We are replacing our existing phone system companywide with Zoom phones.  A requirement of the project that we must sync our O365 exchange address book to the Zoom Workplace Phone contacts.  It seems the only way to currently do this is every user must manually download their contacts from Microsoft 365.  We have tried different methods to automate this site wide which has failed. I understandable for O365 to sync admin permissions must be given and that task has been completed.If a solution can be found to automatically sync O365 exchange global address book with Phone contacts, this will be a no go with the department of over 300 phones as the upper managers will review this phone system is not working for then because they need to call up saved contacts.  How do I sync O365 address book contacts into Zoom Phone contacts without having ever user forced to manually do it and continue to this process over and over again for new global contacts are added t

We recently upgraded from an obsolete ESI phone system to Zoom phone. The Zoom folks recommended we purchase an Audiocodes mp112 ATA device to make the paging system talk to Zoom. I followed the instructions to provision the ATA device and it shows up as being online in Zoom. Normally, when you call into the paging system, it auto-answers so you can send out your message through the paging amp/overhead speakers. Currently, the extension assigned to the ATA just rings and goes to voicemail. Anyone work on something similar?

Why does it take so long to get set up on Zoom Phone and then Zoom texting. Every day I am speaking with Zoom. It's affecting our business and the messages dont get through. Multiple technicions for the canada market escalation . Whats going on?

I have been escalating the issue to get things urgently going for text from Canada to Canada. Its at the stage that we would need an official update to understand. Not just “Rest assured”.

I'd like to add custom Task/Activity fields to be captured, but I'm only seeing Account/Contact/Lead. It does look like I can add the Task object, but that looks to be for finding matches, not for the call task that will be logged.

We are working on a project for a group of students to serve as on-call drivers for times when the department does not have availability.  We are looking for a solution for contacting said on call driver. Our students do not have Zoom accounts, and we do not create ‘dummy’ accounts. Other than creating a number and changing the forwarding all the time, is anyone aware of another solution we might utilize?

I have been experiencing a lot of dropped calls in the past 3 weeks here at my company. Are there any issues going on with the phone systems? 

Hello, I’m having an issue with Zoom Phone Auto Receptionist routing. If the main menu is configured so that pressing a key (for example, Press 1) routes directly to an external phone number, the call rings correctly. However, if Press 2 on the main menu routes to another Auto Receptionist (a sub-menu), and within that sub-menu Press 1 routes to External Number 1 and Press 2 routes to External Number 2, neither external number rings. Instead, the caller hears a message saying the person is not available. The same external numbers work when assigned directly on the main menu, but not when called from a sub-menu. Any solution or workaround would be appreciated.

Is there a setting to automatically split and send SMS messages that are over 160 characters?

Hi! I set the call distribution to rotation, but apparently it isn’t working. It’s still ringing simultaneously for all members.  Is this an issue, or what could I have done wrong?

How do I dial a user's extension so that my call goes directly to their voicemail; I do not want their phone to ring at all. This will be used for after-hours IT notifications and do not want to disturb the end users.

Setting up a new customer, and they have purchased E220 and #450 phones.  I've not worked with Polycom before. We were trying a test to get one set up, and could not get Zero Touch provisioning to work.  Tried to find a video on it, to see what it should look like, but really cannot find anything.  The only threads I've found seem to indicate that ZTP is a big problem on Polycom.   Has anyone had any experience with the E220 and E450 phones with ZTP?

How do I setup a call queue to first ring two people simultaneously, and if no answer then ring to a 3rd person? I see it shown as an option in the call queue setup section (see included screenshot below, but I can't find directions on how to set it up that way. 

Hi there, we began using Zoom phone ~1 year ago for our small business and have never been fully satisfied. I find the set up and customization of features confusing and don't have anyone else on my team who can help me with it. I would greatly appreciate set up guidance and would be happy to pay someone for their expertise. Some context on what we do and what I'm looking for: We're a specialty auto repair shop open M-F 8:30am to 5:30pm. We field many calls a day from retail customers and individuals at other businesses we work with. Calls are typically to schedule appointments or ask for updates on repair/parts/etc. Our General Manager is responsible for answering calls. He has a company-owned iPhone with Zoom installed on it. Is anything other than the WP810/825 family supported on Zoom? I can't seem to find any options that don't require a DECT infrastructure. We are trying to replace our on Prem Cisco system and the performance of the WP810 and 825 has been quite poor. Yealink makes the ax-83H but that doesn't seem to be supported for some reason?

We are a medium size company with around 100 Zoom Rooms in the US - Trying to find out if Zoom Rooms fall under Ray Baums act for dialing 911.What I have tested and found so far Dialing 933 from a room that has not had a phone license assigned - call fails. most of our rooms have not been configured with an extension as dialing out would current count against zoom meeting phone call minutes - didn't require an extra phone license. If we assign a basic phone license it can dial 933 ( but then can not dial out otherwise ) - but it uses the default site address and does not follow settings for more specific e911 info ( I wanted to include the room number itself)   - even though there is an option to use a different address when you assign it a zoom phone license.I tried setting an unlimited license and it's still giving the programmed building address and not the address chosen in the drop down.Ideally I wou

Is there a way to set time of day parameters in The Call Queue Real-Time Analytics? I'm looking to pull all the data in that section by shift.

My campaign was rejected for "Brand Inconsistencies" and I can't figure out why. The only thing I can think of is that my website and this campaign use the name of my DBA company name. But when I submitted the brand for approval, I listed my official company name AND my registered DBA, so that should be covered. My brand was approved, but the campaign (using the DBA) was rejected. My website uses the brand of my DBA, which is a common circumstance. So my campaign and my website match. But I think it might be looking for the registered business name that is tied to my EIN?? But I don't use that old name for anything so I'm not sure how to resolve this.  Please advise. I need to get SMS working becuase I use it for client communications and people are texting and I'm not getting them. 

Hi, I'm a newbie here. I purchased the Zoom Phone plan today and selected a number, but it is still pending activation. I checked online, and it said it usually takes no more than 2 hours, but it's been half a day now, and it's still not working. I wonder what I should do, or is this actually normal? I would appreciate it if anyone could share their experience with me. Thank you! 

Our office has some rotating staff who are sometimes (but not always) responsible for handling calls from one of our Call Queues. Right now, it's somewhat burdensome for us to manually enable/disable their Call Queue membership (or the "Receive Call Queues" user setting) repeatedly, or during certain weekend/holiday hours. Is there any way to set a schedule and/or time limit for call queue membership? So for example, if we know Employee A will be covering the call queue from Fri-Mon, we could just set that schedule somewhere instead of having them (or an admin) manually go flip the switch every time there's a change?

We have jus transitioned our organization, some 200 phones to Zoom Phone, now none of the inbound calls are showing Caller ID just the number, This was working fine on our previous provider then once the numbers we ported and we began on Zoom Phone it quit across all apps ... is this a setting?Thank you  We found the issue we added a line into a provisioning template:account.1.cid_source = 0account.2.cid_source = 0Fixed the issue.,
