Hello,I accidently report a person on Our meeting. They used a different name. So I thought it was a stranger. How do I remove/cancel this action?

Hello - we have a large meeting in January 2026 for about 300 people for which we will purchase the large group add on. I was told by Zoom to purchase it in the beginning of January.  We would like to send out the registration link beginning in September (so that folks register for the meeting and Zoom automatically sends them the meeting URL link and keeps the list of registrants that I can access). My question (which the Zoom rep couldn't answer) is:  if we send out the registration invite in September under our regular basic pro plan license, will the system only allow 100 people to register for this event?  We don't know if we would need to purchase the large group add on from Sept to January so that person 101 to 300 can register. If you've ever done this, I'd appreciate your advice - thank you. 

Hi.I'm hosting meetings on Linux Mint 21 XFCE using the Version 5.14.0 (1720) Zoom app.I have read the posts about being able to change the font size in the chat box with the CTL + keyboard short cut.  I also don't have the controls people report in the accessibility settings.  So neither of these options work for me.I'm struggling to read the small text on my monitor, is there something I am doing wrong? 

I am working on a laptop elite book HP - HD/HP CAMERA built into laptop on windows 11. I have never had a problem with my camera before however I had to move to ZOOM workplace. I had an important workshop and the camera did not work!! no matter what I tried.... Then second workshop I thought I resolved the issue the camera worked at the start but half way through stopped working.......Can anyone suggest a solution?

Bonjour, Je suis utilisateur gratuit de Zoom et je me permets de signaler un problème très grave. J'ai supprimé un calendrier Google de l'affichage Zoom en appuyant simplement sur le bouton « - » dans l'onglet « Rencontres » > « Vos calendriers ». Or, cela a complètement supprimé les calendriers concernés (catégories « Travail » et « Famille ») non seulement dans Zoom, mais aussi dans Google Agenda. Ils ont totalement disparu, même de la corbeille Google. Google m'a indiqué que cette action a pu être effectuée via une application tierce via API, et Zoom était le seul outil connecté. Est-ce un comportement connu ?

Hello,I have a green screen and it shows my image very well when my class begins. However, when the teacher moves us into a breakout room, you can see part of my room on both sides (not good). Is there anything I can do to avoid this from happening.  Thank you,Carolyn

I found a resolution to the issue mentioned in the subject and I wanted to share a more complete version with the community.  Here is a step-by-step on what you can try. Issue:Audio is garbled/suppressed when pushing it through from OBS, a Virtual Cable, or some other source to the microphone to share audio with others without sharing your screen. Symptoms:Garbled AudioAudio fades in and out.Audio sounds clear until about 2 seconds later until it is suppressed Resolution:There are multiple solutions depending on your specific issue.  I've listed a few, and the first was the one that resolved it for me. Do Not Test w/ a Mobile Device (iOS/Android)I personally tried al

I have 2 basic accounts, and I am the owner on both. I am trying to change my meeting passcode, but it's locked by admin on both accounts.I followed several tutorials but none worked for me. When I go to the Account Management section as instructed, I only see Account Profile and Reports — there isn't any option to assign myself as the admin.I tried to attach screenshots but it doesn't let me do so.

Hi,After using zoom heavily for 1-1 coaching calls for over 6 years, I learned about something causing a breach of confidentiality and need to know how I can fix it, please. Assume I'm on a call 10-12 with Client A.Client B arrives to their meeting a little early at 11:55 and naturally goes into the waiting room. I see them arrive and don't admit them because I'm wrapping with Client A.Client B sees the name of Client A rather than my logo as they would see if I weren't in with another client.This breaches confidentiality and has happened 2x in the past couple months.Prior to this, I had no awareness that it had ever happened. Hello, I am trying to capture sound from my MPC (third-party software/hardware) and have it recorded during a Zoom meeting. I’ve tried tinkering with the audio settings on my MPC, Zoom and Macbook… but I can’t get any sound when I try recording a session. I can hear myself just fine and random music I play on my desktop, but when I try to capture sound coming from the MPC I get no sound on the recording. I’ve tried creating aggregate devices, various multi-output device setups, and using Zoom’s native share sound functionality to no avail. I just want to use Zoom to capture music that I create and play using my MPC software/hardware, if possible, so I was hoping to see if there are solutions to help me figure this out.

When I schedule a meeting or accept an invitation to a meeting the invite shows up in my calendar but the invite doesn't include the link for me to cclick on to open the meeting. And I don't receive email confirmations for "My meeting"  Does anyoen else have this problem or kinwo how it can be resolved? 

Hello, When i host a meeting, my participant page shows 25 user windows out of 100 users who joined the meeting, and i have to scroll to next page to see more participants. Is there a way to see 49 participants per page, as zoom claims is possible

With the new update the only way to have people in a room see the presentation and the gallery at the same time is to use the "My Screen" tab. However if you are using the "My Screen" tab you can't advance your powerpoint slides using the keyboard. Does anyone have a solution for this? Most of my University's preferred presentation view is slides with the gallery visible for hybrid meetings.

When engaging Original sound for musicians to allow background sounds, this reverts back to full noise suppression without being requested and this can be a random time before this happens. I am running 6.3.6 which has now included an extra audio option - Live performance audio BETA. This has probably screwed the existing software, especially as this is a BETA version. Why has this not been tested fully, I need background sounds for Funeral Live Streaming so that people can hear music and hymns being sung, not any more!!!

I've already written about this in two other posts here, and I've received no response. I've had a free Zoom account since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic.  I find it very frustrating that I can't even get support through live chat.  The chatbot says that my free account doesn't qualify me for chat with a human, and that I have to upgrade.  This is very concerning to me considering the ease with which I could originally use Zoom. I access Zoom through my browser.  Because Zoom has grown increasingly tech- and graphics-heavy, it's become more difficult for me to do so.  As recently as a few months ago, I could click on Launch Meeting, and I would be taken to the meeting room.  Now the options are Download the App or Launch Meeting in Browser.  I am not downloading any apps when I can use the browser itself. I use a desktop computer with Windows 11.  My browser is the latest version

I have a Samsung Galaxy Tablet S6 Lite and Zoom version 5.16.10. My screen sharing was working perfectly last week, but when I shared my screen yesterday, it looked normal from my end, but my meeting partner said they only saw a black screen. This has continued. I assume there was an update which messed it up. I tried following the guidelines here, but I'm using a tablet, not a desktop. I don't see an option on my tablet for pulling up a control panel at all; I can't find nvidia or an app that seems to do what they want on my tablet; I can't see options in my tablet's settings to input the graphic that the link recommends. Any help is appreciated. My video freezes when I try to make a virtual background change in a meeting in ZOOM.When I select NONE my video comes back. I am using Ubuntu 20.04 OS. I have friends using ubuntu but don't have that problem.When I was using windows I hadn't that problem.To fix the problem: 1. I joined a meeting from my mobile phone. I was able to change the virtual background from my mobile phone.. 2. I checked the Settings>meetings section in the Zoom administrator settings. "virtual background" button was on. 3. Zoom app is up to date.4. I watched a lot of videos on youtube and applied but the result was same.

Keynote and PowerPoint have a new live video feature where you can place a window with a live image of the presenter on the slides. So, when screen sharing a presentation in Zoom, the audience can see the presenter incorporated into the slide. The problem is, Zoom still shows the thumbnail of the presenter off to the side for all participants, duplicating the presenter's video. Is there a way to hide the Self View of just the presenter for everyone?- Not just "hide" Self View because it only hides my image from myself. It's still viewable for everyone else- Not just "turn off camera" option because PowerPoint and Keynote still need the camera to show my live video during the presentation- Not just turn off participants' cameras because I want to continue seeing the other participants  Can I hide my Self View from everyone else while I'm sharing my screen?

Hi Zoom Community,Wondering if anyone else is running into this glitch.Today (06.09.25), I noticed that my chat options changed unexpectedly during a Zoom session. Behind the scenes, all of my meeting settings allow participants to chat publicly and privately (host only, everyone, and individual participants). However, as soon as someone else joined my meeting, the private chat options disappeared. The only option available was to chat with everyone.I double-checked my Zoom settings—everything is enabled to allow full chat functionality. To troubleshoot, I set up a test session and had someone join. As soon as they entered the room, the same thing happened: chat instantly defaulted to “Everyone” only, and all private chat options were removed.Private messaging is a key part of how I facilitate training sessions, so this is a major disruption.Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Was previously able to use Zoom for meetings with few problems; last use was in December 2023. Recently however we cannot watch a webinar or participate in a meeting, because the audio frequently drops out and Zoom occasionally displays the message "Your internet connection is unstable." I disabled the connections on all devices but the one in use - no effect. I switched from a Wi-Fi to an Ethernet connection - no effect. Speed tests showed we are getting around 28 Mbps. I contacted our ISP and they set up a Zoom meeting so their technician could check all the connectivity parameters and watch what was happening while we talked (and I continued to experience the audio dropouts). Everything checked out and nothing showed up that could cause this problem. They are continuing to look into it but meanwhile I want to hear from Zoom about what could be causing this issue, which I see others have had in past years, but no clear solution has been presented.The connectivity we have all

Hello everyone   English is not my native language but I will try to explain.   I use to record videos where I am the only person talking, sometimes sharing screen, sometimes only taliking without sharing screen or document.   I tried today to record a video like that and when the recording finished, and I open de the MP4 file in my local drive to check it, video is not including audio¡¡¡    I tried several times with sharing screen and without sharing screen and all of them is the same, no audio only video.   I uninstalled software and installed again, and tried as well several times only talking  and others sharing screen and it is the same.   I don't know what to do, hopefully somebody can help me to fix it.    Thanks in advance

Is anyone else seeing issue with meeting call time stamps showing in the chat history incorrectly. Example - 12 am incoming or outgoing audio call to a chat user when the call actually happened at 1:30 pm - The other chat messages the time stamps are correct this is only happening on the audio and Video calls to chat users.  Thank you
