Hello!For the last couple of weeks have been facing this problem: I join the meeting (which I host), the window of the meeting appears for a sec and then it starts reconnecting over and over again. After 5-6 trials it crashes and nothing happens. I uninstalled and installed the app, but it didn't help. Windows 11, zoom version 6.3.11 (60501), laptop MSI.

I didn't know the reason for real, but I noticed that when I try to click on the audio settings the app crash, I asked then I found that I put my mic default format to the max 192kHz then I asked copilot, and I found out that zoom app crashes if your mic format is higher than 48kHz so that is the reason I hope I helped someone to fix this problem.

When I try to join a meeting with my USB microphone, my Zoom crashes immediately. I have also tried with other microphones, but this does not happen. Only when I select my actual microphone (the USB microphone) does the meeting crash for me. my mic: (mixer) Steinberg UR22mkII Windows 10 

Does anyone know a third party app or program that will allow me to do bulk downloading of my recordings (preferably one that doesn't cost 70 bucks a month)? So far I only know Salepager, but bulk downloading only comes as part of the "Webinar" plan, which is kinda pricey.

Hello, I teach in person and via zoom using my iphone, at the same time, projecting my phone to a TV. The zoom app (this problem started last year 2024) flips screen. Meaning it flips the video on the screen making it seem backward, this only happened after a certain update last year 2024. If there could be a setting were I can flip the orientation of the screen so this problem does not occur when mirroring from the zoom app on my phone to a television. When i'm trying to launch zoom meeting using Boss Gigcaster 8 mixer , and trying  to open audio configuration the zoom application crashed. When I"m using Zoom version 6.2.6 , It works ok. All the new versions crashed. 

Tested version: 6.3.5 (54827) Trying to open the audio settings or making a call with a microphone configure with a high frequency makes the window crash instantly. Mic configuration: 1 channel, 24 bits, 192000 Hz To reproduce:- Change the microphone settings to 1 channel, 24 bits, 192000 Hz in the windows sound config- Try to either make a call or open the settings in the audio session- The call / settings window will instantly crash Workaround- Set the microphone to use a lower frequency (like 96000 Hz or lower)

I am on a Mac and there is purple icon in my menu that I have never seen before, when I scroll over it, it says "zoom.us is capturing your computer screen" but I was not on a live zoom call.  first, I quit zoom.   still there.  then I just went ahead and deleted the app from my computer: still there.  now I am going to restart.  better not be there when I get back. 

 Hi everyone, I’m hoping someone can help me out here. My Zoom desktop app crashes every time I connect my condenser microphone. The video works perfectly, but as soon as I plug in the mic, the app quits. Interestingly, the web version works fine with the mic, but the video quality there isn’t great. I’ve tried all the basic troubleshooting steps—rebooting my PC, uninstalling and reinstalling Zoom, checking and installing updates for both my PC and the app, resetting, running a disk cleanup, and even deleting data—but nothing has worked. This has never happened before, and I’m really stuck on what to try next. Any advice would mean a lot. Thanks so much in advance!

Hi everyone, I've got an urgent question. I want to share single files in my Zoom meeting but the "sharing files" option is missing. There's only the option to share my screen and parts of the screen. Can anyone help?Thanks so much Jule

Bonjour,  Ce matin une personne m'a transmis un lien zoom. nous étions 2 à cette réunion . J'ai souhaité l'enregistrer, elle était d'accord. J'ai bien entendu l'expression "record in Progress". Quand la réunion zoom a été terminée, j'ai mis fin à cette réunion et je suis partie. J'ai voulu réécouter l'enregistrement cet après midi introuvable! Est ce que cet enregistrement s'est perdu, est ce que ca n'a pas fonctionné. y a t'il un moyen d'y accéder ? c'était très important pour moi. Si l'un d'entre vous a une solution.  Au départ je l'ai enregistré sur mon ordi et non dans le cloud et quand je vais dans zoom et enregistrement il n'y a que la dernière que j'avais faite avant aujourd'hui qui date de janvier. 

I typically use my personal meeting room, at least three times a day with different individuals. The AI companion always calls the meeting's MG's Personal meeting room, when I check the doc summaries/AI summaries later.   Is there a way, to change the meeting room name so that it is saved by default? Typically all the meeting summaries will be emailed to me by AI companion and saved in Zoom docs as MG's Personal Meeting Room. Is there a way that i can change it each time to the person I am meeting eg. MG and Alice catch up.  Otherwise, when I go to docs, in Zoom Workplace, I will see three AI summary documents with the title MG's personal Meeting Room. Reviewing documents later and searching can then be a bit cumbersome. It is manageable, but just thought I would check. Thank you. Hope my question makes sense.

The second classroom tends to have a lot of background noise, and when students speak, they are hard to hear. What are the best practices for setting up clear communication between both groups? Would it be better for each student to log into Zoom individually, or should I set up a large TV with a microphone and camera? How do I reduce echo and background noise while ensuring everyone can be heard clearly?"

Not sure where to put this, but have seen a similar post here.  I got a message that my account was compromised.  Not sure how since I have always had 2FA enabled, and all of my passwords for web pages are different, but like a good boy I changed my password.  And then remembered the problem I had the last time I changed my password.  I use really complex passwords.  Except on sites like Zoom.  The website can handle a password with spaces in it, but the Linux zoom client cannot.  Apparently Windows zoom clients can't either.  I can't log into the Zoom client with a password with spaces in it.  2022?

I'm working for a small non-profit with a Zoom pro account.  The organization would like the ability for any of it's six board members to be able to start a scheduled Zoom meeting as host so that they can take turns starting a meeting.  What is the process to enable all six of the board members to have their own log in keys for a meeting.  Can we do this with just one license?

Hello - I have a recurring meeting that I'm trying to change from a waiting room (where the Host admits participants) to allowing participants to join before the host and reclaim host using the Zoom Host Key. After making some changes under Account Management>Account Settings, I can create a new meeting that has this functionality. However, after disabling waiting room in my recurring meeting, it still requires the host to signin to start the meeting - it doesn't allow participants to join before the host. I can't seem to figure out what I'm doing wrong. Is this change to a recurring meeting possible? THANK YOU!

Hi there!Recently bought a new laptop (Asus Vivobook S16 OLED S5606MA). The video is, for some reason, distorted (can't attach a screenshot, "You have no permission to upload images"). When I'm sharing my screen, the small picture is good. Whenever I stop sharing my screen, it's distorted again. Other participants can see it as well. There should be no problem with the laptop itself; other video conferencing apps work well. There should be no problem with the laptop itself; other video conferencing apps work well. I didn't run into this problem on my old laptop. Version: 6.3.11 (60501)  

When I am typing in Keynote or in Pages, it interrupts typing ( both my own and my client's when they are typing on my screen). We suddenly hear a chime for each key as we type, indicating typing on the screen has stopped. Sometimes, the Zoom home screen pops up, and we have to click on the page again to make it go away and resume typing. Sometimes, it happens 10-15 times in an hour. This just started happening in 2025. Help! 

We have two different types of meetings.  The first is strictly a meeting over Zoom which we record to a computer and to the cloud.  With Automatically Control Volume checked the volume is always at an even level.  The second is a Hybrid meeting where some people are in a room and can be heard over microphones going to a mixer.  In turn the mixer output acts as one microphone connected to a computer signed into Zoom.  With Auto-volume also turned on, the recorded volume level is all over the place, just as we hear it in the room.  I don't understand why effectively using an external microphone via USB would change the recording level. Any suggestions

I am currently only able to view one month at a time of upcoming meetings in the browser, and only a week at a time in the Windows app. This has changed recently, and I can't figure out why or how to change it back. I schedule groups 6-12 months at a time, and need to be able to see more than a month at once! I would appreciate any help with this. I can set the dates in the date range, but it won't allow me to select more than one month at a time.

Which kind of account i need in order to open 2 large  different meetings in the same time, and also to be able to record on the cloud each of them. Today i can open only one large meeting . 

I'm trying to create an event via Zoom Scheduler that is multiple hosts and one attendee. When I try to add another host from my company, I'm getting the following message: "Unable to access this calendar, so attendees can’t book this schedule. Contact the host to reauthorize the account or remove the host."What steps does the other host need to take to "reauthorize" the account? They are logged into web and desktop. I can't find anything via settings. 

I bought a mini PC MSI Cubi with an Intel Core 3 100u, the processor is very fast, all programs work perfectly, including Archicad, Photoshop, Lightroom, DaVinci Resolve, but not fast enough for Zoom ))) Blurred background is not supported, the program says that my processor is too slow. At the same time, on the second mini PC Asus PN41 with an Intel Celeron N5100 processor, the blurred background works, although Windows 11 barely moves.

We run the silent auto update feature for Zoom Workplace. Up to version 6.x, it's been flawless but now going from 6.2 -> 6.3, it is prompting admin permissions. Our users don't have local administrator rights. When clicking "Show More Details" on the UAC prompt, it is pointing to "C:\users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Zoom\MSI\6.3.11.60501\ZoomInstallerFull.msi". Each time Zoom runs on a Windows reboot, the UAC prompts to update for our users.
