Solved

No sound on my video for participants when I shared my screen, even if the fonction is activate. The problem is intermittent. I use Chrome on a computer, Windows 10 Professionnal. I use Zoom Version: 5.16.10 (26186) Thanks.

I use a Mac Mini running Sequoia. I use NDI virtual input as an external camera for Zoom. It worked fine until a couple weeks ago and now although I can still select NDI video, and although the camera works fine in PTZOptics, NDI video monitor and OBS, Zoom only displays a black/blank screen.

Hello, We have a large conference room that we're trying to set up with a Logitech Rallybar and Tap to drive two displays. One 86" in landscape, but next to it a 43" in portrait mode. The idea was that the primary display would show content and the 43" would show virtual participants (speaker or gallery). I can't find any settings within Zoom Rooms to enable this so I'm wondering if it's driven more by the Logitech components or possible at all.  Thank you

There is no chat option in the meetings of any other participants or co-hosts. I tried to change every setting I could find, but still: Chat messages that I send in meetings from my (pro) host-account do not show for other participants, and they simply don't have a chat button in their screen. What setting can I try, to use the chat option again?

I disconnected Zoom sync with my Google Calendar and ALL of my appointments unrelated to Zoom have gone! In fact, my whole Calendar has been wiped clean. How do I retrieve my appointments?

I am setup so that people joining my zoom sessions just click on a single link (I just copied this across from when I used a simpler version of zoom in the past), they dont need to enter a meeting ID or passcode. Usually this is fine, but sometimes users say they need to enter a meetingID (that part is no problem) and a passcode. I cannot find this passcode (which stays the same for all these meetings) on my zoom account pages - where do I look?

Hi, I have trouble sharing my screen. There is no option to share a single window, etc. The only options are "Use system desktop capture," "Use system window capture," and "Whiteboard." The first two options show the whole desktop oversaturated and so bright that the others can't see any details. When I click Stop sharing, Zoom hangs and can only be closed forcefully (kill process) and restarted, connecting to a conference again. The only option is to switch to an X11 session and launch Zoom there. I read in a newsletter from 2024-01-22 that this bug had been fixed in version 5.11.1. But I use version 6.2.6 (2503), installed from .deb, and it's still the same.My system configuration:Operating System: TUXEDO OS 4 (based on Ubuntu 24.04.1)KDE Plasma Version: 6.1.5KDE Frameworks Version: 6.6.0Qt Version: 6.7.2Kernel Version: 6.11.0-103009-tuxedo (64-bit)Graphics Platform: WaylandProcessors: 16 × AMD Ryzen 7 5700U with Radeon GraphicsMemory: 30.7 ГіБ of RAMGraphics Processor: AMD Radeon Gr

Sorry for the basic question, I've been searching on zoom for an hour and can't find the answer. We need a package to include co-host or alternative host and wondering if the workplace pro covers this as it's a lot cheaper than the webinar package. We don't need all the fancy stuff in the webinar package and up to 100 participants would be more than adequate. Thanks.

I experience this error when I try to start a meeting or join meetings now. It says "Unable to Join the Meeting" Error Code: 13224. What could I do for this? I have a Zoom user license now. I have tried sending a report but nothing has changed. My devices are a desktop and Android phone. The error shows on both devices.

I use Zoom to stream to a costum location.I need to enable automated capitoning in Zoom, but I don't want the captions are visible on livestream.Do you know if it's possibile to disabile the capitons viewing in livestream (only in livestream)? Thanks  Isabella

Someone asked this following question on the LinkedIn Events Professional Community .... and I did not know the answer. So I am eating out to you ask if you have TESTED and working solution to enable affiliations on Zoom Webinars i.e. tracking sources of registrations and revenue tracking/sharing functionality. I can imagine how to do this, but I have never done it.

Hey we are trying to update Zoom (from 6.2.2 to 6.2.3 on Windows) on one of our users machines but we can't install, uninstall or update Zoom. We get the error message "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable" but we don't use a network resource but just a local installation on the C drive here's the path: "C:\Program Files\Zoom\temp\temp.msi". Also when guiding it to the right folder where this installer sits it's throwing the same error. What I tried: Downloading Zoom installer 64 bit from the official site. No success in installation it tries to remove the old installation but runns into the same error as mentioned above. Uninstalling Zoom doesn't work it also runns into the same error. Updating via the app doesn't work also the same error occurs. Question: Is there a Zoom tool for clean uninstallation? Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, I saw that there is a beta function using the Decklink I/O since may. How can I join it?

I found some references to "host" and "co-host," but changing them does not affect the results of the save, and when I tried it at hand, the cloud recording itself was not possible unless I was the meeting creator. I'm tired of checking recording results while changing conditions one by one.Is it a requirement that an account with cloud recording privileges (Pro plan or higher) create the meeting? Is it possible to join a meeting created by someone else and initiate a Cloud Recording?

Hello there!Faced with an issue that I unable to reset a forgotten password.First of all I go on https://zoom.us/ and choose "Forgot password" then enter an e-mail that I used to register in then solve the captcha and then receive an e-mail to mailbox but, when I click on "Reset password" I've got redirected on the same page when it started from. Tried to send and open a link from an app, browser and mobile app - all the same. Any idea what's wrong?

Hello,I am finding some of the guides difficult to find out some information. I have a Zoom Rooms system, running on a Crestron flex base. The client would like to add zoom whiteboarding functionality to the system, they are able to add whatever functionality is required in the back-end but are looking for advise on hardware. Can this be accomplished simply by adding a second touch-display to the existing Crestron zoom rooms system - OR does this functionality require a separate zoom client (zoom rooms for touch) on the second display. Many thanks in advance!

Hi - I have recently purchased a zoom room for my shared office space that has 5 different tenants. In this space we set up a zoom room and purchased a room scheduler. Is there a way to be able to have all 5 different tenants see the room availability through their calendar invitations. IE: tenant 1 books room from 1pm to 2pmtenant 2 tries to book a meeting and sees that room is blocked from 1pm to 2 pm but free the rest of day... etc

I use two Zoom accounts. Whenever I tried accessing one of them, it kept signing me into the other one automatically. I think the error has been resolved now - thanks for your help.

Hi- I am unable to share my computer audio without sharing my screen. Please help me. its been weeks and I have a major meeting coming up I need audio for. It used to work. I have a Pro account, and I am wanting to record myself and my screen for my YouTube channel via Zoom. I don't want to stream to YouTube -- I just want to record locally. I have the settings options selected under Settings > Recording > Record video during screen sharing, and Place video next to the shared screen in the recording. What else do I need to make it so that when I record myself screensharing, that the video also displays within the recorded video? Thank you!

When I go to the Zoom icon to sign into my meetings (they are paid version, I am free version), I get need to update and can't error message 10002.  So I have to close and start over.  Then I can get to meetings.  But I do want update and don't know how to get it. Also I have a hard time using a timer for meeting, it was just listed under  apps, now is lost in a crowd. Marion

Hi, When I click on the zoom icon on my task bar and click to sign in it says: Your app version needs to be 5.17.5 or higher to sign in. Please contact your IT team. As a personal user on my own laptop, I don't have an IT team so I'm not sure how to solve this problem. Any help would be much appreciated. Many thanks, John

Hello Zoom Support Team,I am experiencing an issue with my primary Zoom account. When I try to log in, I am redirected to an "Education Data Collection" form, asking for organization information. My account was intended for personal use, so I believe it may have been mistakenly set up as an education or business account.Since I cannot access my account to adjust these settings or contact support, I am reaching out through a secondary Zoom account. Could you please assist in resetting my primary account to a personal account, or help me bypass the Education form?
