We switched to Zoom phone a few months ago, a few hundred users. Our onboarding/offboarding team is looking for a way to find out what auto receptionists/ivr's a user is connected to.We can see membership for Call Queues in the admin console, but we don't see a way to find out what auto receptionists they are listed in.This is a problem as when they are deleting an outgoing staff person, if that person is part of a AR/IVR, it just breaks the IVR (there is no warning to our admin, any IVR they are listed in will just now be like "Press 1 for BLANK")We know we can go through all AR/IVR's one by one looking for someone, but thats not feasible with dozens of ARs.Our old phone system had a button to show all references to the user, but we can't find an equivalent in Zoom.Are we missing something or does this just not exist? Thanks in advance. 

We have an executive that when he tries to call his assistant, it goes straight to voicemail and then she receives a notification that she has a voicemail.  If he calls her cell from his Zoom phone, he gets a message that his call cannot be completed as dialed.  I would appreciate any help as I have scoured the settings.

I want to block outgoing calls from certain extensions/common area phones? but i want them to be able to call internal extensions only?  also can i block international calls on certain extensions? 

I recently changed a user over to Zoom phone. Now, when he tries to dial another extension he receives a message that says "Share line unavailable!" and hangs up. Any idea what to do to get past that? All settings look fine. We're using a Yealink t27g phone.

Our organization uses Auto Receptionist to field calls to our staff lines and I recently set up the spam filter last week because we have been receiving an excessive amount (10-20 per day) of calls to our Auto Receptionist main line, which leave voicemails that have a beep at the beginning and then no sound. I've researched some of the phone numbers and it appears that businesses, individuals, and mobile phone numbers are being spoofed. Only a few legitimate calls and voicemails are actually coming through (which is normal) but I have to sort through them to find out which ones are real.

We've merged with another company, but are keeping the one phone number intact. I've recently ported the number to zoom and I want to create the ability to have our main number and the merged companies number with it's own extensions. I enabled multiple site and created a new site. When I try to assign the ported number the the new site, it doesn't allow me to accept the change (although it the new site shows it in the list). What am I missing or doing incorrectly here? Thanks,

The MAC addresses we have for the D230 base stations are not registering in Zoom. Example: 9CADEFA92AE2. How do you connect the bases to the Zoom system?

I am using Zoom Phone.There is a site in Auto Recepctions, I double check that business hours are correct.Business hours is 9:30 AM ~ 18:00.But when I call it at 17:30, IVR say office was closed.I did double check Time Zone in Zoom Admin, it's correct. What can I do or any thing I must check again ?Thank you.

I was able to set up the Auto Receptionist so that myself and my colleagues can make outbound calls and receive inbound calls, and have also set up the message for when customers call in, but when clicking the extensions that are voiced in the message (and has been set up), it does not patch through at all.  I want to ensure customers can submit the extension number, and be patched through to the proper individual. Currently the opening message continues until finished, and then patches through to the main recipient set up in our portal.

I encountered an issue yesterday afternoon where all of our Poly VVX 450 phones went offline with the message "URL calling is disabled".  After some research, I found that all of the phones with a device (usually PC) connected to the phone's downstream ethernet switch port had reverted to the native VLAN, despite having an IP config for my voice VLAN.  This rendered the phones effectively offline and unable to reach the internet.   I didn't have any network config changes applies for weeks.  I was using LLDP-MED to direct Poly phones to a voice VLAN while allowing the downstream switchport devices to use the native VLAN.   The only thing I can think of is that there was a firmware update to my phones that went out Wednesday afternoon (~4pm ET).  Can we view firmware update logs for desk phones anywhere?  Can support provide this? 

Hi!We have just signed up for Zoom Phone. We are on the basic package because we only need one user, however it is linked directly to my account (which is the billing account). We need the Zoom Phone to be linked to one of my employee's logins, however the billing should remain on my account. Has anyone else done this successfully? The UI is not very user friendly.

my speaker does not work, I have checked my computer, and the audio on my computer works fineCan any one help out?

I am using Mac from Asia and using a US number registered with Zoom. I can use the phone number to call the US. When I called this number, it led me to a voicemail as intended and I left a voice mail but Zoom didn't seem to receive this voice mail and no notification and no recording a Zoom admin could track. It just seems not functioning at all. I tried few times already. Thanks for your help.

I have just subscribe to Zoom Phone US & Canada unlimited plan and i want to assign number to myself but phone system management is not working or i cannot access that. When i click on it then it starts loading but nothing appears afterwards. Is there any problem with the rights to access that or it is any bug? Thanks 

We have Call Queues set up for Urgent issues, and it would be very helpful to be able to configure a ringtone other than the default meeting tone.I noticed this may be possible with DID #'s but that is not an option for our team.We have a Business Plus license.

What I am hoping to do is find a way to view or export a list of all the Zoom phone users and how much they have used the phone in total minutes. I have exported phone usage data but it does not list totals per user and I think users that have not used the phone at all don't show up. We have employees who are probably not using Zoom phone because they are not aware they have it and we have other employees who have requested a phone but who probably no longer need it. We need a good way to audit this info. Thanks!

Is there a way or is it on the roadmap to customize call reports to exclude calls less than 5 seconds, so they are excluded from abandon call reports? Would also like a recoverable abandon call report. Abandoned calls greater than 5 seconds that presented a caller ID.    

Needing a screen for a receptionist-type user to be able to see most of their zoom phone users on one screen and be able to drag and drop calls, etc.  Being able to customize this list would be even better (HR Department, Finance Department, IT Department, etc.)  Starred contacts, and navigating to Contacts > Company Contacts just isn't a good, fast enough, or customizable option for these type of users.    We are seeing this HUD or Attendant Console feature on most other phone systems.  

has anyone setup a call que /group line to have an on-call person during off hours? If so how did you setup up? So far i can't see an easy path to setup this up for one of my teams.
