After no problems or issues for years...my profile photo is suddenly NOT showing up in Zoom meetings. Why?

When I record while screen sharing with ZOOM, the speaker image is fixed to the upper right corner; Does ZOOM have an option to change the speaker image to record somewhere other than the upper right corner, say the lower right or lower left? I can do that on my PC, but others often tell me they can't do it on their PCs. I do not know what is causing this.

There used to be a way for invitees to respond to the meeting request. They checked a box saying accepted or not accepted for the meeting. That doesn’t seem to be availalbe any more. Now my invitees are not getting my invites? Could someone help me with understanding what happened to this option? Thank you.  

Zoom keeps crashing within seconds of opening it. I have done very last suggestion I can find. I've updated drivers, uninstalled and reinstalled, all updates, CleanZoom, etc. It still crashes. I can't get tech support on the line. Nothing works. What can I do? How can I actually get help or fix this?

In the share screen options it shows one where the speaker's background is removed and its at the bottom left hand corner of the screen. I selected this, but then looked at the recording and the speaker was in the upper right hand corner with a random white background. How can I get it to record the speaker with no background at all like it shows in the preview on the share screen options?

I mistakenly recorded a Zoom meeting to my local computer, an Apple Mac.  How can I move this recording to the Zoom Cloud with my other Zoom recordings?

I have 2 machines running Zoom Workplace (v6.6.10) under Linux Mint (v22.2) Cinnamon (v6.4.8) and a 3rd running Windows 10 (22H2 b19045). On the Windows machine, I can open the Settings window and access all of the dialogs (video, audio, etc.). Under Linux (both machine), trying the same thing causes Zoom Workplace to crash and require restarting, regardless of whether the Settings are invoked via the gear wheel icon or from the Settings entry in the User menu. All 3 machines are 64-bit laptops of varying vintage and manufacture. One of the Linux machines  has an external monitor and webcam attached; the other does not. The first one has only a touchpad; the 2nd has both touchpad and (wireless) mouse. I am running Zoom 5.8 on Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS.  Recently  I started experiencing behavior where Zoom runs fine at first.  Then after 30-45 minutes the video starts to freeze up for varying amounts of time that slowly increases.  The audio comes through fine but the user interface also freezes up.  When I run System Monitor I see that one of the four cpu cores is pegged at 100% while the video is frozen.  When the core comes unpegged the video briefly unfreezes until one of the cores again pegs at 100%.  The other three cores are running around 40-60% at the same time.  This same system used to run fine on previous Zoom releases.   Anyone have any suggestions?

Since the last update, when I go to the desktop site to add a new permanent recurring appointment at a non fixed time, I no longer have the ability to add a Topic that is customized.  They all are created using "Zoom Meeting" so now I have 4 entries on my meeting list that are called "Zoom meetings."  Typically I use the customer's name or initials so I can easily distinguish them.How can I edit them? Or set them up (again) to show up in my Meetings LIst as something specific??  thanks so much!Annette

Hi, I've spent 30 minutes searching for the answer to this.I enabled breakout rooms, but there was no icon in the menu. I restarted my Mac, restarted the Zoom app but still there is no breakout room icon. One tutorial said the BR icon is in 'More'. I have no More option.Any clues?I did see someone say they reinstalled the app and it fixed the issue. Is that as simple as trashing Zoom and then downloading the app again? Will my paid account automatically reconnect with the app? Is this what I should do?Thanks

Hi there, I've buy my Samsung tab recently and installed the app. And I found out that I can't login with my devices as my account type is a Google account. I've tried many times to login and it always stuck at the relaunch page and even moving. Can someone from zoom come and solve this problem??

Issues with loading the Zoom website and logging in through the portal from New Delhi India. It says I am in Russia and hence blocked. Please fix!

This STILL seems an issue.We have an Enterprise license for a very large company. I host Software training meetings. I went into my “upcoming meetings” a week before. I named an “alternative host” who also is on the enterprise license. He did NOT receive an email. I forwarded him the email link that I “copied” from the meeting details. He clicked on it, and it prompted him to register, then said “host cannot register”, The meeting he is named as Alternative Host does NOT show in his upcoming meetings. Very frustrating when you are trying to have a back up instructor step in for you. Does Zoom have any reasonable resolution for this? Is there some work around?

Friend sent a recording of our meeting to me via email link.  I was given this error code above.  I am a basic plan subscriber and couldn't find the recording anywhere in my platform.  How do I get the recording?ThanksSean

If I enable HDR in Windows 10 (now on Windows 11), when I share my screen the view is washed out for recipients. Simple issue, but it sucks not to be able to use HDR. I don't feel like switching all the time, and I screen share every day for work. Is this is a known issue? 

I keep bumping into an error code 10088 whenever I try to join a meeting or download the app.Please help me out.

Since Zoom has redesigned their site, I have to sign out of my account each time I want to start a new meeting.  In the past, I could leave the page up, not sign out, and come back to it.  Now, it reverts back to the home page as if I’m a new user who just landed on it despite my being signed in.  The only drop down is Join or Host a. Meeting but that is not what I need. I need to schedule a meeting or start a previously scheduled meeting. It’s extremely annoying.  What am I missing here that I can’t get the page I used to have.I’m working on a MacBook Pro and access Zoom from my laptop.

Hello,  I work for an MSP. We manage patches for our clients. I have a client who, after a recent update to Zoom version 5.14.15877, can no longer open Zoom meeting (zoommtg) links. It comes up with a prompt to choose an app from the Microsoft store. When they go to join a meeting, a new one-time installer of Zoom specific to that meeting is downloaded. I checked protocol handlers and app defaults by file extension and zoommtg was nowhere to be found. Tried to join a test meeting in the latest versions of Chrome and Firefox to no avail. Any help is greatly appreciated!

This has always worked on Zoom for me.  Logged in today, and it says, "Virtual Background has been disabled, go to Meeting Settings".I went to meeting setting and enabled it, but I still receive the same message that it is disabled.Please help!  (Pics attached)

The Zoom intruders have are using the Raise Hand feature to disrupt our meetings by continually raising and lowering their hands, causing the boxes to jump around in gallery view. We really, really need to be able to disable raise hands in meetings, same as we can in webinars. Please give us this important security feature!
