Also I have not chat support? I have a very important meeting today, and this is causing me some stress. What plan do I need to buy to get me past the 40 min limit? I thought it was the Pro plan.

I need to automate the below report:---Active HostsView meetings, participants and meeting minutes within a specified time range.----- Can this be done with Zoom Power Pack or with some custom API programming I would run automatically every day/week etc  and email out to a group 

Mgt wants to disable zoom chat for all but a few users if possible.  Or is CHAT an "all or none enabled" or can a policy enforce no CHAT for "all but x"?

DescriptionI’m thinking of accessing the video streams of every user in a meeting for the AI/ML computations. For that,i’m thinking of adding a zoom user(dummy user) to the meeting so that i can access the video/audio/shared_screens in the meeting through that user. Creating meeting and adding dummy user seems possible using the zoom api’s but is it feasible to get all the streams for processing?And if not then what will be the best way to do so?Application TypeWeb ApplicationThankyou 

See the attached image. How can I permanently turn this off? This never used to display for me, but now it shows by default whenever I screen share. It started happening within the last week or so. As a result, Zoom crashes 100% of the time when that little window is visible. I imagine because it's causing an infinite loop (displaying a preview within a preview of a preview of a preview, etc. of my screen share window) I noticed this on version 5.12.2 (9281), Windows 11. When I checked for updates, I saw version 5.12.8 (10232) was available, so I updated to that, but it didn't solve my problem.

Have an issue with Zoom where the speaker does not work on any output device - built in speakers, headphones, Bluetooth, etc. The 'test speaker' in the app does not give any output and actually makes Zoom run very slow almost to the point where it locks up and have to kill the app in Task Manager.Sound output works with every other device works with any other app - Teams, WebEx, GoToMeeting, YouTube, Windows sounds, etc, so 99% sure it is Zoom.This is on a Dell Latitude 7410 with Windows 10 21H1, all updates done, all drives up to date.Wondering if anyone has any thoughts.

Hi there,  I understand that we can autoassign extensions, but I'm wondering if there was a way to autoassign direct phone numbers? Doesn't have to be a specific area code, just whatever is available?  This will greatly help our scaling from dealing with manual work. 

Hello, I participate in a regular Zoom meeting hosted by a friend.  My friend pays for the account, but she wishes to discontinue the meeting.  I would like to continue the meeting and assume payment for the account.  Is there a way for my friend to transfer "ownership" of the account and payment for it to me, so that we don't have to disconnect the meeting and start over with a new link?  A number of other people are dependent on this meeting and I would like to find the least disruptive way possible toward this transition.

Hi.  There were a number of files uploaded to a meeting, and where not downloaded during the meeting.  Now they are not available in chat download.  Is there another way of retrieving these files?

Hello, I would like to ask if the email alerts regarding cloud recording capacity can be delivered also to Admin Roles. If not, can you please advise if I can add more users as Account Owners, so they can monitor also the email alerts?

 I noticed that Apple Mail's "search" feature can find the Beginning (or Entirety) of a string of non-punctuation characters within a zoom link in an email.  It cannot find the Middles or Ends.   E.g. if the link (in this made-up example) is:…..zoom.us/j/83359956229?pwd=aXMpN0X6M6EvL2tUH1B5V2lvMkh2KF09 THEN: It can find “83359956229” and “8335” but not “9956” or “6229” Likewise it can find “aXMpN0X6M6EvL2tUH1B5V2lvMkh2KF09”    and “aXMp”  but not “UH1B” or “KF09” Why would this be? 

There seems to be a problem with attendees showing up in the "managed attendees" dashboard. I am aware of registrations and have print screens...need urgent support 

 I've just noticed that when I close the Zoom app (i.e. close the window) it doesn't stop the app.  Instead it minimises the app so it's still running in the background.   You have to additionally right-click the icon to close the app.  How can I change the default setting so that when I close Zoom, it stops the app altogether?  I see an option to 'Start Zoom when I start Windows' (which is unchecked) and 'When closed, minimise window to the notification area'. I can't find an option to say that I don't want Zoom running in the background.   Is this a change they made recently?  

Whenever I've video recorded my one-on-one meetings in the past, it recorded the person talking and then switched over when someone else spoke. This time, it kept the video on both screens the whole time and never went close up to the person talking. Did I accidentally change something in settings/preferences?

I am using a Mac Mini.  OS Ventura 13.0.  This problem started 3 days ago.   When I share a screen, the "floating controls" no longer appear on the shared screen.  I assume I accidentally hit a series of buttons to uncheck something but I cannot find it.  I turned on the keyboard shortcut for "show floating controls" and tried to do that but no love.  

Hi, I'm registered to my employer's Licensed account and use it for personal/family Zoom meetings.  My employers would prefer employees use the account for work-related meetings only. Does the Account Owner (i.e. my employer) have access to my meeting history? I have the Pro Plan that is billed yearly. It shows the amount due as $149 but my invoice says $172 and i cant seem to find out why or how to change it. Why is the price different?

Hello, is one week, with Pro Account , that I make 2 Meetings every day, one Morning ( 1 hour ) and the second in the Evening ( 1 hour ) , after finish the first Meeting I make the link of the second Meeting, and when I send the link appear on the link in any app also WhatsApp : You are being rate limied , try again later .....Why ?An account Pro have limitation to make 2 Meeting in one day in different time of the day ?Thanks in advance for any suggestion ....

Is it possible to forward extensions for people who left the company to other users or to just add additional extensions to a user?I don't want to have an extension just dropping calls when someone leaves or moves departments.
