Solved

We're an Office 365 shop and have a couple of conference rooms that we've set up as Zoom rooms using Neat bars and the Neat external displays.  It's pretty slick!  If someone schedules a meeting through Outlook as a Zoom meeting (using the Outlook plugin), and invites our conference room, everything works fine.  The meeting shows up on the scheduling display and everything is wonderful. If, however, someone someone schedules a non-Zoom meeting (where we want everyone on site) or books the room for some other reason, the meeting doesn't show up on the external display.  This makes the external display somewhat useless.  It seems like the calendar integration only goes from Zoom to the Office 365 conference room as opposed to going both directions. My questions are:Is that how it's intended to work, or do I have something misconfigured?Assuming it's working as intended (I hope it's not), is there any way to force the invitation of a conference room thro

Hello,  We have users part of the same set of call queues that are not presented with the Opt Out Code dialog box. The users are simply able to toggle out (of all queues, not talking about specific queues, only all) without selecting an opt out reason.  This is only an issue for a subset of the users and we cannot figure out why.

I would like to know if once the call has ended I can receive an email with the start time of the connection and the end time. Thank you.

Is it possible to integrate LTI 1.3 to my own LMS through LTI Pro app. Where can I setup Client Id in LTI Pro configuration.

Hey! I'd like to know how can I change the zoom account associated with my email ***********   Earlier I was using an individual zoom account which I had linked to my official email but later my company purchased a company license and now I wish to have and store my meetings on the new company zoom account and move away from the old one. I have the access to the new one but whenever I try to setup a meeting with zoom conferencing, the meeting host is still the old one and I wish to change it to the new one. My company is on the Gsuite network.   Thanks!

Hello, I have been trying to update the zoom application I got from chrome store. I have deleted the zoom application and reinstalled the latest version (several times), but when I try to attend a meeting, I get the error message that the zoom client needs to be updated. What else do I need to do to be able to update this zoom application?   I can attend a meeting using a zoom application from the google play store, but that application does not allow gallery view, so not useful to me.   Please help & thank you, in advance.

It would be great to be able to start a meeting by sharing audio only (think meeting DJ)It seems this would be an easy feature to add since you can already share audio along with desktop sharing.

I'm a piano teacher and I have Zoom integrated with my studio software, My Music Staff. I'd like to host a Zoom practice session that is open to my students throughout the afternoon. Since I'll be teaching during this time, I won't be able to constantly monitor the event, but I would like to know who signed on during the session, regardless of whether they left any evidence (e.g. chat) of their attendance. My Music Staff uses my Personal Meeting ID to host Zoom meetings, rather than scheduling meetings through Zoom's web platform, in case that's relevant. Thank you!

When I'm using zoom Share Screen, how to display what I'm doing so that a beginner can follow? For ex. I want to show a beginner to go to Video Setting, then click on Virtual background, etc... then how do i display that scene on zoom if I'm using share screen? Please help.

When using multiple devices for Zoom there are several inconveniences during a normal meeting flow. I use a tablet (iPad) as my main meeting device, because I can walk around with it and it's a lot more convenient. But, often I need to use functionality on the computer or share my screen. These are some of the main problems I constantly have to deal with:Can't join on a computer without create a second, duplicate entity for myself in the meeting. Can't share my computer screen without joining the meeting again (typing in the meeting ID, passcode, e.t.c).After joining the meeting as a duplicate entity, the chat log is empty so and link I see on the tablet that I need to visit on the computer is not available.I think viewing the chat log and sharing screen functionality should be available across all device since we are logged in and authenticated with the same Zoom account. In the mean time, it would go a log way to add a "Join here" button alongside the "Switch" button when viewing Zoom

UK has now moved to BST [GMT+1hrs] from GMT. Do I need to reschedule the meetings I have already booked [ie move them to 1 hour later] for them to start at the same time in East Africa that remains on  EAT?

As an admin, can I read chat messages sent through the zoom from employee to employee?  Our employees each have their own phone extension and use it to call customers.  I'm not referring to this for during zoom meetings but more as instant messaging within the zoom interface.  Am I able to see call log history?  How long is call log history available?  Is this only available with certain plans?

Does anyone know if there is a way to tell how long a meeting lasted if I was an attendee (not the host) of the meeting? Thanks!

Good morning Zoom team,We are using a Zoom controller’s version: 5.9.3 in our Zoom rooms version: 5.9.4.We noticed after the latest update GUI on the controller has change.Previously, whenever participant was speaking the microphone icon in the Participants list will have green moving lights. It was a great option, especially for a larger meetings to quickly identity who is not muted. Is there a way to bring this option back?

I'm on an iMac with Apple M1 chip running macOS Monterey v 12.1.  I've got Zoom 5.10.0 (5714) for the Apple M1 Chip loaded. Audio settings are "Automatically adjust mic volume" and "suppress background noise>auto".  When I host a meeting I check my mic and speaker and all is working. Yet I can't hear participants and they can't hear me. When I join a meeting as a participant, my audio works just fine. This only happens with 2-3 people/companies I Zoom with. The rest work just fine. I've rebooted my computer, deleted and reinstalled Zoom. Same problem with these few people.  I also tried it on my laptop (MacBook Pro running macOS Monterey v 12.3 with Zoom v 5.9.1 (3506) for the Intel chip and have the same problem there. Many thanks for your help!

HI !   I read the knowledge base on the face filters, is this only accessible paid accounts ? I had read the set up and can't see to find the admin nor advance settings to enable it.

Sometimes I had an issue where if I have a full screen when joining or starting a meeting option turned on and I join a meeting it just gets stuck , and I do close zoom it then full screens but I can see the dock and menu bar and it says leave meeting I click and it quits and when I join again same issue goes

When I turned on Calendar sync so that the MacOS Zoom Desktop Upcoming Meetings could see meetings on calendar.google.com,  it could ONLY see the main calendar (which was my email address) - it could not see any calendars I manually created, like "ZOOM LINKS". Why would this be?

I am able to participate in zoom calls initiated by someone else and for which a link is sent to me; everything works fine in that situation.  But if I try to initate a meeting myself, my microphone can't be found.  The video works fine, the audio is fine, but I get a message that my mike isn't working and that I need to use a different one.  I've checked my (PC windows 10) permissions, and the zoom desktop app is approved to access the microphone. I've looked at the zoom app itself, but I don't see any settings that would disable the microphone.  I can mute it, of course, but this isn't muting: it's completely disabling. The webcam/mike I'm using is an old one, but it can't just be that because, again, it works just fine if I'm not the one starting the meeting. For what it's worth, I using the most updated drivers and the mike works fine in other applications.

Is it possible to have a subset of members on a Shared Line that can receive SMS but automatically ignore/decline/DND phone rings to that specific Shared Line? Essentially we want all members of the group to receive SMS texts but only some who will have a standard "phone ringing" experience. One alternative I can think of is to have a separate Shared Line for SMS and a separate one for receiving phone calls but this is less desirable.

Maybe a dumb question, but does the Zoom certified desk phone connect to the PC only, or does it also require a ethernet plug in?  I can't get an IP address from my phone, so it won't provision. When I connected it right to the router (in my basement) it connected fine.  Thanks for advice!

Hello, I blocked a person a month ago and I can't unblock them, can you help me?

Hi everyone,I'm using a tablet (Amazon Fire) to run a meeting and need to know what functions are and aren't available in comparison to using a laptop. Can anyone please tell me?Thanks in advanceThomas

Hi, I'm scheduling Zoom calls for a CEO through Google Calendar.  She doesn't want participants to wait in the waiting room; however, if a meeting goes over, the next call can't come in early.  I can manually change the Zoom meetings already scheduled from her personal room to a private room; however, when I make the change in Zoom, the private room ID is not reflected in the calendar invitation.  With meetings moving forward, how do I create a calendar invite with a private Zoom meeting?  TIA
