Does someone know how we can setup calls to route to our receptionist, if she doesn’t pick up then the calls go to our AA?

I have Zoom Phone package.Zoom Workplace, Version: 6.1.11 (45504) I would like my company name to appear in the call recipient's Caller ID when making an outbound call.  I would also like to include it at the bottom of SMS texts, maybe with the "Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help." message that's generated. I am sure I missed something, but I have looked through the settings, googled results, Zoom help & Zoom Community and can't seem to find out how to do either. Thank you,David

Hello, we recently ported all our numbers to Zoom and everything seems to be performing as expected, with one exception.  We had a message-only extension with our previous provider, there is no phone number assigned to the user, who has a basic Zoom phone license assigned.  I set up our IVR, assigned a placeholder user extension and now want to edit that to ring the voicemail extension.  When I try to set the key action as Forward to User I receive this error message "This feature requires a Zoom Phone Metered, Unlimited, or Pro plan."I do not want to assign a license for an extension only to collect voicemails.Short story, I need to be able to route to voicemail using IVR for an account with a basic license.Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong, or offer a solution?Thank you   

I want to buy the $15 package for calling unlimited to the USA and Canada i read it carefully, and it said regional so my question is that ;do I need to be in the USA to call in the USA for free (unmetered) or can I call from Pakistan to the USA for free (unmetered) with the $15 (unlimited USA and Canada regional call) package from Zoom phone? or to call from Pakistan to the USA for free I'll have to buy the $20 package?

We recently installed the Zoom Salesforce integration. I noticed when a user clicks to call a number it pops open the desktop app. This is annoying and unneeded. How do we turn it off? 

Hi all,I've been having a real head-scratcher of an issue and can't think of anything else. I'm relatively new to telephony and these systems, but recently we migrated to Zoom phone from Avaya. In our environment we have a few analog lines for a paging system, I believe the model is a Bogen PCM2000. How it worked was the line was assigned an extension. On any desk phone, you would call the extension, it would give a confirmation beep prompting to select your zone (00 for all, 01 for first floor, 02 for second floor, etc). We have 3 zones. You would dial 00 and then the paging system would play an announcement tone and then let you make your announcement.  Since moving to Zoom, instead of using the analog line back to our MDF, we are using a Poly ATA 402 that is directly connected to our network switch, and an RJ-11 line coming from the ATA plugging into our paging system. According to other documentation I've seen, I believe the configuration is set up

This has been really frustrating, i keep on getting different answers for zoom support. What i wanna do is really simple and shouldn't be so complicating: I have a main number with an auto receptionist for my business. (Dial 1 for customer service, dial 2 for our hours and location etc.) and one user\ext. (me). I want to be able to send and receive SMS text messages. But because the number is the main company phone number i am unable to do so:(  Any help would be appreciated.  

Can you save or print "live transcript" from Zoom phone calls? If they are automatically saved somewhere can someone please tell me how/where to retrieve the transcript?

I am unable to access my zoom phone tab from my desktop, its basically not showing up there and I'm making calls through mobile, I have tried signing out and logging back too for multiple times but still facing the same issue

Hello,    I currently have a zoom phone number and would like to know if it is possible to answer calls using my Apple Watch. Currently I'm only able to see messages on my watch, but can't seem to find a way to enable calling.   Thank you for your responses.

We are having two main issues with the transfer option on the Zoom phone calls. 1) Some calls we receive display the option to transfer and other phone calls do not display the option to transfer on our Zoom apps both on the phone and desktop. 2) When the transfer option does appear we are unable to successfully transfer the caller. Every time we attempt to transfer, we are told that the call "cannot be completed" and to "try again" later even though all phone lines in our building are working. Can anyone please provide some insight into this issue?  

We're looking to export various reports on a schedule basis. When navigating to Account Management > Reports, we can readily run reports; however, we don't see a means of scheduling these reports to run periodically. Has anyone been able to (or are able to) run these reports on a scheduled basis.  

I’m very new to the group and Zoom phone. I have customers that randomly pace orders over the phone. They have complained to me that they find the “Auto recording message” at the beginning of the call annoying. How can I turn it off. When I search, I mostly find articles about turning on recordings for meetings. Thank you

I used to get phone calls through my cellphone and my desktop, but for some reason now it only goes to my phone. I checked settings and I have it set correctly. What should I do?

When sending texts to a group of people in Zoom, the replies that come back are not threaded in the group chat but come back individually. Is there a way to fix this?

I activated a new phone line yesterday (I'm the Zoom account owner), made the full configuration as required, but when I try to make a call via the mobile app or via my desktop app, I get a message saying “it is impossible to make the call, please try again later”. I would like to point out that all my software's are in up-to-date versions and that all my devices have the required configurations for Zoom IP calls.Do any of you have this problem?

Zoom cancelled our active SMS Campaign and asked us to resubmit a new Campaign.  After a couple of quick rejections, our current Campaign has been in Pending status for close to 4 weeks?!  Client support continues to be of no help, so looking for any other options other than just giving up and switching services.  We only use it for client meeting confirmations and reminders, so any help appreciated.

Just today, callers are unable to call us.  They get a recording suggesting that Zoom phone is now out of order.  Does anyone know how to get Zoom to correct this problem.

Maybe no response till after Labor Day? Meanwhile my customers are not able to reach me. Any help would be much appreciated

I have zoom meetings and phone.  The video meetings continue to function normally, but today when I try to make an outgoing phone call from my laptop, I get a message on my screen "Not connected, trying to reconnect".  It never connects.  I am out of the office at a public WIFI network, but connection appears to be fine.  (had zoom video meeting)  Incoming phone calls connect to voicemail, and messages are received.  I can send outgoing SMS messages on the same phone without problem.  No changes have been made to any administrative settings. SOLUTION - I switched the laptop to my cellphone's hotspot instead of the public WIFI, and I was able to make zoom phone calls on my laptop!

I believed to have setup the phone system, however, all inbound calls go directly to voicemail. Unless, they know my extension. Can you set it up so that all calls can be answered unless I decline and then they go to VM?  Thanks, in advance.
