i m using zoom pro for 1 on 1 calls i m only getting 360p as video quality . i hve good internet in both ends low ping packets loss also low .HD is also enabled in zoom app and also in portal i hve enabled Meeting-HD Video Quality  option  why am i getting low vid quality

Since upgrading to ver. 6.7.5 (on Windows 10) when I close a meeting in my personal room and attempt to open a connection to a colleagues personal room the camera is not found, error msg = “in use  by other application”.  Also happens when moving from open group meetings using web browser to personal room or vv.The workaround is to un-plug and re-plug my USB camera between every session (which I can do on a PC but not on a laptop with integral camera).  This behaviour is new, didn’t happen with previous versions.Any suggestions please?   

I have recently had six videos mysteriously disappear from my Zoom cloud account.  I did not delete them.  They were videos of classes  linked from a website. The question is, are there any circumstances where a video might be deleted because of its content?  There was nothing objectionable in these videos.  However, sometimes instructors might inadvertently use copyrighted material in a class presentation.Has anyone had a similar experience?  

I set my background to “none” but all I get is a blank white screen behind me. I can change to other backgrounds but there is just blank screen and not the ambient view. 

Hello, I just installed Translation Caption Add-On to my working account.  I am trying to translate from German to English on once side and in the other from English to German... Unfortunately, I feel this Add-On is still not well developed due to being such a new setting, and it only works on one side. I feel that the translation is happening alone on each computer and not in the Zoom meeting for both persons... Has anyone have experience with this Add-On and can help me find the best settings for my Zoom-Meetings? Most appreciated,CG

Hello Zoom Support,I am writing regarding a serious issue with my paid Zoom subscription.Yesterday I purchased and paid for the Zoom Pro plan, but the subscription has still not been activated on my account. The payment has already been processed successfully.Yesterday your support team informed me that the plan would be activated within a few hours, however more than 24 hours have now passed, and the subscription remains inactive.What is even more concerning is that today my messages in the support chat are not receiving any response at all, despite the fact that this issue involves a completed payment.I rely on Zoom for my professional work, and the inability to use the paid features is creating serious disruption.Please activate the Pro plan on my account immediately or provide a clear explanation and resolution timeline.

I am on Zoom 6.1.11 with Pro subscription on MacOS Sequoia 15.0. I am having the following issue: I host the meeting on my laptop, and I want to screenshare the entire screen on my iPad (using the screen mirroring between the laptop/iPad). When I do this, I cannot see the little video of the other participant.  I am doing this in the context of teaching, where I want to face the video camera straight on sometimes, and sometimes write things on the iPad. But, not being able to see the video of the student is very detrimental. I'd prefer not to just do Zoom on the iPad and just share the screen there, since the angle of the video is unnatural. I don't remember this being an issue when I was working somewhere where we had one of the enterprise level accounts for free, is this why the screen mirroring is wonky now?

I’m trying to improve the audio quality in my Zoom meetings, especially when multiple people are speaking at once. Does anyone have tips or recommended settings to reduce background noise and make voices clearer?Thanks in advance!

I have just completed a lot of courses in the Zoom learning center and haven't earned a single point or badge. Are badges and points aka gamification not enabled for taking courses? Is there another way to earn points and badges?  Thanks Dave

Hi, at the end of the meeting. ZOOM didn't convert the meeting. I go to manually converted from Meeting - Recording. I open the folder and then I double click the file named: "double_click_to_convert_01" and I get the message: " Failed to convert recording. There is another recording conversion in progress, please convert this recording later from Meetings>Recording". Any help?

I am the host of a Zoom meeting. I am sharing my screen. Participants are able to annotate on my slide. I, however, can not move or clear their annotations, as I once was able to, nor can I annotate myself. I simply do not have any annotation tools that I can find. I have looked in every menu, in every “More” option. What has happened to them? They used to be easily accessible. Can anyone help me locate them? 

Hello,  A recent update changed the fullscreen mode. I usually pin one person and make them fullscreen and they would take up the entire screen. Now, I get the controls at the bottom that stay there, so it isn't true fullscreen. I record through OBS and I would rather not crop, is there a solution to this? See before and after photos.

I need to have short 10-15 minute check ins  that CANNOT run over to the available 40 minutes.. I have tried setting to the meeting to15 minutes but each previous meeting this has not “applied”. Please help! (Free version in use)

My participants can´t join the meeting. It says "waiting for host to start the meeting". I have started it. What am I doing wrong?

Hi Zoom Community,I'm experiencing a display brightness dimming issue on my secondary monitor that has been present since at least Zoom version 6.5. I'm reporting this in hopes that the Zoom team can investigate and address it in an upcoming release. **Setup:**- Lenovo ThinkPad T40s, Windows 11- Zoom Workplace with Dual Display mode enabled- Secondary display output via HDMI to an AJA KiPro Go (external recorder)- Laptop configured to extend display at 60hz- Secondary window from Zoom full-screened onto the secondary display- Multiple participants in meeting with Participant 1 pinned to the secondary display**The Issue:**When Participant 1 (the pinned participant) is speaking, the secondary display looks correct. I invited multiple people to a meeting.  Zoom automatically added passcode requirement. However some invitees are not technically savvy and had trouble entering a previous meeting.  I want to remove the requirement that they enter a passcode, and keep it as simple as possible for invitees. How can I do that?

At some point my Zoom started recording my video meetings automatically every time I start it up.  I went into the settings and the "switch" for automatic recording was already switched off.  How can I stop it?  I tried switching it on and off again...Thanks

Dear Zoom - there are three issues that have made my life (and, a lot of people, I’m sure) LESS convenient, for no reason.   You have removed the “Share Privately” function in Zoom docs.  There was ZERO reason for this.  I used this feature all the time, it’s not there now.  I received an email from tech support basically saying…. too bad….  put in a request.  Maybe they’ll put it back, maybe not.  No.  Not good enough.  There was no need to remove it in the first place.  I don’t have time to argue with Zoom about a feature they USED to have but removed it for no reason.  Scheduling  - why can’t we schedule meetings that have no defined time right in the app?  Ridiculous.  USED to be able to do this.  Again, gone for no reason.  Completely inconvenient and stupid.  No download button in Zoom docs.  To download files on an ipad or a phone in Zoom docs, it’s ridiculous how much of a p

After a recent update, I no longer have the choice to save my recordings to my computer.  That’s extremely annoying as I don’t trust the cloud and, apparently I have good reason not to.  My recordings have not showed up in the list of recordings.  That’s over an hour of recording time that I have to redo.  I am beyond furious.  Please fix this ASAP.  Also, please consider testing your software before pushing it onto us, so that you don’t cost us time we don’t have.

Using Zoom on Windows 11 with all updates installed. I am hearing impaired and my Phonak hearing aids function as a Bluetooth headset. When I am in a Zoom meeting I cannot adjust the output volume using using the volume slider in Windows or using the volume slider in Zoom audio settings. Both the input and output sliders in Zoom audio settings have an X next to the speaker icon on the left end of the slider indicating, I assume, that the sliders are disabled. My Phonak hearing aids are selected as both the input and output device in Zoom. What must I change to be able to control the output volume? Thanks.

ON IPAD:  Up until this week, June 16, 2024, if someone shared their screen during a meeting, it would go back to gallery view, which is the correct view/setting.Now when a participant ends a screen-share session, it goes automatically into speaker view. I have to manually find a moment to switch it back. I am a court reporter, and I have very little time to take my hands off my writer to do that.What is going on? I'm not the only one who is having this issue. Three people I know already told me they are having it too. I just hope there is a fix.Thanks!
