Whole Zoom Meeting Recording Is Glitching and Unusable

My coworker recorded a zoom meeting, but the video in its entirety is glitching out. Not just a single person's feed or a few flickers here and there, but the whole video is glitching and flickering and turning green and pixelated every few seconds.

Hi - Zoom was working fine until a few days ago. On a PCNow it’s not recognizing any bluetooth devices.I uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom and disconnected / reconnected two different blue tooth devices.What else I can do?
