Suggestions to Zoom Product Developers- Chatting and muting

I work with a team of teachers who use Zoom to deliver services and lessons to students. We would LOVE to see a feature where you can mute individuals in the chat (take chat away only for a few participants while allowing others to continue as usual) as well as allowing us to take mic rights away from only specific students! Right now 1 kid can ruin it for the entire group because it is an all or nothing situation, either they all have the ability or no one does. We would love to connect with the development team at Zoom and get a couple of new features so that we can utilize Zoom better for our classrooms and students!

Has anyone had any luck contacting Zoom about something like this and it actually happening? Our program pays big bucks to use Zoom, it would be nice if we could get such simple features for it!
