Zoom & Marketo Integration sync issue

Before a webinar our registrations are syncing from marketo to Zoom through our connection. However, after the webinar some people that 'attended' are actually syncing as 'no shows'. Has anyone had this problem before and know how to troubleshoot it?

Are you seeing this happening recently or you have been facing similar issue in the past too?

We had the exact same issue last week. Any idea why this would occur?

We had to get IT to disconnect and re-connect our zoom integration with marketo and that seemed to fix it.
