Windows 10 Pro vers 22H2 Systembuild 19045.6937, Zoom Version 6.7.5 I am working with Brewakout Rooms since three years - normally no problems.Two days ago there were a lot of troubles:The setting was, that everyone is automatically send to a Breakout Room, but most of the participants had to activly click a button that came up and asked if they want to join the Breakout Room, if they didn’t they were sent to the room but wasn’t really there (they were shown as participant of that room but all the other people in the room couldn’t see this person). There was no green point in front of the name, only white with a black circle aroundand after some time they left the Meeting and went for the Waiting room It took very long until everyone was sent to a BR Some people even were thrown out of the Meeting into the Waiting Room Some could easily be sent to one of the rooms again, for other it wasn’t possible but in another room it w

Hello! I really need help from real people. When I record a video call to the cloud, the quality is very poor. But when I record it to my computer, the recording is good. I have the Professional plan. Is there any way to improve cloud recording?

There is some setting that has started to automatically generate a Zoom link any time I create an event in Outlook that has at least one additional person. The problem with this is that several of my meetings are in-person and so I need to delete the link every single time. How do I change the settings so that auto-creation of Zoom links is NOT the default behavior in Outlook? 

We're using Zoom in our school, and we use multiple accounts. Every single account can be used by multiple teachers, thus each time a teacher is using an account and at the same time an OTP is sent by email, we're required to forward the emails to every teacher to ensure the current user will receive the OTP.Therefore teachers are flooded by emails, accounts often locked or blacklisted (no OTP sent). Congratulation to the the manager who invented this system which is a complete failure. We're quitting zoom, and saving money

Hi,  While in a zoom meeting on my macbook, when i try to mute/unmute myself using airpods call control (press once by default) it doesn't work and give me a message "Can't control mic with Airpod Pro" . Why is that? Is it a bug?  The same functionality works when i join zoom from iPhone or iPad, so how we can make it work on macs also? Please help this is really very useful for productivity when zoom window is buried somewhere (it could be in different desktop or under so many windows) and i need to unmute quickly  ThanksAiman 

my zoom wasnt responding while i trs to join a zoom via link (it wont even show up on taskbar) then when i try to join via id, i cant click anything on the zoom except the schedule button

안녕하세요 줌 회의 진행중 화면구성과 관련하여 문의드립니다.  저희는 회의진행시 메인 발표자 1명과 참여자들이 순서대로 돌아가면서 보고 및 발표하는 형식의 회의를 주로 진행 하고 있는데 회의 여건상 화면구성을 여러발표자 모드에서 진행 하고 있습니다.여러 발표자 모드에서 진행하다보니 메인 발표자를 제외하고 1번 참여자가 발표진행후 2번 발표자가 발표하는 동안 1번 발표자가 화면의 밑으로 바로 내려가지않고 약 2분가량 발표했던 화면 위치에 그대로 있다보니 결국 화면 상단에 3명 도는 4명의 참여자가 위치하는 현상이 생깁니다. 발표를 마친 참여자가 다음 참여자로 바로 전환 되거나 발표 후 화면서 하단으로 위치하는 데 소요 되는 시간을 최소화하는 설정이나 방법은 없는지요?추가로 여러 발표자 모드에서 상단에 2명의 참여자만 고정 할 수 있는 방법이나 기능을 알고 싶습니다.

How do I turn off Center Stage video setting for PC? This is the new video feature that zooms in and out on your face as you move around while your camera is on during a Zoom video meeting. There's a thread in how to fix this, which is different for Mac and PC users. For PC, it says there's a "Center Stage" video setting you have to uncheck in Zoom Video Settings, however I've looked everywhere and I don't think it exists.  I've reached out to Zoom Support for help and the conclusion with them was that they have a solution for Mac users, but nothing as of now for PC.  Has anyone figured this out yet? I know I'm not the only one here with this frustration... 

Guys. I understand you’re going to update stuff, but there are people who use reoccurring meetings on the regular basis. Yet you cannot find reoccurring meeting anywhere in this latest iteration of Zoom workplace. Where is it and could you please remember to keep it on the app?

I pay for zoom and I can't find any help for a week.   It is unusable and I use it all day for work.  All of my saved meetings are gone.  I have a hundred or so and now there is no meeting tab.   I can search and find a list of some meetings that are not alphabetical so I can spend 15 min before every meeting looking for the link to send someone.  This is ridiculous that I can't get a human to help me.   I tried everything online, uninstalling, looking for disconnecting calendar and meetings (can't find this), etc.   I can't believe that zoom took away the most important tab for some people.  Even when this is fixed, because of the lack of help, I will be leaving my one star review.  I never would have paid for zoom if I knew it would cause me so much frustration.  How do I get my meeting tab back??  

I have none checked for background and it's still blue. I've deleted the app from all of my devices and it is still showing up.  Any help is appreciated 

I have created my poll successfully, but Zoom does not seem to allow me to have only ONE choice.  My poll is for an election within our organization and in some instances there is only one nomination (the incumbent).  Does anyone know how to delete option 2?

I have done everything according to the videos trying to remove the virtual background. I've gone to settings, in meeting advance, virtual backgrounds, and turned it off. I've even reset it. That is supposed to remove the uploaded picture from the system altogether....and it's still on there. The videos are old that they sent me in the chat. It says there is a button to choose "none." On mine it is a button - turn virtual backgrounds on or off. I've logged out and then back in again....it's still on. Every option in the chat doesn't pertain - any thoughts?

I have done workouts on zoom since 2020 and the sound has been fine with a slight delay for members. Now, the sound is garbled, or it seems parts of the music just disappears. Some people can’t hear music at all.  What I need is to share my computer audio from Spotify, while showing me on video. I have changed settings and nothing has worked.  I have been talking to support for over a month and still haven’t been able to get a live person to help.  Has anyone found the right settings for this?

Zoom has been sending invasive unwelcome advertising to me although I'm on a paid subscriber plan. I want Zoom to stop this. Who knows how to make that happen. Thank you.

I work with a team of teachers who use Zoom to deliver services and lessons to students. We would LOVE to see a feature where you can mute individuals in the chat (take chat away only for a few participants while allowing others to continue as usual) as well as allowing us to take mic rights away from only specific students! Right now 1 kid can ruin it for the entire group because it is an all or nothing situation, either they all have the ability or no one does. We would love to connect with the development team at Zoom and get a couple of new features so that we can utilize Zoom better for our classrooms and students! Has anyone had any luck contacting Zoom about something like this and it actually happening? Our program pays big bucks to use Zoom, it would be nice if we could get such simple features for it!

How do I keep the toolbar pinned on the bottom of a zoom meeting on a Microsoft computer. I will not stay showing.

Teaching meditation we frequently toggle original sound, because the teacher needs background noise reduction and ALC - but the meditation bell requires turning off noise reduction.I see a lot of requests to bring back the toggle at the top of the screen. I’d like to add that a keyboard shortcut would be ideal in my case.Many Thanks,RichS

Hello,I am trying to create a new Zoom account for my business email. When I enter the required sign up information the confirmation code is never sent to my email. I have checked all setting in my email and verified information is not blocked or going to spam/junk email. i have also verified no existing account with Zoom for my email.How to fix?? I am grateful for the help! Please Help!
