제가 2025.11.28 Pro zoom 단기 (1한달) 결제를 하였습니다. 그러나 저도 모르게 사용하기도 전에 2-3일 된 시점에 자동으로 취소되었습니다. 왜 취소했는지 알고 싶습니다. 다시 제가 결제한 Pro  zoom 사용할 수 있도록 해 주세요. 그렇지 아닐 경우 전액 환불을 요청합니다.   

Hey!, Zoom Community members! I noticed something strange while using the AI Voice Recorder.The real-time transcription worked correctly, but the transcription saved in the Zoom portal was completely useless.Worst of all, previously the real-time transcription text was saved to the cloud, but now transcriptions are created based on the recorded audio data, which is very disappointing.This happens when the microphone volume is too low.When I play back recordings saved to the cloud, it sounds incredibly faint, like the buzzing of a mosquito.This doesn't happen when recording Zoom meetings.Is there a setting in the Voice Recorder to automatically adjust the microphone volume?If anyone knows, I'd appreciate your help. AIボイスレコーダーを使っていて奇妙な事に気づきました。リアルタイムの文字起こしは正しく行われていましたが、Zoomポータルに保存された文字起こしは、全く役に立たないものでした。最悪なことに、以前は、リアルタイムの文字起こしテキストがクラウドに保存されていたのですが、今は、録音データを元に文字起こしが作成されるようになっていて、非常に残念です。

I am testing out the AI features for my organization and have noticed that there is no way to easily export the AI generated meeting summaries from the Zoom web interface. It is great having the ability to edit directly in the web interface, but it would be even better if it was easy to export and store these notes to our document management system when needed. Right now, all we can do is copy and paste to a word doc, which is not ideal. Am I missing something? If not, I'll submit feedback directly to Zoom. 🙂

Hi, I'm trying to integrate Amazon Q with AI Companion.Pro plan and Custom AI Companion subscribed, AI Companion enabled, I can chat and send message in AI Companion tab both Desktop and Webapp. But I'm don't see the Add (Plus) sign button showing up in order to tag my custom Amazon companion. Any solution for this?Thanks

I was so happy and impressed with the Meeting Summary notes that Zoom's AI Companion shared after the calls this past year. However, something absolutely changed since 04/20/2025. Now, my meetings notes are much shorter and only receive 1-3 summarized paragraphs instead of the usual 7-10 that I was receiving before. Is there anything I can do to solve this issue?

Yesterday I turned on meeting summary, as I have done for other meetings in the past,  but it didn't render and there's no record of it on my Zoom account. Is there any way to find it if it exists?

We had a recurring meeting and 1 person in meeting (01:18) without anyone attending or talking, however, the Zoom AI meeting summary 

Can Zoom create an option to delay the recording until the Zoom AI Summary is ready to send together with the recording? Currently emails may be sent separately or together depending on when the summary or the recording is completed. I would like one email of them together.

My organization does not want to use AI Companion and when meeting participants see the icon, they want to use it.I have disabled AI Companion by going to Account Management /Account Settings. I also disabled Meeting Summary with AI Companion and AI Companions Questions. Several community responses refer to selecting the option “Hide in Meetings toolbar.” I do not see this option. A chat with tech support and a call to Zoom - AI, not a person - did not resolve the issue.I have a Workplace Pro account and I am the account owner.

How do I use Zoom Docs to make an AI from a Zoom recording of a meeting recording? I am not having much success searching the help files and uploading recordings into AI Companion 

I have turned off AI Companion. I find it annoying and some participants find it intrusive.However, if one of the participants has AI Companion running during a meeting I have initiated, do I still get a prompt that AI Companion is recording the session?Thanks! 

Is it possible to get a meeting summary when a Zoom meeting is hosted by someone else?

The subject is pretty self-explanatory. I'm a psychotherapist. I'm considering using AI Companion to summarize sessions for my notes. Do user sessions get used in training the AI? Thanks!

Smart Chapters are not smart. I had hoped they would generate based on the meeting's agenda headings, but that does not appear to be the case. Seriously, what is the point of having chapters if they do not actually align with the meeting's agenda? Am I just not seeing a way to sync meeting chapters to agenda headings? Or, at the very least, a way to predefine chapters? If "Smart" chapters don't align to the actual topics discussed (aka the topics listed in the agenda) then they really don't serve a purpose IMHO. 

In the last few weeks hyperlinks now appear for the bullet point text in the next step section of the ai meeting notes. Zoom trying to get you to use their task setting tool no doubt. (We use Hubspot and Google tasks.)I use these for recap emails to customers. I need to remove the links easily. Clearing formatting in other softwares doesn't work very well and fiddly, lots of clicks.  Can I turn this formatting off? Anyone know or have work around? Thanks.

Hello - I LOVE the summary feature and the to-do list that Zoom AI creates when I'm on a meeting. I'd like to find a way to use it even when I'm meeting with someone in person, not remotely. Is there a way to make that possible? Thanks! 

For the first time, I chose to allow the AI companion to join the meeting. I am both the admin of the account and the host/organizer of the meeting. The plan is Workplace Pro. Following the meeting, on the main dashboard, I pulled down the AI Companion option to choose 'Summarize this Meeting'. I received this message: Sorry, I cannot answer your question because you don't have the permission to access the meeting transcript.My settings seem to be correct, so I'm not sure what I need to do to get meeting summaries in the future. Any help appreciated. Thanks!

The AI Companion icon constantly flashes if someone is using it, but the flashing is distracting. Is there a way to have it stop flashing or to remove it from the title bar? Thanks.

September 30th: AI Companion worked with no issues all month.October 1st: it stopped working completely.It shows as “on,” I’m on a paid plan, and everything looks correct — but it’s not triggering summaries at all. I’ve already lost 4 meeting summaries.Is anyone else experiencing this?

Hi - for the first time ever, a summary of a meeting in my personal room is not accessible - even three hours later. I am logged in and identified via my organisation and obviously I am the host. Please advise.

Why is Zoom AI so bad? - Are the developers just useless and not up to the standard of literally all other AIs.  I just had a meeting and all I wanted was a more detailed summary of points and takeaways extrapolated from the transcript.  If I had a transcript, I'd run it through ChatGPT, but I can't do that, because Zoom can't do that either.  I feel like Zoom is just complacently hoping that people don't go elsewhere and use a platform that actually works, and continue using their junky platform.  So, real question... Why is the AI companion so ridiculously terrible and has almost no real functionality or understanding for tasks? 

Somehow, the title to my Meeting Summaries was edited for a specific matter related to a specific client.  Now, all of my Meeting Summaries start with the specialized title that was only intended for this one particular client.  I want to change it back to the default setting or something more generic.  Help please.

hi-I want to see the meeting attendees in my meeting summary and I do not think this is possible.  its important to see who came to a meeting and who didnt.  is there any way to do this?

I have AI Companion up and running on another account so I know I know how to make it work. On one particular account no matter what I do I keep getting the following error message: One or more AI Companion features are disabled in your settings.EXCEPT ITS NOT DISABLED Anyone else have this issue or know of a solution?Thank you!
