Solved

Dear Support Team, Good morning from Siem Reap, Cambodia! Nice to be meeting you all here. I have one issue for using Zoom Meeting and need your help to fixer out this issue as soon as possible. The issue is when we are doing Zoom Meeting, we need to play music and song together as a background music like National Anthem songs to share to our participants but the it is support only song without music which is not follow as our concept of our meeting. Could you help to tell me where I can fix this issue please? I have tested with Facebook Live Stream and other UC Platforms, they are supporting well both song and music in the back ground but not Zoom Meeting.  Thank you so much in advance for your help to make Zoom Meeting experience more efficient for more meeting. Best regards, Jayavarman7 Hospital team

What I have experienced is that when I import users into Contact Center, I set the Region to Australia, however the Country/Region remains unchanged as "United States (+1)". This is a problem when importing a large number of users as I have to go back and visit each one and reset the Country/Region to "Australia (+61)". Here are the import headers available to me: Email,First Name,Last Name, Role,Package,Add-ons,Client Integration,Agent Queues,Supervisor Queues,Skills,Region,Voice and Video Engagement Capacity,Maximum Concurrent Messaging Engagements,Messaging Load to Accept Calls,User Access. Is there an undocumented header for Country/Region that I can add to the csv file and set it contents to "Australia (+61)"?

Our company currently has a single Webinar license and the user assigned that license currently owns 2 upcoming webinars. The user with the license and webinar ownership is leaving the company. How can I transfer both the webinar ownerships and the license to another user? Can the departing user transfer ownership of the webinars to a non-webinar user, then I, as Owner, can transfer the webinar license to that new user? Is there a way to transfer the webinar ownership and the license, without losing the webinars and without having to purchase a second webinar license?

Hello all!  Is there a way I can retrieve the Meeting History from over a year ago? My company needs this information as proof of evidence for the attendance of some clients between May and July 2021.  Thank you!

How can I reorder the polls in the poll question list? My colleague and I have multiple polls for a three-day training and it's difficult to scroll the list for the correct poll. I have tried to drag and drop but that function does not work. Any ideas appreciated, Diana

I tried to add my assistant's email as alternative host to a webinar I've scheduled. Zoom says that email can't be added for some reason. I am on the Pro plan and paid extra to do a webinar. Is there some way to add her? If not, how do I enable her to get on for a practice session. Is there a special link for that? This would be a few minutes before our webinar.

Hi new to zoom events, have successfully run 2 conferences hosting numerous sessions at the same time.  However, I am trying to publish an event, similar to the ones I've already run, and I keep getting this error message: business_info_is_not_set  I've been through everything and I can't find anything referring to business info. Can anyone help/advise?Thanks in advance

I have a Logitech c920s webcam running on a Windows 11 laptop. I was using Logitech Capture software to take advantage of picture adjustments, but it's obsolete and has been replaced by LogiTune.    Here's the problem: I can start LogiTune and see the video feed from the camera, but LogiTune shuts down or crashes when I start Zoom. If I start Zoom first and then run LogiTune, the LogiTune software says that the camera is in use with another application (i.e., Zoom).    Is there some way to get LogiTune to work with Zoom? If no one has a solution, I'll have to go back to Logitech Capture.

When I connect my computer up with an HDMI cord to my TV, I can't get the sound to come through the TV, but only the computer. I do this when watching movies and have no problems, but with Zoom, I can't get the sound to the TV.Please advise.Tha

Hello dear communityI need an overlay for my online gym that shows both the times and the exercises. I have been using intervalcam and fit2live for the last two years. Both no longer work with the new Mac software updates. Does anyone have a solution - maybe even one from Zoom directly? I hope that there won't be problems with every Mac update.Thank you very much. I have been struggling to figure out why my guitar cannot be clearly heard on music lessons via Zoom. I have set the audio according the the suggestions of my teacher and also what zoom recommends and still my guitar sound is cut short. Advanced settings are as follows:1) original sound for musicians checked 2)high fidelity mode checked 3) echo cancellation not checked 4) stereo audio checked  if I check zoom background noise removal then original sounds for musicians becomes unchecked. does anyone have any suggestions?

I need help removing a few recurring meetings that show up on the Zoom iOS app but do not appear on my desktop or web apps. How can I remove them? I need notifications for the other meetings, but these old ones pop up. I am not granted a delete button even though I made/set those meetings. And they only appear on my iOS devices, so I cannot find them on the web app to delete.

Hello, Since few days, it is not possible to create new meetings on my desktop Zoom account. Is there an update or something to do ? It works with the app on my phone. Thank you your help

When running the downloaded EXE file, the new computer says that installations are possible only through the Microsoft "store". Zoom is not there and the offered solution is not clear. How can I use Zoom on this computer?

Why can't I use my personal meeting ID when scheduling a recurring meeting?  Each time I select the "Recurring meeting" checkbox, the Meeting ID radio field disappears and a meeting ID is auto-generated. I don't want that. I want to create a recurring meeting with my personal meeting ID for every meeting. I don't think that's asking too much.

Zoom team - do you have a full example of how to use SSML for text to speech. The help link goes directly to a AWS web page with table of tags. For a person not familiar with the tags it's confusing.can you provide an example how to use it in a typical text to speech like shown below ?

I meet with clients one to one for coaching over Zoom.  Is there a way for them to pay for the session before they enter the Zoom meeting?  I have a pro Zoom account. It looks like I could set this up through Zoom events?  Is this the best and simplest way?

Hi: I usually record meetings on my own PC, but recently recorded a meeting in the cloud. I was surprised to see that the recording was completely different! Is this because the "cloud" recording was done from a Mac instead of a PC? Or is there an inherent difference when recording in the cloud vs. on a local machine?

When I am scheduling a meeting, when its with a person i have scheduled before, i would expect that once I type the first three letters of their name that it will predictive text their email.  However, I am having to type their full email address every time, even though some of these appointments are every week.  I've tried adding to my personal contacts on ZOOM but it is still not working.  Can anyone advise?

Hi everyone,  is it possible that someone contacts me by email, pretending to be someone else, and then suggests that I set up zoom meeting to hack me? Is it possible for someone to access your system via a Zoom meeting?   Maybe I am being paranoid! Someone contacted me related to work (I found their profile online, but I don't know if the email is legit), and was keen to speak to me about the matter online.  I tried to set up a Zoom meeting twice and they have not shown up so it's a bit strange. It is possible that they just forgot twice but anyway I thought someone might know if there were any Zoom related scams like this.  Thanks in advance,

We use for our meeting, a polycom dial phone. It's very uselful for a big meeting room. Everybody can hear and speak whatever the distance of the phoneBy using dial phone solution, the automatic background noise suppression  is activated. In this case the voice is chopped.I did not see any option to remove this "automatic background noise suppression".There is some hotkey to use on the dial?Thank you for your helpPatrick

I have a Basic Plan with Zoom.   I use a Microsoft laptop.   Our investment club meets in person in a physical room, with 1-3 other members joining via Zoom.   To enhance audio and microphone for those on Zoom, we have purchased a 3 microphone/speaker product which connects into the one port in my laptop.    However, only one microphone/speaker works at one time.   In Settings, I am able to switch between microphones/speakers, but only one works at a given time.    What do I need to do in Settings so that all 3 work at the same time?
