How do you get it so that the line isn't put on hold automatically while conferencing people in?  I'd like the people on the line already to be able to continue talking while other people are called to be conferenced in.

What can I do to change the email in my profile! It say Zmail

I would like the option to pick up a call to our main number before the auto receptionist sends it to the recording.  Is there a way to have our phones ring so one of us can answer it, before the Auto picks up?  Thanks 

My firm has noticed that after hours they're seeing their phones blink with the red light periodically on their device. For our individual user settings we have people set to 24x7, but our main company number has set hours during the day. I've also observed that when the phone syncs with the Zoom servers it blinks for a short bit then stops. But my users report (I have not seen it with my own eyes) that the red light continues to blink and looks like it's a missed call. Is this normal/is there a reason for this? I'm hoping to find out - thanks

I manage a group of 16 agents that take incoming calls. What would cause an agent to have a high number of inbound calls but a low number of calls completed and high number of calls answered by other?

Hi just started a zoom phone plan. I've setup my account and followed the instructions on https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360054155112-Using-SMS and https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360054631031, however I can only receive texts and not send them. I tried wiping my android device's cache and clearing the app data, but I still can't send SMS from the Zoom app. The error at the bottom of my screen (where the typing/input box should be) says "Your Direct Number has been removed by your admin. You cannot send messages." However my direct number is assigned to me, and I have not reassigned my direct number in several hours. Edit Oct 18, 2021 -  I attached a screenshot of the error message I'm getting.

Installed a new Yealink SIP-T54W phone, provisioned it with Zoom, and then I cannot get back into the admin functions within the phone.  I have tried to change the password within the Zoom portal under Company Info -> Desk Phone -> Common Settings -> Admin Password, however, even after multiple reboots of the phone, it still says "Incorrect Password" when trying to log into the admin functions on the phone.  Does anybody have any ideas as to what I am missing?  Thank you in advance for your help, take care, and have a nice day! -- Ron

My Zoom phone works perfectly on my computer, but on my cell phone (Galaxy A71) the app is still "hors ligne" and it is impossible to change any settings.

Hi every one. The company who I'm giving support get a ciscospark email notification regard Sapark Call deactivation. My costumer wants to keep the numbers, and the endpoints that currently use to make phone calls. So they are interested on port those numbers to an zoom existing account they own. Is this possible to do? what is the workaround need to achieve this? Thanks for your comments Regards.

Factory reset on T54W phone and Admin password is not "admin". Has anyone else encountered this?

I have a user using the Zoom application on OpenSUSE LEAP 15.4 Linux.  For several months he has been able to place Zoom phone calls from home but it stopped working.  He immediately gets "Called failed" and no error code is provided.  He can start a Zoom meeting just fine and send a Zoom meeting invite to others in our company and communicate.  You also can't call him on zoom.  He once brought his laptop into work and it worked again for making phonecalls but that happened only once and has not succeeded since. At home and work he is behind a NAT firewall.  When he transports the laptop he puts it into sleep mode by closing the lid and does not power it down so it is not rebooted and Zoom reloaded.I am thinking of suggesting he stop the Zoom process and restarting it.  But will that be sufficient or perhaps he should reboot?    

I am setting up a multi-site system and want to have a consistent "voice" across all sites and audio clips. It makes no sense to me that I can change the default site language but not the voice and I don't want to have to recreate everything with a different voice. Nothing personal "Kevin", but you are not the voice I want representing me.

Hello everyone first time post here,  I was wondering if anybody experiencing the same issue we are having using zoom on a desk phone ( Soundpoint 550 Polycom and others) Anytime you are on a call and another person calls, you can not place them on hold to answer the other call without  hanging up on  previous call. On the app though it easy to press hold talk to other line and go on. Previous provided allowed for 4 calls per line, now it feels like its one call only. Any help greatly appreciated 

I have multiple duplicates in SMS contacts that are used to chat all the time, but for some reason I have no way of deleting any of them, I’ve also tried to add to existing contacts but no success.

we have a business site that has phone numbers listed but they are not coded as a clickable link just text.  our Skype for Business phone system has an addon that puts a clickable icon next to the phone number to make it clickable.  is there any sort of addon for Zoom that will do the same thing?  we have told the users about highlight to call but they feel that is too much to do.

I cannot enter my mobile number-It gets rejected every time

I am trying to import Key assignements and keep getting the following error message. The amount of line keys (of the Line type) is incorrect. I can do the MASS import but it doesn't let you pick a Key number so it scrambles my keys and makes training difficult.  I want to put 5 Parks on keys 6-10.  I have a lot of users so doing this by hand is out of the question.  Here is my CSV File Contents Key,Key Type,Key Assignment,Alias,Outbound Caller ID6,Call Park,*801,Park 17,Call Park,*802,Park 28,Call Park,*803,Park 39,Call Park,*804,Park 410,Call Park,*805,Park 5  Please help
