Is there an easy way to show users which countries are enabled on the account for international calling?  I can see the list in the Admin billing section, but how does a user see which countries are enabled? 

How can we change the default message template that applies when sharing call details from the Zoom Workplace Desktop App? No matter what the status of the call is, the details always state the call is a "missed call" which has confused some of our users. I can't find any answers for this question online or easily find this setting on the web portal. This window pops up when you right-click on a call in the call History and click on Share Call Details.   

We use Poly Edge E450 desk phones with Zoom phone, in addition to softphone. I have a user that is wanting to selectively send an incoming call to his voicemail. However, when he presses the Reject button on the desk phone, it then follows his call handling "when a call is not answered call" instructions which then forwards the call to a call queue. Anyone aware of a way to send the caller to voicemail instead of following call handling? Reject button on desk phone is basically ignore not reject.

I purchased a yearly zoom phone subscription and requested to port a phone number.  However, I found out that porting a number could take 30 days and I can't wait that long so I canceled the request.  Now I cannot assign the original Zoom number because it says that the number is being processed for porting.  How can I get the whole process canceled so that I can use the original number assigned to me by Zoom?

We have a setup where there are three users that each have their own IVR option from the main IVR prompt.  E.g. press 1 for Leslie, 2 for Henry, etc.  We also have a #4 option for after hours emergencies.  We want each of the users to be able to have normal calls, directly to their extensions (1, 2, 3) to go to voicemail after hours.  But if someone presses 4, to go into the Call Queue (which we already have) for after hours.  I can't change the business hours on the users because then the emergency option doesn't forward to anyone.  And I can't change the business hours on the IVR and use say an "alternate" IVR because Zoom doesn't support multiple IVRs with the same extension.  How can this be accomplished?

Hello all, I find the Phone Assintat quite useful, which hides in idle state. But when a call is active, there is no way to hide or minimize it. If you have several widgets or Speed Dial buttons, it can use a lot of space, and you have to keep moving it around to see the screen behind it (document, web, etc.). I think it should have a minimize option to show just the call control bar during a call. Best regards,David

Can this plan be for an individual who isn't in a business and wants a home office phone for people to call during work hours? I own a VoIP IP phone - Yealink T46s with locally hosted FreePBX. I wanted to finally switch to a cloud services provider that would allow my "office" or "work" phone to be active 24/7 through the cloud so anyone could call me using my work number rather than personal. Please let me know if this plan is what I should choose for my needs.

We are looking to map a users secondary emergency address from their home address in Okta.Im told this can be done via API, we have been unsuccessful thus far.We could run the API and It would add an emergency address "As" the user, but never added it to their profile. So  it was just sitting in the emergency address pool, which doesn't help us. Has anyone accomplished this? and can you please help by letting me know how?

User is on latest version, they cannot answer inbound calls. They can place outbound calls that ring then go nowhere. They are using the desktop app via a laptop and there have been zero changes to network/proxy/firewall settings. The PC is 100% online. I can't find this error code anywhere. Any ideas? I do not even see 805 as an error code type on the list here https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360038341071-Error-codes-for-Zoom-Phone 

Does Zoom offer Mass Text Message option?

We had a user that started getting bombarded with spam calls recently. Every one is from a different number. Most are verified. She was getting like one every 30 minutes for two days straight. I had to have her turn on DND and some other client settings just so they didn't disrupt her.  I bumped the spam detection up to high and set the action from nothing to route them to VM. When calls come in I notice they don't get labeled with a new type of "spam" in the users call history until the user manually blocks the number from their client. We noticed the calls slow to 1-3 a day after doing this, but I was thinking perhaps the the bot just moved on to a new target.  Does Zoom show all calls in the users history including ones picked up by the spam filter?Do calls dynamically get detected and marked as spam before they make it to the users client, or do calls only get marked as spam after at least one user reports the number?

I've added all the necessary text to my website, but my campaign keeps getting rejected. The status is now pending and not being approved, even though a campaign ID has been generated. Also how can I change details, such as whether messages include phone numbers, or update the entire 10DLC name without waiting 10 days for approval?

I just signed up a couple of weeks ago. My number was just ported over today. I'm a solopreneur, and I do not need an auto-receptionist. Right now, if you call my number, you get the attendant. You can press 0 and leave a message, but I'm not getting the messages. I had an ad hit today, and nobody could reach me. The bot was zero help, support says 24-48 hours. I need my phone to ring on my desktop and my phone at the same time; if I pick up, great; if not, it goes to voicemail.  If anyone can help so I don't keep missing calls, I'd greatly appreciate it.  I've gone into Admin, Auto Recep, and I can't do anything with the main number. I can't click on it. Grayed out!  Thanks in advance!

From a security standpoint, we are looking for a method to disable or at least create a speed bump to users clicking on links in smishing attempts.  Security software addresses this in emails but ZOOM SMS appears to be an open vector. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Does someone know how we can setup calls to route to our receptionist, if she doesn’t pick up then the calls go to our AA?

I have Zoom Phone package.Zoom Workplace, Version: 6.1.11 (45504) I would like my company name to appear in the call recipient's Caller ID when making an outbound call.  I would also like to include it at the bottom of SMS texts, maybe with the "Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help." message that's generated. I am sure I missed something, but I have looked through the settings, googled results, Zoom help & Zoom Community and can't seem to find out how to do either. Thank you,David

Hello, we recently ported all our numbers to Zoom and everything seems to be performing as expected, with one exception.  We had a message-only extension with our previous provider, there is no phone number assigned to the user, who has a basic Zoom phone license assigned.  I set up our IVR, assigned a placeholder user extension and now want to edit that to ring the voicemail extension.  When I try to set the key action as Forward to User I receive this error message "This feature requires a Zoom Phone Metered, Unlimited, or Pro plan."I do not want to assign a license for an extension only to collect voicemails.Short story, I need to be able to route to voicemail using IVR for an account with a basic license.Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong, or offer a solution?Thank you   

I want to buy the $15 package for calling unlimited to the USA and Canada i read it carefully, and it said regional so my question is that ;do I need to be in the USA to call in the USA for free (unmetered) or can I call from Pakistan to the USA for free (unmetered) with the $15 (unlimited USA and Canada regional call) package from Zoom phone? or to call from Pakistan to the USA for free I'll have to buy the $20 package?

We recently installed the Zoom Salesforce integration. I noticed when a user clicks to call a number it pops open the desktop app. This is annoying and unneeded. How do we turn it off? 

Hi all,I've been having a real head-scratcher of an issue and can't think of anything else. I'm relatively new to telephony and these systems, but recently we migrated to Zoom phone from Avaya. In our environment we have a few analog lines for a paging system, I believe the model is a Bogen PCM2000. How it worked was the line was assigned an extension. On any desk phone, you would call the extension, it would give a confirmation beep prompting to select your zone (00 for all, 01 for first floor, 02 for second floor, etc). We have 3 zones. You would dial 00 and then the paging system would play an announcement tone and then let you make your announcement.  Since moving to Zoom, instead of using the analog line back to our MDF, we are using a Poly ATA 402 that is directly connected to our network switch, and an RJ-11 line coming from the ATA plugging into our paging system. According to other documentation I've seen, I believe the configuration is set up
