I’m the Owner on a single-user Zoom Workplace Pro paid account. The Dashboard menu item is missing in the admin web portal.

I cannot see the dashboard, my profile doesn’t have admin center and that is after working with the virtual agent. We are trying to block a specific IP address. We have a persisient disruptor who opens new accounts when they are removed. We have a recovery meeting and need to have the meeting ID and password public, so we can’t use a list or close the meeting once it’s started. We use a waiting room and break out rooms for security. We require people to start video and chat with them a little bit to see if they’re disruptors. Usually they see I’m the only one in the room and leave, but this person uses diffrent pictures, videos, names and accounts and complies with our requests until they get into the meeting.
