How do I turn off AI features and avoid them automatically going off on my Zoom meetings? The field "Automatically start Meeting Summary for all meetings I host" has been unchecked, but this hasn't fixed the issue.

Hi,I'm trying to use Zapier to take my AI Meeting Summary and put it in my CRM, however that requires the invitee email address to be pulled into Zapier, which doesn't currently show.Any idea how to get all the fields we actually need to be pushed from Zoom to Zapier? Otherwise, the only way to get these summaries is a manual upload of a doc, which is crazy in this day and age!

I am unable to save my AI Summary after a meeting to a doc file. Does anyone know how to do this. My goal is to share my edited summary with the other participants.

I used Zoom Ai on a meeting in English but the summary generated was in french, How do I change it ?

Can I add company logo and colors into meeting summary template?  I have created a customized meeting summary template but do not see a way to specify color preferences or add logo to the top. Thanks

I have a basic (free) zoom account plan.  I use zoom for confidential purposes and it is of the utmost importance that my AI is disabled and my meetings are not being recorded in any way. I have been through all my AI settings numerous times to check that they are all disabled but I keep getting a notification at the end of meetings stating "You have left this meeting. Keep chatting with the meeting participants or see your meeting recording, attachments, summary, or next steps if available". I am concerned that this automated message means that AI is still active in my account. Is anyone else receiving this message and does it mean that Zoom is somehow recording my meetings without my knowledge? 

There needs to be an option to make meeting summary's available to hosts, or internal users, but not available (even to request) from participants. This summary capability can build up awkward false expectations for participants. 

Just got off a meeting and received the AI summary... in Japanese when we were all speaking English. I have no idea how to change it to English or why it was in Japanese in the first place. How to ensure the summary stays in English?(all participants are in Japan, but ironically it's an English conversation club)

Hmmm.. a video conferencing forum that doesn't allow image uploads... So I just logged into Zoom for a new job.   There was the AI Companion pane that I couldn't figure out how to get rid of.   So I typed in AI Companion "hide ai companion"   The Response: Thought process "User Wants to hide the AI companion interface"   Getting ready to retrieve information...Nu pot sä vä ajut cu astfel de cereri. Pentrua vedea ce pot face, tastati "ajutor".After some google searching, this is in Romanian and the translation is: Romanian: "Nu pot sä vä ajut cu astfel de cereri. Pentru a vedea ce pot face, tastati "ajutor"."English: "I cannot help you with such requests. To see what I can do, type "help"." 

Hi using AI companion for the first time and have issues/questions. I had a meeting and turned on the AI companion. It was working but I wasn't going to ask it questions (such as action items and lists that were made during the meeting) until after the meeting was over. So when the meeting ended I clicked end and then I thought oh wait what about the companion did I just lose everything? I received an email with a meeting summary which was great. But I still had questions and wanted to refer to a transcript. So I logged into Zoom in my browser and found a section called "AI Companion". I clicked it, and on the particular meeting I was interested in, and it brought me to the meeting summary. No other options such as transcript, or the ability to ask the AI companion questions. Am I missing something, or is there no way for me to access this now that the meeting is over? Thanks in advance fo

All my meetings transcriptions are getting deleted automatically after every call. I tried EVERY setting and I cannot solved it. This started to happen 2 months ago.

We are trialing multiple HIPAA compliant AI note taking apps (We are a med practice). We can't use Zoom AI because we are looking for something more clinically robust with custom templates, treatment planning and other medical related features. So far we found Twofold Health to be best. Is anyone else using Twofold or other app with Zoom for telehealht?

I`m following the article -> https://aws.amazon.com/pt/blogs/machine-learning/add-zoom-as-a-data-accessor-to-your-amazon-q-index/ But I`m having issues trying to configure on Zoom Marketplace the Amazon Q app. After posting the application details and submitting the form, I`m redirected to AWS login page.But an error is show like below:"An unexpected errors has ocurred - Authentication failed. Please try again. If the error persists, please contact your administrator" I`m am using my root user to login and I double checked the credentials. Is this a bug on the Amazon Q App available on the marketplace?

After having a meeting attendee receive a zoom AI companion error, loose their mic, and then get kicked off the call entirely, I've decided to turn off the AI companion in my settings. When I select to disable the Meeting summary with AI Companion, I get a warning message that states, "The following settings depend on this setting, the change might affect them. IP address access control"   What does this mean and should I worry about it?

I had a client call today I created via Zoom.  I use Fathom to record the meeting.  What I learned is that during the meeting I couldn't find how to stop Fathom.  What I discovered is that after the meeting there was no Fathom recording.  BUT, the client is using the Read tool.  It tookover the meeting recording.  And, it recorded after the client left the meeting so the client got to here our private conversation.  This is incredible.

How can I stop the AI Meeting from being emailed to meeting participants after the meeting?  Some things were said after a participant left that should not be read.  Is there a way to keep it from going to everyone?

Greetings fellows Zoomies!Not sure if this has been discussed before but the AI Companion Smart recordings are a game changer for staff tasked with creating minutes from meetings as well as students and faculty conducting research interviews on Zoom.  The Smart recording content, however, is not one of the components that can be downloaded from the cloud recording like the video and the transcript.  Is Zoom going to add that functionality?Thanks,Ken
