Daily Call queue sequential order?

Hello Zoom Community,

 

I was wondering if there is a way to make it so the sequential order of a call queue changes daily (example Monday would be user1, user2, user3 and Tuesday may be users user4, user5, user6) .

Right now I am manually going to our call queue settings and changing the order every morning but I would prefer if I could set some type of daily schedule for these calls if possible.

Hi @mikej 

 

The way to accomplish this would be to start at AR level. Here's how you do this

1. Create an AR A for Monday which points to a call Queue A with user1, user2, user3 

2. Closed hours would be everything but Monday so that could go to a different Call queue B with users user4, user5, user6

 

And so on. You can do lots of interesting things.
