Joined a meeting today and there was no option to turn my camera off, check chat, see participants are otherwise participate in the meeting. The toolbar was completely gone. I thought it was due to that particular meetings settings however I started my own meeting and the issue persisted. The only button at the bottom was the mute button. Can not swipe up or down to find the toolbar or invite link. There is no leave button when swiping from the top or hitting the back button. Clicked both sides of the meeting screen, every corner and every place but the toolbar, 3 dots, etc are not there. Latest update was 09/16 and my meeting on 09/29 did not have this issue.  Restarted my phone, uninstalled and re-installed zoom, checked settings to make sure that the meeting settings have "always show meeting controls" turned on.   Is there an update or patch that is missing? Hi - I'm trying to utilize a 3rd party survey link for meetings and I believed the setting was disabled by our IT team. However, when our IT team looked into it, they said that the 3rd party survey toggle was visible for a few days while they investigated in early January, but then disappeared from their settings at the end of January. They shared a screenshot with me that shows a box that says "Hosts will no longer be able to use 3rd-party survey links in newly and previously scheduled meetings."Is it true that 3rd party survey links are no longer able to be used at all? Or is it still an option, but the toggle moved to somewhere else recently? 

Currently, I can't get Zoom to launch. I try to open a link and nothing happens. I can't make a meeting in the browser.I can download Zoom, but I can't even get the app to open.The only thing I am able to do is  pick "Join from your browser" The meeting opens, but with audio only, even though  it has my video permissions. I have looked for solutions. I have cleared my cache and cookies. I have cleared my temporary data, and I have reinstalled the app. None of that has worked so far.Reaching out for help because I am trying to interview for jobs right now and its definitely important.All the best

I have online music classes for a long time. Suddenly, from this week, two students encountered the same issue during the class, which is that the setting to original audio does not stop Zoom from auto-suppressing the sound. I can't hear their their piano playing at all, and all background noise disappeared too. I changed devices using a phone, iPad and Windows laptop, the issue persists. I'm sure it's not my receiving side's issue. It's the issue with the device of my students. They both use Apple products, iPhone and iPad. Is there an iPad upgrade that conflicts with the Zoom setting? Has anybody encountered the same issue as I did?

i found it's very disturbing to me when i need to listen to it hundreds of times in big meetings.

Hey y’all!  I am the owner of my zoom license and for some reason it has me locked out of admin rights to update things.  On my instant meetings it is making people have a password mostly on the phone and trying to fix this.  Thanks for you help!

Hi, I teach a class tomorrow to students and I would like to send them for a while to separated virtual classrooms so they can work by groups. I do this easily with my computer, but tomorrow I will only have my iPad. Where is the icon ? Thank you for helping  

I am reporting a persistent technical issue with Zoom's Live Transcription in our research lab meetings.The Core Issue: Despite the "Speaking Language" (Source Language) being manually set to Japanese on the host's side, the AI engine consistently interprets our Professor's speech as English phonetics, outputting gibberish English instead of Japanese characters.Critical Evidence: Peer Contrast: Other participants' speech in the same meeting is correctly recognized and transcribed as Japanese. Only the Professor’s voice triggers this English override. Historical Consistency: This setup worked perfectly a few months ago. The issue appeared recently without any changes to our settings. Global Settings: All users have their interface and subtitle languages set to Japanese.

Every time I end a meeting I get an email that says, "Meeting assets for Personal Meeting Room are ready!"   It then links to the whiteboard that I had shared screen to during the meeting.  It seems there is no way to toggle these email notifications off.  Has anyone else had this issue and been able to resolve it?   (I'm on a Mac, using the Zoom application version 6.5.9.  I've already looked through all the "email notification" settings after logging into my account on a browser.)

I installed the Grain Recorder on my Mac and integrated it with my Zoom account. Then, when I decided to no longer use it, I removed it from my installed apps on Zoom, AND I uninstalled it from my computer.  And yet it STILL keeps entering every Zoom meeting room I start. How do I get this thing properly disconnected from my Zoom account?  Thank you.

I record often and since just this week, my RECORD button is no longer where it used to be. It used to be between SUMMARY and REACTIONS in the lower bar in the zoom meeting window. I've looked for ways to add it back, but have had no luck. Any help? 

I schedule meetings through Zoom Pro regularly. For about two to three months now, I have not had breakout rooms available in my Zoom app (using Windows 11).I've tried contacting the support team who confirmed that everything in my account was set up correctly, but couldn't help me with the missing breakout rooms. Unfortunately, I cannot upload images as of yet. Things I have tried so far (all with the desired effect):go through all the settings in my profile for breakout rooms, checked several times whether breakout rooms were available (and Zoom support has confirmed that it is set-up correctly in my account)uninstalling and reinstalling Zoom to make sure I have the latest version availabletried hosting meetings both on Windows and iOStried making another person to the host in my meeting, but he did not have breakout rooms available then eithertried starting meetings directly from the

Since I quit Zoom between meetings, every time I join a new meeting via clicking on a Zoom link in my calendar, this window pops up:I do not use this window. I do not want this window to appear simply because I joined a meeting. I close this window every single time it opens. Is there anything I can do to prevent this window from opening every time I join a meeting?

I know that in Zoom Settings, mic input can be set to mute when joining meetings.In Zoom Settings, there is also a setting: Audio > Microphone where the Input volume can either be set to be 'Automatically adjust(ed)…', or not automatically adjusted, and manually set to any level from 0 to maximum.Being able to set the mic input level manually makes sense in certain circumstances, but when it is set to 0 (muted), during a meeting, I can unmute the mic input in the meeting interface, and I am heard in the meeting.What is happening technically when I have the mic input set to 0 in settings, and unmute the mic in the interface? My hunch is the mic level is changed to automatic level control automatically; if it is passing audio, it is no longer set to 0 (mute). On the flip side, if the mic input level is *manually* set to something greater than 0, but muted in the interface, I suspect that when the mic is unmuted in the interface, it adopts the manually set level

I had a reoccuring meeting set up with a specific Meeting ID.  The time frame ended and now I'm looking to set up more reoccuring meetings with the same specific meeting id.  I tried setting up reoccuring meetings, but they seem to issue me a new meeeting id.  How can i use my orginal meeting id? 

I’m writing as a paid Zoom customer and long-time power user to report a regression in window management behavior on Windows that is impacting daily use.Recent Zoom desktop versions appear to have removed or obscured global controls related to window priority and “always on top” behavior. As a result, fullscreen meetings intermittently fail to properly assert z-order, causing the Windows taskbar to appear behind or overlay applications even after exiting Zoom fullscreen. Il problema che riscontro è che se uso l’audio normale non si sente la musica, se metto la musica non si sente la mia voce, cioè durante la riunione se parlo io devo staccare la musica, se va la musica non posso parlare io. I have been using Zoom for almost four years and have been an administrator for nearly 3 of those. I am always learning new things though. Now, I cannot view downloaded recently recorded meeting with QuickTime. Has there been a change and, if so, what CAN be used to view downloaded recordings on a Mac? The response I get is that the recording is not compatible with QuickTime.

When virtual background was turned off in earlier versions, it turned off. Then I could hold up stuff before the camera and it would look OK. Now when I turn off virtual backgrounds it is all blue and I can't show anything I hold up in front of the camera or see anything but a blue virtual background that causes weird stuff to happen to my image like disappearing parts of my head etc.
