What Zoom settings or features do you find most useful

When you use Zoom what features or settings do you find most useful or important to get right? Are there particular tools or configurations that make meetings easier or more effective for you? I’m curious what others focus on when they want to get the most out of Zoom.

      1. Add Q&A if avilable on your account
      2. Mute upon entry so they dont come in ‘loud’
      3. Request permission to unmute participants - So you can turn on and off their mics for better crowd control
      4. Always set to record - THen I never forget. If not needed stop recoding or delete at the end

      All these in the options section at the bottom of create a meeting.
