Hello everyone, Do you know if there is a way to link the AI summary to Zaiper?Right now the best solution is to add the email summary to it, it's not clean but we can at least add the body of text, for notes and the next steps. Do any other options come to mind? Maybe with the webhook? Would that require beta App extensions or APIs?

Hello! I am super satisfied with work of an AI Companion BUT, only if it works... I just had several situation with AI Companion just didn't work even if I have him turned on manually and I have an option to automatically be turned on on every meeting. Please advise me when this issue will be solved because I am working with my clients and I NEED to have the summaries to bring them value. Right now I am considering to change the meeting software to Google Meet (because for me it's free) and buy an external notetaker. HELP! 🙂

Problem description:I am the organizer of Zoom meetings and use the web interface. I usually have no issues accessing meeting summaries, but the summary for a specific day won’t open.I can see it in the list, but the arrow button to open it doesn’t work.Summaries for other days open without any problems.I’ve tried using different browsers (Chrome, Edge) and reloading the page, but the issue persists.I also tried accessing it from another device and through the Zoom app, but the problem remains only for this particular summary.There’s no option to download the data or bypass the issue in the Reports section.Are there any known reasons or solutions for this issue?Additional information:Account level: Licensed versionOperating system and browsers used:Windows 10 pro, Chrome 131.0.6778.70Date and time of the meeting: Nov 2

Hi, I'm probably having a 50% success rate with AI companion actually generating a meeting summary. I get this message:  I apologize, we are unable to generate what you need because the input provided does not contain sufficient information. Please check whether the input is too brief or unclear. Meetings are 30 minutes. Very clear action items in the meeting. Typically these meetings are me and one other person. All my settings are set properly (cloud recordings, generate meeting summary, ai companion on from the start, etc.). Any idea what's going on? My next step is to get a different AI notetaker but would rather not pay for another tool. 

I used Zoom AI transcription services in Zoom phone with success 10 days ago. Yesterday, the platform no longer shows the AI diamond selections, my previous transcriptions are "poof" gone, and now when I make a call it is no longer transcribing. I checked settings, worked with the chatbot, worked with a live agent, and reset everything. Logged in again to see if it is in place and NO it is not. Tested it this morning and NO it is not working. Seriously? What did Zoom do that messed all of this up?!?

Hi, I'm using Zoom Workflow to send email notifications after the meeting ends. What I'm trying to figure out is how to choose email recipients based on the live meeting participants. Currently, the Gmail integration with Zoom Workflow doesn't allow me to select live participants for the email, which means I have to enter them manually. This will be an issue when each meeting has different participants. 

I want to enable AutoStart meeting summary, but I'm getting a message "One or more AI Companion features are disabled in your settings" I have Zoom Workplace Pro

What is going on with the quality of the Meeting Summary with AI Companion?  Has there been some change or upgrade implemented recently?!  My Meeting Summaries have gotten progressively shorter and worse over the last week or so.

I just ran into a situation where the AI Companion meeting summary assigned an action item to a person who had not attended the meeting. There is no record of the person's name in the attendee list or in the meeting transcript.I've relied on and enjoyed the meeting summaries, but my confidence stumbled. 

I am the only user on my Pro account yet the AI Meeting summary switch is greyed out and i can't turn it on.

Can I ask how the AI summary is delivered / prompted to the user following the meeting. As well as receiving the email, does Zoom proactively pop up and prompt for historical calls on the account or is the only method of access then to look at the call history and go into the chat to find the summary. 

I was on a Google Meet call two months ago, initiated by the secretary of my HOA group.  My Zoom read.ai (I had allowed it to install in Zoom some time before) somehow self-initiated in the Google Meet, even though we weren't using Zoom, and the Meet account wasn't mine. There have been two more HOA meetings since, and both times the read.ai program was still somehow connected to the secretary's Google Meet account.  I was not personally present at either of those two meetings due to other commitments, but in both cases read.ai showed me present, and yesterday, it also sent a meeting summary via email to everyone after the meeting under MY NAME. I have uninstalled read.ai from Zoom, but I have a terrible feeling that it is like a virus that somehow skipped to that woman's Google Meet program and nothing I do is going to fix that for her.   And to add insult to injury, it appears that the meeting summary wasn't even accurate.&nbsp

Hi I have not used zoom now for ages, and when I now go to launch a meeting, 75% of my real estate is zoom ai companion - which I do not even want !! I am left with a tiny window top left showing the actual meeting !!!I have followed the instructions, logged in to web portal, gone to Admin section, then Account Settings and AI Companion tab, but the only options there are :- DocsWorkspace Reservation ResourcesWhitepaperGetting Started GuideOnboarding Centre There are no options related to meetings at all ??? I have a meeting tonight 1900 so would really appreciate if someone could help me to block, minimize, remove this awful addition which zoom have seen fit to add. Thank you

I have enabled transcripts in my Zoom Pro account (iMAC OS Sonoma 14.5) but I only get audio and video files. No VTT file. I have integration with Practice Better which is supposed to take the transcript and create the notes after my client sessions. I have my settings the same as my colleague's but yet I still only get 2 files - audio and video. Please advise, Sybil

I used Meeting Summary w/ AI Companion for a few meetings yesterday, and the links are still grayed-out / un-clickable in my zoom account. Any thoughts/suggestions?

I don't understand why I get post meeting summaries only from some meetings since all the settings are the same.Pls help 

Hi ,Is there a way we can generate transcripts from a recorded zoom session where Transcript was not pre enabled  .

I have a AI SUmmary that when I try to access it, it is greyed out and a green circle with a cross line shows up which does not allow me to click on link to get it.  Can someone assist me on why this is happen

Hello,Does anyone know where to find AI reports for the following AI tools? Consumer sentiment and agent talk metrics?

I use AI transcription and since yesterday some of the Zoom meetings stopped giving transcripts (I control the space and delete old ones, so it's not a storage space issue). Now 1 summary is inactive, the next one is active, the next one is inactive again. And the system doesn't even let me delete them. Hi there Zoom Community, I'm wondering if anyone has had any experience or luck with using features such as Meeting Summary or Smart Recordings with Zoom Webinars? I am frequently setting up and leading multiple webinars each month for my company, but I don't seem to be having any luck with accessing / implementing some of the AI Companion features inside Zoom webinars (thinking Smart Chapters, Meeting Summary, Meeting Coach, Whiteboard Content Generation, etc.) Any and all insight and assistance would be appreciated!

We are highly doubtful about the use of AI. These machines are not only energy-drainers, they are data extractors, and necessarily affect communications in myriad unwanted and unexplained ways. There is zero evidence that the power they offer will be resisted by the companies that build them or deploy them. For these reasons (and deeper more philosophical ones) we are preparing for a world in which computers have become unusable. We rely on Zoom for a very large part of our participation in world affairs, so it will be very sad if Zoom has to go. But if we cannot function AI-free, so be it.
