AI Companion

Hello, I have a paid plan, but I cannot find the place where I can enable the AI Companion.  I am based in South Africa. Is there AI Companion available here? Please could someone share the detailed path with me. Thanks in advance Heidrun

Can anyone advise if AI Companion features work when participants are in breakout rooms?  I've tried searching this question in support with no success.Thanks

I have a question about using the AI companion in a hybrid meeting situation.Some participants join remotely, others gather in a conference room that has a large Dell display and an Aver VB342 video sound bar. Some of the conference room participants do not use laptops or other devices.To prevent audio feedback and echoing, the in-room participants with devices must mute their device microphones and speakers. The sound is then received  and projected via the VB342. I sign-in the monitor display and Video sound bar  with my Zoom One individual Pro account, then reclaim hosting duties on my laptop in the conference room. When I get the AI generated meeting summary, and meeting transcript, all the "in-conference room discussion" is attributed to my account. Regarding Zoom AI CompanionI have checked and it is my understanding that this feature can be turned on or off for the entire plan, but is it possible to turn it on or off for each individual account?Also, is it possible to separate the accounts as if they were multiple tenants within the plan?(e.g., 50, 30, and 20 accounts within one contract for 100 people).Thank you in advance for your understanding.

We've recently enabled the AI companion, and have so far figured out the permissions at account and group level.  Is there currently (or are there any plans to) have permissions available at meeting level?  Our scenario is that, we're quite liking the meeting summary for our internal team meetings, but not all of our clients are in agreement with us using the AI companion when meeting with them.  As far as I can see, the only way round this would be to set up the different types of meetings using different Zoom accounts and then having to switch between them... unless I'm missing something?

Is cloud recording required if I want to use zoom AI companion summaries and question? It says that you can use it by turning on the summary function toggle on the summary settings page, but is this a problem?https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0057960 If you check the transcription section of ZOOM's function, it says that the record to the cloud toggle must be turned on. https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0065911 If the transcription function is used in the summary and question function of Zoom AI Companion,I would like to check if I am worried that the summary and question will no longer be available.

Currently managers and above are enrolled in the PRO plan.If a Pro plan user is present in the same meeting, can the Free plan user use the AI Companion feature? Or do all users who want to use the AI companion need to be on the pro plan?

I cannot get the Meeting Summary with AI Companion feature to enable. I am in Spain. Is this simply not an option or am I doing something wrong?

It states that cloud recording data and audio transcripts are required to use smart recording. Do you understand that smart recording cannot be used in this case? Also, in the case of the local storage type, the audio transcript is temporarily saved on the Zoom side, but is the mechanism the same as the recorded content on Zoom? Finally, is it correct that 'Content used to provide the service' is recognized as being discarded after the AI ​​is generated? 

Hi,I am the account owner.I am trying to activate AI companion but is says it is locked by Admin.Since I am the only account holder how do I activate this?

Is there anyway of turning on the AI Meeting summary and include Timestamps?

I am attempting to test the Zoom AI companion feature before rolling out the function to all users in my environment. The issue is that I am using an admin account and I attempt to allow only a few users but it says Locked by Admin even though I unlocked the feature. Ultimately, my goal is to have a few users enabled to test the features.  Here are the sequence of events that I have tried: Logged in as adminToggled the Zoom AI Companion feature onLogged outLogged in as a regular userGo to Account SettingsPlease assist as I have tried following the instructions on the Tiered settings page but none of that has helped.

I received a meeting summary following a meeting, but hadn't activated the AI Companion. How did that happen? 

Hello, I turned on Meeting Summary to have notes for someone who was not at a meeting, and I forgot to tell remaining participants until later in our meeting. Someone is concerned about potentially sensitive information, and would like it deleted. Can you help me with this? Thank you.

Yesterday night when I wanted to run Zoom I tried it clicking the icon on the desktop ( as usual) but since then I haven´t been able to run Zoom again. I have unistall and install Zoom several times but it doesn´t run either.What can you tell me about it. (12-10-2023)

Has anyone found a way to hide the pop up that provides notification to everyone on a call that Meeting Summary is turned on? I understand why this may not be possible, but I would like to know if it is/.

How do you update to the most recent version of Zoom?  The Screen changed and there is no option for updates anymore. 

Hello,I am part of an IT team that is very big on security and privacy. What was questioned was, let's say Admin approves of the AI Companion, if the host does not enable the features during a meeting is the Companion still listening?   

I have recorded a meeting today.  How do I use Zoom AI to generate a summary of the recorded meeting?
