I can't turn off the virtual background—it stays a constant sky-blue.

I selected the "None" option for the virtual background, yet a virtual background is still being applied; Zoom is unable to display my actual surroundings. I have already turned off "I have a green screen". by the way I got a Mac.

No sound through headphones

Can anyone suggest a solution to my problem please? I get no sound at all through headphones during Zoom meetings, on a Lenovo T490 laptop with Windows 10. Video audio is good, and music too, and the laptop speakers work ok. My headphones are cheap J

transcription starts from 51 minute of zoom meeting

Cloud recording audio and video start at 00:00, but the Zoom-generated transcript starts at 51:00. There is only one recording file set, and re-downloading the transcript does not fix it.

I have two Android phones. One works great, but the other's audio has gone down incrementally for the last month to the point where I can't hear anything. Volume is at max. Bluetooth headphones work, but not the phone's speakers. Please help!
