Hello. I'm looking at producing a zoom webinar where there'll be one main stage and several breakout rooms. Each room will need to have its own chat functionality - and the chat needs to be seen by JUST the people in that breakout room. I just did a test to create some breakout rooms - but when I use the chat - there is one chat which seems to be shared by people in the different rooms. Is there a way to create a unique chat each  - for the "main room" and for each breakout room?

I am wanting to know how to record a webinar with screen share which will also still record the speaker along with it.  when i play back recording it is only the screen share and they cannot see me as I am speaking about it.

I will be hosting a webinar with two panelists. I will only set it up and must be unseen by the attendees. My video will be off, How can I not show my profile to the attendees?

When I queried the webinar using the dashboard webinar detail API and started or ended in the zoom background, I found that although I did start or close the webinar, the API still did not return data, or the returned data was inaccurate. I don't know if I'm configuring it incorrectly, or if the data returned by this interface is delayed or for some other reason. Hi! I am hosting a somewhat large webinar (125 participants) this Thursday and am a little nervous.I've hosted just a handful of smaller ones.  Does anyone have any tips/advice?One of my concerns is sharing my screen while being a host.  I've never done that in additionto letting participants in and answering questions in the chat box.  I'd prefer my presenter sharetheir screen so I can focus on those other two tasks.  But my presenter may not be comfortable doing this.Is there any advice about this? nAlso, is Canva the best slides presentation software when presenting on Zoom?

We have 2 different webinars and want to change the date and time. We want to mention that in Webinar Updated Notification Email. But what i see is there is default one setting only in zoom. is there a Way we can have different content / Subject line for both webinars when we notify users about the time change.

Goodmorning,  we are about to buy Zoom webinar and I read that transcriptions and cloud registrations are included, but at the bottom of the page, an additional service as "Cloud registration" is indicated for other € 444,00. I am confused about what is included and what is not.  Thank you in advance,  ValentinaKeep International Srl

An attendee has asked whether other attendees will be able to see they are on a webinar, I can’t seem to find  out if this is the case or not

I have clients in other countries (Phillipines, Canada, Australia) and they seem to be having issues this week with them being unable to get on. I went into my settings and the countries are not blocked but, they are getting an error message. Can you help me. Hello, I have a MacBook Pro I a planning to use Zoom to record a webinar with live participants that they can purchase afterwards so I want to make sure I have a good quality recording. I have a Rebel Cannon external camera Will I need any special app to make sure that the quality is good?  Also, my classes are up to 3 hours long, so I'm not sure how to make sure that I will have enough space for that downloaded recording. Do I need to purchase the $40 a month extra storage Zoom cloud option for this (which is a lot for me)?  Or is there a workaround? I need to just have a copy of the class, save it my external hard drive after and then I can delete it from the Zoom cloud. I have 25 G left on my laptop. 

I have my interpreter. Need to "invite" her - how do I do this? She shows up in panelist list, but there are no buttons to send her a link. What link should I send?

Hello everyone!I'm hosting a webinar next week.I'll invite 2 entrepreneurs to pitch their startup to my investor base. My issue: I need these entrepreneurs to be unable to view attendee list (meaning: my investors) while being fully able to pitch (video+voice+share screen). I haven't found a way to make a panelist unable to view attendee list. I also haven't seen a way to make an attendee able to share video/screen, only voice.What should I do? Thanks

Hello, A client wants to run a webinar for approx 500+ guests that will essentially be pre-recorded with professional camera setup as a live webinar (the week or so before the live webinar). The webinar will be edited with video content and slides and then played back as live (presumably using a capture card and playback device with ethernet connection).  Has anyone done this successfully before, and had smooth playback with the illusion of it being 'live'.  

I am trying to set up to collect email and mailing addresses for my webinar.  I thought the system automatically collected mailing addresses.  How can I do this? It is urgent to get done in the next day or so.  My webinar is next week and I have to mail out kits to the attendees for this as well.  HELP please!

When I screen share during a webinar, my presentation looks perfectly fine. But in the recorded version the gallery view (of the participants) covers part of the presentation (see the pic). How do I fix this? Thanks!!!P.S. I record on my computer and as a speaker I need to see the participants while I screen share.

We don't want the panelists to see how many participants (audience) members there are for the webinar. Is this possible? thanks!

Hello.I am considering sending a link to participants in a follow-up email after the zoom webinar.The survey is not a third party survey such as Google Forms, but a survey created by zoom.In that case, is it possible to set the number of responses to one per person?I want to prevent people who have already responded from responding again.I would like to know if anyone has experience with this.

Hi,I am hosting a zoom event with my company and we would like to put a survey at the beginning and we show the results as anonymous,  but we as the hosts would like to see who answered what in order to divide the people who answered into separate rooms, is that possible?Thank you
