Zoom phone devices.

Hi folks,

 

I have an analog phone on a VOIP system with another provider and I want to know if and how I can utilise that same device on the Zoom system.

 

The device is a Cisco SPA112.

 

I have checked the documentation for provisioning other devices and the Cisco device does not appear there.

Help please?

Technically one might be able to use an unsupported device, but one has to determine if it supports all the latest VoIP encryption used by Zoom Phone and then figure out how to properly configure it to work with Zoom Phone.

The SPA112 is EoL with Cisco, might be old enough to not support the needed encryption protocols.

We chose to go with supported ATAs rather than invest the time attempting to get our older ATAs working with zoom.
