Zoom Phone

I am setting up some Poly vvx250 phones for my work with Zoom accounts. I make a user, assign the user to a phone, I then set up the phone and once the phone is set up normally it will provision and we are good to go but some of them do not and I need help on how I can provision them so they can start to use them.

    Hi @Ventana1- 

     

    You can only assign up to 3 phones to a user. Are you saying that some phones assigned to different users do not Zero touch provision ?

    If yes, Make sure your firewall ports for Zoom phone are open:
