Hi,I have just finished a migration of our small business phone system to Zoom Phone and in most respects it works well with the exception of the Mobile (softphone) App.  The ZoomPhone Website shows that there is a softphone app that can be used to make calls on you mobile, but it turns out to NOT be a softphone app after all.  The App is not recognised as a Phone App on our Samsung Android phones so any mobile phone calls are prioritised over Zoom Phone calls (pausing the Zoom call until the actual phone call is dealt with) and because the phone doesn't understand it to be a Phone App you can't answer calls or make calls using standard hands-free technology in the car.  This is going to be a BIG problem for our sales team if we can't get a resolution to this.  Any ideas or workarounds known ?

Has anyone had any luck provisioning the Spectralink Versity VC9240. Followed the Zoom instructions. Getting a "SSL Certificate verification error". (might be related?): I have the three DigiCert Global Root certificates but cannot find instructions on how to import those to the phone (as per the provisioning note from Zoom)

Hello! Is there an option for "Always on top" for the Zoom VOIP? I know there is one for when you are in a meeting/video call, but I have not been able to find any information about that feature being available for the phone.  -Arianna

3 employees. All 3 with cell phones. Outbound phone calls from cell phones to have the main number's caller ID. Inbound calls on main number need to ring all 3 cell phones (unless they've marked DND).  All 3 with desk phones. An additional desk phone in a conference room. (Poly) all 4 desk phones should ring on inbound calls and must be able to make outbound calls that have the main number's caller ID. 2 lines (so 2 concurrent phone calls can happen on PSTN). I already got a calling plan. (We're low volume, so pay-as-you-go.) Thanks in advance, but hey doesn't it seem like Zoom should have a page that helps you cost out your system? I'll write one once I figure out the rules and Zoom can buy it because it'll be so darn useful.

Wondering how the pricing works.I want to embed the phone number link into my website, am I going to pay for every calls initiated from the website?    And does the account with the phone license also the account which owns the phone number? 

Hi! We are new to Zoom phone. For video calls and other appointments we use Google Meet. Is it possible to connect both services to have Zoom phone calls redirected (to a different number / voice mail) when we have a video call / appointment / blocked time in our Google calendar? I only found a solution when Zoom is used for video calls as well. Appreciate your help! Best regards, Kerstin

Good afternoon, my name is Diva Vanessa I have had Zoom for a few years now and we do our Church Services on it but in January starting on the 16 the audio keeps going in and out so bad not sure why we do use our cell phones. please help in any way. Our zoom phone shared group line rings several times BEFORE the auto-attendant takes over, which is unlike any VOIP system we've had.   How do we silence that initial ring, but maintain ringing after extension choice?  Note; we only have two assigned numbers, one of which is used for the shared line.  

Hi Everyone I am trying to set up call forwarding to my answering service AnswerConnect to an External Number +1866414**** I went to https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360021325712-Changing-phone-settings-web-portal-   and scrolled to How to forward to an external phone number and the answer was not helpful because my Setting will not allow me to Add an External Phone number. See no. 1 attached. So, I entered AnswerConnect to an as an External Contact using  +1866414****. See no. 2 attached. Then, I attempted to edit Call Handling using AnswerConnect as the External Contact and when I pressed enter, I get an error message of “International Calling Policy for current extension does not permit routing to the selected country.”  See no. 3 attached.  This makes

Trying to provision some Polycom vvx450's but Zero Touch doesn't seem to be working. When I try and apply the changes manually, there aren't any changes being made when I perform a factory reset.I don't see in the web interface where I can update the Provisioning server for assisted provisioning . Does anyone know where to set the provisioning server in this interface? Or how to provision vvx450's? Am I missing something? I have some vvx250's that were a breeze, and I assumed these would be the same. 

Hello Zoom,I have been trying to register my Company's Brand for the 10DLC and getting an error I can not get around.  I double and triple-checked my info but kept getting an error saying "  Brand Creation not verified, Tax ID does not match with the company name or business type. " Your form's closest option is "Construction, Materials, and Trade Services" from your Vertical type drop-down, and from my Ontario  I logged onto Ontario's website to double-check my TaxID and business number.   I am registered as "Plumbing, Heating and Air-condition contractors, " I am entering the first 8 Digits only from my business number- that all that allows me to do. Can someone direct me to the correct support person for this?   I called Zoom's customer support and they directed me to this forum....

I can only access my extension and no outside lines

I need to forward incoming calls to former employee (so, a vacant extension number) to another extension. If the extension is not tied to a user account in Zoom Phone, is there a way that incoming callers can be directed to another extension, or a way to keep the extension active once the user profile is deleted?  Another option is to have them press zero to get to an operator, but I'm not seeing that as an option in the IVR. 

Hi, Does anyone know why the phone dialler would be missing on the Windows client? The user has the correct license and has been using it for months. It is visible on her desktop PC but is missing from the installation on her Windows laptop. Thanks for any replies or suggestions.

We have several Admins on our Zoom Phones account. We frequently check-up on each other's tickets. When one Admin submits a ticket with Zoom Support, we'd like that ticket to be visible to all Admins for Zoom in our organziation. How can I set it up this way - so all support tickets open with Zoom Support for our organization are shown to all Admin users?

We were told that the Voip phone could display our biz name as Caller ID, but after 2 months, it still shows just the phone number. Has anyone else had this issue? How did you resolve it? Were you able to get anyone from Zoom to help you? They are totally ignoring my requests!

Is there anyone out there who can help me?  Cannot send or receive texts sms messages.  This is a technical issue, as one time someone was able to help me get it going, but then it stopped again and I have tried many things.  Is there a technical support person who has a particular experience or expertise with texting within zoom audio? 

Hi everyone, Does non self-service Zoom Phone System training exist? Both back-end sys admins and end users? I expect this to be a paid training, of course but I can't find any resources. It doesn't have to be provided by Zoom, third party training vendor is fine - I just can't find anything. Our workforce is extremely low-tech and self-anything does NOT work at all; it has to be face-to-face even if via Zoom (not physically in person) ThanksBoyan

Hi, I need to configure a SIP client on Sipnetic (or other SIP client) which is on an Android mobile phone. Does anyone know how i doe this. I can't find anything on line about it. 

I have 2 users whose incoming calls are going directly to voicemail. They can make outgoing calls without issues and can receive voicemail messages. They can also see the missed call in their history. They both have the Zoom softphone only. When I look at their status both are available so I don't know what to check to see if something is blocked.  A ticket has also been open with Zoom. If anyone can help, that would be great!
