In Practice rooms you can join to practice with your hosts days before your webinar without it notifying your attendees or impacting the webinar itself, is that the same for the Backstage in Webinar Plus?

Yes, Backstage works similarly. You can practice with your hosts without notifying attendees or affecting the live webinar, as long as you stay in Backstage and don’t start the live session.
