I have Zoom Workplace 6.3.0 (52884) installed. The computer is trying to update to 6.4.2.During the course of the update, I receive the message that the feature I am trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. I am to look for “zoon InstallerFull.msi”, which cannot be located.Downloading the latest version of Zoom does not resolve anything. The computer does not accept the msi file that has been downloaded.Attempts to delete the app failed, with the same error message generated.Suggestions / Guidance please.Thank you

Zoom keeps freezing and crashing during meetings - I'm a therapist and conduct my online sessions on the app. I also give lectures on it. Today I had a 2-hour lecture and got disconnected 7 times. I need to fix it urgently. What could be wrong? Internet connection is strong.

Hello, I have Zoom for my Mac M2 Air. A while back, I thought it would be cool to have a virtual background of an X-Wing from Star Wars. This was all fine and dandy until I realized that the Zoom app on my Mac recognizes that virtual background as if there is no virtual background. I am confused and angry about this issue because I have uninstalled the app at least 5 different times, logged in with different emails, and even cleared out the cache files and restarted my machine. The X Wing background still shows up. What am I doing wrong? I have tried to speak to a human being with the customer support number, only to be told that I am not a premium member, so I cannot talk to a human or even send a trouble shoot request. I don't want to spend $17 just to fix a hopefully simple solution. Can anyone help me?  Thank you

Good morning people  I have two regularly scheduled meetings in Zoom with attendance of over 100 folks.  I want to keep the same meetings but I don't need the two links/ID's anymore.   I am afraid that if I cancel the one meeting, even with good communication, a significant amount  of folks will slip through the cracks and miss a meeting.  No one can miss a meeting.  Is there a way to keep a link open for, say 14 days, and just have the meeting A rerouted to Meeting B?

My Zoom subscription has expired, and there are still some recordings that have not been downloaded. Can they still be downloaded and do I have to subscribe to Zoom again to be able to download them? 

Hi everyone,I attended a 3.5-hour meeting today. Although I wasn't the host, I received permission to record it locally. I have the Zoom folder, but both the MP4 and audio files are only 1 second long. The recording also isn't appearing under "Recordings" in my Zoom account.Does anyone know how to resolve this? The virtual agent was unhelpful.Thanks in advance

I can't locate start/stop times of previous meetings that I've hosted.  I know this exists - but I cannot find where this information is located.  Online instructions are very confusing and/or wrong.  Other solutions from previous years are also inaccurate.   Zoom is a bit too much like Teams.  10,000 buttons to choose from - all scattered in un-obvious places.   

I am unable to play the recorded meetings. It gives me the screen where it says the host shared the recording with me but will not let me play it

THERE IS NO BOARD OPTION FOR "DESIGN" There is an annoying and distracting red dot next to my "HOME" button on the left of my page. WHY???I open the home page, thinking it's trying to alert me to that page, but nothing of importance shows there. SO, this annoying red dog keeps distracting me from actually working.  HOW CAN ONE CONTACT AN ACTUAL HUMAN AT ZOOM TO ADDRESS THIS???

Hi, I use Outlook Classic with the Zoom Plugin. When I create a meeting it shchedules it with Zoom and inludes a link properly. The only problem I have is if I move the reponses to the invite (declined or accepted) then the meeting is cancelled. The Folder I move it to is in the Inbox folder, it's just a place where I put my read mails that need no futrher actions. Example: "Inbox > Sort"  I use a Quick Steps action to move mail this way and all it does it mark it read and move it to my folder.  I understand if moving it to another calendar, this would cause it to be delted but moving the accepted invites between folders should not delete the meeting right?  I have a Zoom Workplace License that is managed by IT but no one else I work with has this problem and they all move mail from the inbox to another folder to keep the inbox clear.  Any advice is greatly appreciated!   

Hi,  We have recorded a zoom meeting. How can we reply this recorded meeting on an existing scheduled meeting? Can it we achieved automatically or does somebody has to attend the meeting and start to reply it manually? 

in my Zoom meeting, I can share the Chosen movie sound but not the image. I am not sure if it is a zoom setting that needs to changed or if Google prevents sound sharing. Google has not responded me yet.

Hello,I have been using zoom for 5 years, have done many recordings. But a recording that I did today that was on the cloud is not in my Recordings tab. Is there a way how can I find it?

Hi,  I am currently doing presentations to some fellow learners through zoom. The first we I did a recording and it went great. The recording recorded the presentation, the learners & I in gallery view. This is what I wanted. Unfortunately the next presentation session, when my recording finished the recording was only of the presentation and nothing else. I have another presentation coming up and I want to get this fixed. YouTube and other guides have not been helpful. How do I get my recording to record in gallery view and not my presentation. Again, when I go on to zoom recording settings no cloud settings come up and thats what all the videos have been telling me to do. Please help 

I can't seem to get the timestamps removed from my recordings, even though I have it unchecked in my settings. Any ideas how to fix this?

I don't see my Zoom meeting today in the Recordings and Transcript section in Zoom. I usually see it after a couple of minutes, but it's been past an hour and still no recording. It's a very important meeting. I checked the Zoom local folder; there's nothing there. Please help! 

Hello,If I open Zoom, and join a meeting the preview windows will open with the correct title(meeting 1). If I then exit the preview and join meeting 2 the preview windows will show the wrong meeting title(meeting 1) It will usually show the last joined meeting title instead of the one I just joined. Pressing join will show the incorrect meeting in meeting info, as well as the incorrect meeting link.After I leave the meeting the next preview will be correct. closing it, then opening a different one will be incorrect again, with the incorrect meeting preview title, meeting info, and meeting link. This occurs for meetings scheduled by someone else on your behalf on both Windows and Mac or meetings created by you. This also happens for meetings scheduled via Outlook extension. I've tested this most extensively on Windows 11 24H2 with Zoom v6.4.12 64384. From an Zoom invite link, I click on the prompt 'Use microphone and camera' button to turn on my mic and camera. Button not work at all, so I click on 'continue without mic and camera' to join the meeting. I click on the mic and camera icons there to turn them there. That does not work either. Mic and camera do not activate with either method on my chromebook I next tested on hosting a Zoom meeting. I could not activate the mic and camera this way too. I then tested on Google Meet to see if my chromebook's mic and camera were the issue.  The mic and camera activated in Google Meet, no problem. Anyone know how to fix this so it works on Zoom too?  Thanks.

Hello, everyone.Yesterday, on July 29th, 2025, I made a cloud recording.I didn't initially enter the online meeting. I was turned to a "Host". Since I was panicked about full storage, I used a Cloud Recording. Everyone noticed that the recording was in progress. Later, as I checked my recording history, cloud recording, I couldn't find that.As I contacted the customer service, I was told that it usually take 24 hours to process via Cloud Computing. It's been over 24 hours since the meeting ended. There's also not a single email about the cloud recording.Additionally, my account is Basic account, so I won't get help from anywhere. Does anyone here have solution?

I bought a new laptop basically for conducting Zoom job interviews, but audio will not work in Zoom desktop despite spending hours messing with drivers, settings etc. !!   This is extremely frustrating.   I have a Swift GO 14 lap top (SFG14-71T).Windows 11 Home came pre-installed on laptopRealtek driver 6.0.9514.1Zoom version must be latest as I just installed it 2 days ago Speaker does not work in Zoom regardless of whether I select "Allow hardware acceleration of audio..." and "Enable audio enhancements". Troubleshooters do not fix anything for me. Speaker works fine in youtube etc. and all other windows applications Why does your sound not work Zoom??     

Waiting room is enabled under my Zoom settings, but yet everyone that joins my meetings are not placed in a waiting room. I have verified these are not co-hosts. This randomly started happening and it seems the setting is not taking. I have disabled and saved and re-enabled a few times. Still no luck.  

This is such a simple problem, I can barely believe I need to ask.  My ZOOM software was many months old, so I installed the latest just now and rebooted my Windows 10 PC.  I started ZOOM as usual, but I only get 1 window, the one with the controls along the bottom.  I have always had a second window, which I use for the speaker, and use the first window for the gallery.  I can't find a way to open that second window.  In addition, ZOOM is not showing the feed from my camera.  In video settings it identified the correct camera, but it is only showing my background;  no video at all.  Help!

Windows laptop, zoom and windows updates all done and rebooted.  Lately if I'm sharing a video with someone - specifically sharing that window - if I flick to another window (to take notes), the screen sharing pauses and/or shows the other person a black box. It never used to do this, I used to be able to keep sharing the video while taking my notes. It's really stuffing me around!I don't want to share the notes window - I just want the window with the video to continue being shared with the other person. 

Hi.  For the Zoom account for my synagogue, Waiting Rooms are disabled and Allow Participants to Join Before Host is enabled.  But it doesn't work.  Participants who attempt to log in before the host still get the "Please Wait for the Host to Start this Meeting."  Some setting must have changed but I can't figure out what.  Any idea why?  Thank you.
