  I'm a tech savvy guy.  Anyone on this forum is.  But what I liked about the old version was that it was easy for our non-tech savvy coworkers and clients to understand as well.  Now the editor has tons of links and icons, and the share button only sends viewers to a link so they can log in to zoom docs.  Once a client or coworker sees that they need to login, they balk and ask me to send them a .doc or pdf or email.  And then, g

I had a meeting scheduled by the other person.  They agreed for me to take notes, I pushed the AI button which they approved however I did not record the meeting.   Were no notes recorded because I did not record the meeting?  If it was recorded, I can't seem to access the notes.   Thank you

If I enable Meeting Summary with AI Companion, how can I also enable Smart Recording with AI Companion at the same time? I love the meeting summaries, but I also want to access the full transcript (With the Smart Recording features) but I can't find a way to do that, I can only pick one or the other. Any ideas?

Hi,I've both Admin and Owner access to my agency's zoom company portal.We have Zoom One Business licenses, which should meet the prerequisite to use the feature.I'm trying to enable Zoom AI Companion so we can try out Meeting Summary, but I do not see the option in Account Setting.I would greatly appreciate it if someone can assist me in this.Thanks. 

How can I retrieve the meeting notes from an expired meeting, it expired 12 days ago. HELP!!

we use outlook and i always on behalf of my boss to set up meeting, but my boss can't use AI companion if i don't join in the meeting. some meetings are confidencial that i won't take part in, my boss can't use Ai, it's very inconvient for us

At the start of a meeting, I accepted the AI into the room. Then a notification announced that the recording had been started. So I didn't start the recording myself as usual. But at the end of the meeting, I can't find the recording anywhere. I know where I can usually find the recording in the cloud or on my computer. My question is about how to find recordings made by AI.After some research, I've learned that the AI is indeed supposed to make a small recording”. Where is this recording?

I have enabled the AI Meeting summary and it did not work.  At first I thought I just couldn't find the summaries but I did locate the folder and there is no summary there.
