After uninstalling to zoom app on my Huawei P30pro, because was blocked, I cannot reinstall it anymore. I tried from Googleplay, from Appgallery and directly the apk from zoom website. It starts to install but then stops and say that cannot. Is there anyone that know how to solve it? Thank you. 

90% of calls to me, are not actually for me.  Where is list of functions I can use in my outgoing voicemail message to give instructions to callers so they can transfer themselves to the correct extension?For Example "..if you need the help desk dial X, if you need accounts payable dial X" etc. 

We use a secondary customer service program that requires us to enter the incoming phone number to locate an account. The phone number is hidden during the call which is not very efficient.

my phone number in my signature is always hightlighted in green with the letter F in a box.  Does anyone know how i can change this?

Is it possible to set up some type of  rule or other setting to a have an incoming number going straight to voicemail. Wasn't sure if the best option is  in call delegation, call handling, or somehow using a block list. All other phone numbers can come in normally. 

every time I receive a call it plays a message that this call is being recorded.How do i disable it, thanks

I set up 2 users, assigned numbers and phones.  I cannot make outbounds calls.  it says on the phone "Emergency Calls Only"  I have made sure the users can do Outgoing calls.  They can receive calls and I can dial their extension. Any insight on this?!   ThanksKendall

Currently, once you answer the call, the phone number gets hidden. It would be very helpful to have it retained on the app during the call.

We have an on-premises MultiTech FaxFinder server that we are hoping we can use with Zoom Phone.  We see that the Polycom OBi302 ATA is supported.   Am I thinking correctly about this that I can add the OBi302 device in the zoom admin Portal > Phone Systems Management > Phones and Devices > and assign all my user fax numbers to this device.    My goal is that clients can still dial my users existing fax numbers, the call would come into my OBi302 device and then be handed off to the fax server.    Am I thinking about this correctly? I would appreciate any input.

I signed up for a zoom virtual phone and the number is 260-299-3588. I have five laundromats that have their own landlines. How do I set zoom phone as the main number and then choose from the options to call LX1, LX2, LX3, LX 4, or LX5? So when a customer calls the zoom number (Main Number) which should be our main number then they should have an option to select the location they want to call.The locations do not want their own licenses and neither they want to transfer between the locations.

Several of my clients have begun to use Zoom Phone for their office phone numbers.  However, when I call them from my business line, it shows the wrong name for my company, but shows the information is "verified" on their screen. What caller ID lookup service is Zoom using to provide incoming caller ID to Phone clients?  And, if not using an external service (such as Hiya) how can I get this changed in the Zoom caller ID database?

I am new to Zoom phone, and I can't believe how incredibly frustrating it is trying to set it up. I have finally gotten a voicemail greeting in place, but I do not receive notifications when someone leaves a voicemail. Does anyone know how I may be able to fix this? 

I am having some coworkers who are set up under a Call Queue where they receive the Calls Simultaneously. Unfortunately, it seems inconsistent. Many of the members of the team (5-7 people) won't receive every call. Sometimes 3 will get the call at the same time, but the others won't. Then the next call other people will. But there doesn't seem to be any pattern to who gets what call. I added myself to help troubleshoot and I've received every call so far. Does anyone have any suggestions to help make this more stable? I already had them move from their phones to only answer on their computer, but that didn't seem to help. 

I've set up holiday hours but now need to edit /delete but I can't find how to do this!!!  Any help appreciated 🙂 

We recently migrated from RC to Zoom.  Same number block bulk ported to Zoom.  Everything seems to work fine, except......Our big hurdle at this point is another provider's SMS messages reaching Zoom DID's anywhere between 90-120 seconds from sending.  Testing a personal cellular to Zoom DID, Zoom client or desktop soft phone Zoom DID to another Zoom DID,  SMS takes seconds.  From the SMS provider to a personal cell phone, seconds.   We have a ticket opened with the third party provider, and with Zoom, but not much traction in the last two weeks.To me, it sounds like some type of routing issue.  Its like it bounces around and finally finds a path out.What would happen if the two providers didnt have a working relationship [contract type]?  Would the SMS just die or timeout?  Anyone else experience SMS troubles?

Hi One man business here - got the Auto Reception (ex 101) routing calls to the one users (100). How do i change the voicemail greeting? My only option appears to be 'Default' and there isnt an EDIT option per the documentation.  thanks!  

This might be a silly question, but when should an agent toggle in/out of call queues on the app and when should they use the toggle on the web app profile screen?We've noticed a lot of overflow calls when we have available agents and I wondered if this be contributing to this? 

I am looking at getting a zoom phone system for our small business. My wife and I are currently the only employees and often we are on the phone with clients at the same time. I don't want to have two different numbers as we have been using one office number through a personal google voice system and that number is in all of our marketing materials and online, etc... if I pay for two licenses will we both be able to make and receive calls at the same time with the same number or do I just need to add one more number to fwd to if someone is on the main number? Hi there, Our company is currently going through a Demerger. With that our Zoom accounts are separate between the two divisions that our company is demerging. However, there are teams that still have not separated out between the two divisions. I'm wondering if, similar to our Zoom meetings account being linked between two companies, if it is possible to link two Zoom phone systems to each other just to make it easier for people to make calls between the two accounts and to try to not get murdered by our receptionist if they need to have two phones. 

Hi there. I've noticed my users will record a personalized voicemail greeting for their extension. However, because our phone system is configured for 'business hours' (or open hours), there will be a spot for 2 different greetings (a greeting that will be played during busines hours, and a different greeting to be played during closed hours). Is it possible to change a setting so the same greeting is used regardless of the time of day? (Without changing the 'business hour settings'). Alternatively, could you easily duplicate a greeting so it can be used for both greetings?Thanks.

I synced the calendar and contacts from office 365 to zoom portal. On the zoom windows desktop app a box appears on the side for  cloud contacts which are my outlook contacts synching. Now on the zoom app on my ios device or on my yealink vp59 running appliance mode no section appears and my office 365 contacts do not show on that device... my calendar appointments do not my contacts. 

I'm trying to set Outbound Caller ID for our new Zoom Phone account. Firstly, why is there no default setting for all accounts to use one number, I can't seem to find anything. Anyone who doesn't have Outbound Called ID set cannot make outbound calls.Secondly, when I got into each user and look at the Outbound Caller ID dropdown, there is nothing I can select. In our Phone Numbers section there is the initial number we got on Zoom Phone sign up, and 2 pending numbers which are porting in. the initial Zoom Phone number is working fine. To set the Outbound Caller ID, I have to add it in as a Custom number. Then after that the  Outbound Caller ID dropdown is populated and I can now select that number, and then remove the custom number. seems too round about. Where do I set the dropdown selection?

My user using poly vvx250 phone set, why does a local incoming call the caller ID marked with a "+" in front of the caller ID?  Normally any local calls the caller ID should not have a "+".  And now the user cannot return calls based on the caller ID in the phone set call history because the caller ID starting with "+" sign is not a valid local phone number pattern.  How can I remove the "+" sign in the incoming caller ID?

Hi does anyone know if there is a way to turn off the declaration for who called when listening to voicemail? IE "voicemail from 123-456-7890..." need to do this on a mass scale.
