I am using Zoom Workplace version 6.6.6 on Windows 10 (22H2, x64) with three monitors.Until a few days ago, I was able to share all three monitors simultaneously during meetings. Recently, this stopped working.Now, Zoom only allows me to select any two of the three monitors. When two are selected, the third becomes grayed out and cannot be selected. This occurs consistently.This is on the same computer, same account, and same monitor setup. I have tested this both as the meeting host and as a participant, with the same result.The Share Screen settings referenced in older documentation no longer appear in the current Zoom Workplace UI.I have screenshots available and am happy to provide them or demonstrate the issue if needed.

As an Admin, i have been trying to assign scheduling privileges to a new employee so he can schedule meetings on behalf of the CEO, but it shows he can schedule for me and not the CEO. I want to assign him scheduling privileges to be able to schedule for the CEO. Can i do this as an Admin? if yes, how do I do this? Also i've included him as a licensed user in the User management settings.  Please i need reply, answers and assistance. this is really important. 

My camera keeps shutting off by itself. Drivers are all up to date. Connected on my desktop via USB port but not hub. Audio is fine and participants can hear me just no video. I click it back on and after a second or two it shuts off again and won't remain on.

Where can I find my recording?  I just had a meeting, started and stopped recording a couple of times, at the end of the meeting zoom usually asks me where I want to save the recording.  today...  nothing. Where can I

When I share my screen, the overlapping parts turn black. I want to avoid this. Please tell me how to avoid it. I am using a Lenovo ThinkPad X13. I'm running Zoom version 6.4.5 on Windows, and need to be able to view the screenshares of participants in my meetings without them being able to see each others' screens. All my googling leads me to a feature called "All Screens Mode," which is supposed to have a checkbox allowing me to turn on "Allow participants to view shares" - which seems to imply that the default behavior is that participants canNOT view shares. Yet when I open my meetings, that "All Screens Mode" is nowhere to be found, nor is the checkbox, and the default behavior is that all participants can switch between all shared screens via the tabs at the top of the meetings. Has this feature been removed? Is it limited to paid licenses? I meet all of the requirements listed on the support article here. . . 

I have recently bought a new laptop for work, which I use exclusively for Zoom calls. The following problem had never occured before now. The new laptop is an Acer Extensa 215-55 with Windows 11 Pro.  As soon as I start any meeting in Zoom on this laptop (even if I am alone and silent), any videos/audio recordings I play on the computer get audio distortions. Specifically, when I start the trek, the sound gets choppy, voices come through okay, but any additional sound in the background of the trek, such as laughter, clapping, etc. becomes barely audible, any music in the trek becomes completely inaudible. If I share the screen with the other people in the meeting, they can hear the same quality of audio I do, so barely anything. I need people on the other side of the call to hear these recordings in good quality, music and added sounds included, not to mention I need to hear it myself just as well. The option to use avatars and filters has disappeared from my desktop client. I checked that they are enabled on my account, and when I host meetings others can use them, just not me! The only options are for virtual backgrounds and studio effects. I did sign in and sign out in the desktop client, and uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom. I have not switched computers (using Windows 11), although I moved a month ago and do have a different internet provider.

I am getting frequent invites to zoom sessions that I have not requested, signed up for or otherwise asked for.  The invites are coming from zoom . I do not see any ability to unsubscribe in the invite. want to stop getting these eMails, please let me know how to do that. FYI, the support chatbot turns 'Unsolicited Invites' into 'Heres how to invite someone'. All I want is to stop receiving invites from this source.

Hello, I want to use the spotlight feature and it is not listed for me. I have looked up the directions on Zoom's FAQ but the option is not available for me in the noted ellipsis. Can anyone please let me know why this might be? Do I need a specific package in order to use this feature?

I have a corporate licence - I'm an ordinary user.  I need to log into meetings from my corporate device so I can share screens and show documents but I would also like to be able to log in simultaneously from my tablet so I can draw diagrams with the pen because the corporate laptop has no touchscreen/pen.  This is simple to do in Google Chat but some meetings are in Zoom and, in Zoom, when I try to log into my tablet I am logged out from my laptop.  Is there a way to do this?

Wanting to change my login method, I accidentally removed the permission to log in with a Google Gmail account from my profile. Now I can no longer log in and I can't contact technical support without login. How can I contact technical support without being logged in ?Thank you for your help.

Hi - We are currently in a Zoom meeting, via our YeaLink device, that was set up and administered by someone else.  When we carried out a test the camera came on and we could hear the others. When we joined the meeting, the camera was on and we could hear everyone else.  Suddenly the camera went off and we could not turn it back on. We can still hear everyone.  Can anyone advise me what to do to turn the camera back on without leaving the meeting? Thanks

I recorded my zoom podcast and all went well, including starting/stopping recording to the Zoom Cloud. However, after the podcast, I wanted to do an intro to the podcast after my guest had left. He left the room. I then pressed Record to the Cloud and did an additional :60 recording (without having left the original meeting). I then left the Zoom room. A bit later, i got the email saying my meeting recording was available.  All was good with the original but I can't find any evidence of the second recording, either in local or Cloud files. Does Zoom not actually save added recordings? I'd wonder if this is a specific use case anomaly, but I can't imagine I"m the only one to want to try to record something after stopping the original. Thanks!

Hello, in the rest of the world the first day of the week is monday. How do I change that in the calendar when scheduling a meeting

Should be simple solution.  During a structured Zoom meeting, physical attendees number approximately 30.  Joined by Zoom attendees (approx. 10).  The Zoom attendees have trouble hearing what some of physical attendees are saying where the physical attendee might be about 15-20 feet away from the computer being used to Host the Zoom meeting.  Room size is about 75' by 30'.  Is there a practical answer without asking physical attendees to keep step closer to the laptop being used and also not having wires running to microphones (ie running on blue tooth).  Thank you.

what's the best way you've found to schedule a meeting and send invitations? Also, to update the invitation? When I create a meeting on the website it doesn't seem to send out the invitations.  Meetings are being missed.  It used to work "okay", but not anymore. What's your process?  Also, how do you verify the meeting was received or accepted?   I apologize if this has been addressed before.

I am trying to set up meetings and the pop-up calendar weeks start on Sundays. My brain is having trouble translating it and I am concerned about sending mistaken dates to guests. Anyone know if there is a option under settings for this? I can't find it in the usual places. I searched the web/reddit/quora and can't find an answer to this one.

Hi,I have a personal Zoom account (Basic/free plan) and I’m the only user—there’s no admin or organization involved. Until this morning, everything worked fine, but now my meeting participants can’t join any meetings, even when I start a new meeting and share the correct Meeting ID and passcode.Here’s what I’ve tried so far:Scheduling new meetings (not using my Personal Meeting ID)Double-checking the Meeting ID and passcodeMaking sure the waiting room is off and no restrictions are setHaving participants try different devices and networksChecking my account status and settingsDespite all this, participants still get errors and can’t join. Hi there, I've got this kind of issue. When I switch between gallery, speaker and standard modes in a video meeting, two of them randomly freeze and become unresponsive. I can still use the third one but I can't even predict which. Tried unchecking all the hardware acceleration modes boxes, tried reinstalling, installing 32 bit instead of 64, doesn't work. I'm using a PC, video card is NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER VENTUS, Win 10 Pro 64, Zoom version is 5.15.6 (19959).
