I have SMS working, is it possible to get the SMS conversations sent to email for archiving purposes?

Hello,

 

I would advise you to submit a feature request at this point then as the feature does not currently exist within the Zoom platform.

Hello,

 

If you are an admin on the account and have access to Phone System Management, you can go into the Logs tab, then select SMS and you can view SMS history, SMS messages, and export the SMS message log. This should work for archiving purposes. Note that this will be exported to a CSV file. If you are looking specifically looking to send something to email it would have to be the CSV file.

Jake, thank you for your info. Yes, I'm an admin and I have seen that feature. Unfortunately, that doesn't suit my needs. I need each SMS message to immediately be sent to email. The extra steps of logging on to Phone System Management, finding the logs, exporting . . . etc is too much work for 2024. Google voice has had this feature for over 10 years. Hopefully it gets added as a feature before my renewal.
