Unable to start Recording using "Save to Desktop" option.

I get ONLY option as - record to Cloud. Can't see any Record to Computer option.

Why this option is NOT enabled? When my settings have the option selected - record to computer.

Solution: Download the Desktop App and I can see the option to "Record on Computer"

Are you on a desktop computer? There’s no local recording on phones and tablets. See this Zoom Support article for some additional info:

Are you on an account by yourself? If you’re in a Business, Enterprise, or Education account, your administrator might have disabled this feature.

 

Are you the Host of the Meeting? Attendees might not have permission from the Host to record locally.

Hi Ray, Thank you for your response!

Yes, mine is on Laptop & I am the Host.
I have a paid subscription & this feature was very much active till Cloud Space got full.
I cleared the space.

I was recording on the Laptop. But now this feature doesn't appear anymore.

How to activate it back?

Yes, I am using a Laptop.

And this feature was working since a very long time.

 

Recently my free memory on ZOOM got full.

But I created space.

From that time this feature is Not Available.

Earlier I was recording on the Laptop.


Now, I have NO CLUE how to get it back!
