Solved

The 1132 error code indicates that we have investigated an incident and found a violation of our Acceptable Use Guidelines or Terms of Service.   Why did Zoom immediately blocked me from using Zoom in my laptop. How to resolve this asap. I need to use Zoom asap.

Hi.  I found out today that when attendees go to my waiting room they see a Wait Screen with my very, very old logo for a business that no longer exists.   How do I update my logo to my new one?  Thanks

In the call queue, Call Distribution there are a few options.  Simultaneous, Sequential, Rotating, and Group Rotation.  In particular, we want to test out the group rotation so that one set of specified members gets the call initially, but another specified group would take it if the first group was busy.  When selecting the option, it only asks how large the groups should be.  Is there a way to specify who is in what group?  We only need to have 2 groups, but split into teams of specific members.

Hello, I have allowed Face Analyzing when I wanted to try a bunny filter on my face. It was fun. Now I would like to undo that permission as It's a privacy concern for me. I have put A LOT of time trying to find out how to do that- searching the settings and online. This is unbelievably complicated/ simply impossible. I was not able to find anything related. Any help appreciated, Thanks.

i want same plan with 300 user

I have had the basic plan for a few years and now need to upgrade to the pro plan. I am in the UK and it tells me the plan is £12.99 per month, but when I go to the payment area it is charging me £15.59 as £2.60 tax has been added. I am not VAT registered and have clicked that area to say so. What is this tax for? Is this right? A friend tells me I shouldn't be paying this tax through Zoom UK.  thanks.

Are there any logs saved in the Zoom account regarding changes to the license type assigned to a given user?

A while ago I set up MS Outlook so that when I create a meeting in my calendar, as well being able to use Teams, I had the option to click on Zoom and add that as the app for the meeting. For some reason this option has recently disappeared from my Outlook Desktop calendar and I can not get it back.It happened when I removed an obsolete account I had in the Outlook app. I have know idea why this would affect my default account, but it seems to have caused the Zoom option to disappear. If I open Office 365 and view Outlook in Outlook Online, the Zoom option is still there and works fine, so for some reason it has only disappeared from the Desktop Version of Outlook.(If I check in Outlook Online in My Add-Ins, I can see that Zoom is there, so I assume it should work). Please note:When I Googled this issue, some suggestion said to download:Zoom Plugin for Microsoft OutlookHowever, I tried this and it did not work. Can anyone please help?

I purchased Zoom Phone the basic package ($15). I got a number and I went through the setup.  When I try to dial a number it tells me it is not in the plan. The number is in the US. What is it missing. Also it assigned an extension number that I don't want. How do I get rid of it?

Hi there!I'd like to ask if the package 2 (professional) is free for people who are currently in Ukraine? Thanks in advance.

As the owner account, I have granted a few of the admin accounts rights to schedule meetings for me.  I see them listed in the Settings>Meetings>Other>Scheduling Privileges section. However, when those accounts schedule a meeting, they don't see my account as an option to choose from. Are admins not allowed to schedule meetings for the owner?

When I try to share my screen it tells me to go to system preferences but I never find anything there to allow for it.

How do I find my recording of a Zoom Meeting I already did, with the Basic Plan?  It isn't showing up under the "RECORDINGS" tab on my profile? I set it up to record immediately at the start of the meeting.  I am aware that I only get 40 minutes with the Basic Plan.  Even so, it still isn't showing up for me.  Any advice?  I am new to this.   Thanks in advance!

Hi, I upgraded to the most recent client version for Debian Linux and now in the meeting view, after each person's name I see this additional piece of information that follows a <integer>@<integer> format. Some examples are: 144@8144@-1360@22240@-1144@9 Is anyone else seeing this or knows what it is?

If my credit card information is already filled in zoom website  for last year account payment. And if the service effective day already expired, Does it  automatically  renews for the annual fee  by using my credit card info or it asks my permission first for renewal?

This is a Zoom Events problem. Yesterday I tried to upload a file with 79 Sessions in it to the Event Content -> Sessions area. I immediately received the error: ! An error was encountered when processing your request  Now whenever I go to the Sessions area I continue to get this error message along with a spinning cursor. I see no Sessions and there is not even a button to add Sessions manually. It's been over 8 hours. I've tried logging out and logging back into Zoom. I tried clearing browser cache. I tried a different browser. No help. Has anyone else experienced this and how did they resolve it? I have a ticket open with Zoom but have had no response yet. I'm in dire straits as my event will start in less than a week and I have over 100 paid registrants.

I'm trying to download zoom meetings on my iMac desktop. My operating system is High Sierra 10.13.6. It says zoom requires 10.14 or higher. Is there an old download that zoom can send me? I need to use zoom for my assignments. Thank you. D

I am deeply frustrated and disappointed with the way my payment issue has been handled. I opened a ticket and provided all the necessary details right away. Then, I waited patiently for a whole day, hoping for a resolution. But because this issue affects not just me but a group of 120 people who have been practicing Yoga online for the past 5 years using two Zoom accounts, I decided to follow up by calling your support line at 800. When I finally got through, instead of resolving my issue, the support professional opened another ticket unnecessarily, even though I had already provided all the details in my existing ticket. Then, I was asked to close my original ticket, which I did, trusting that this would help speed up the process. I was then asked to provide screenshots of my Google Pay transaction and bank details, which I promptly shared. I have been extremely cooperative throughout this process, yet yesterday, I was told that since my account is on a free plan and Zoom claims they

Hi, I'm looking for a way to remove the extra bit that zoom has automatically tacked onto the auto receptionist that says press 0 to talk to the operator. Even when I set 0 to a different function it still says that. For example, if I set 0 to leave a voice message it instructs the caller to press 0 to leave a voice message, but then it also follows that up by instructing the caller to press 0 to talk to an operator. I see other posts on here telling people how to set an operator, but that's not what I want to do. I just want to remove this instruction. Thanks

Is there a way in a Zoom meeting for the admin to set it so that participants can only see the speakers and not one another? I realize that each participant can set the view as they wish. My question is whether the administrator can choose "speakers only" for the whole group. Much as in a webinar.

If I create a new whiteboard during a meeting, we can both use it without a problem for that meeting. The next day the whiteboard still shows normal status with no View-Only tag.A week later, when we meet again, the whiteboard has a View-Only tag added to it automatically without me even logging into zoom or doing anything in between that time. This happens every week when I meet with my teacher. It can not be removed, you can not choose Collaborating when opening the board because it thinks I am not the owner of my own board. You can not touch (iPad) or click (PC) on the View-Only displayed at the top to change it in any way. You must copy the board and create a new one, which will again become View-Only automatically after a week's time before the next meeting. How in the world do you remove this tag or prevent it from ever being applied to your board in the first place and how do you allow yourself to choose Collaborating. Also how do you mute the volume on

Is there a way to delay sending the invite to participants until a certain date and time? I want to create multiple invites for zoom mtgs for the following week. I want them to receive the invite the morning of the meeting so it does not get buried in their inbox. Is this possible within Zoom or do I have to copy the invite to an external email provider such as gmail or outlook to achieve this?  Thank you

Since ZOOM updated yesterday, I cannot find my recurring meetings
