Hi everyone, I'm based in the UK and am retired, therefore I only use 'free' zoom calls for family chats; In August I need to go onto zoom for over One hour, therefore I believe that I need to 'upgrade' to Pro ?, and start to pay a monthly subscription ? Can I cancel this 'subscription' after One month please ? Kind regards Dave P.  

I've been paying monthly bills so far. But I haven't received paid service since a few months ago. I am very angry now. Please solve the problem right away. 

Good day, need assistance how can I check who has active accounts in our company. Some staff have left and did not cancel their subscriptions. On the bank statement there is just numbers not who's account it is. Please help. 

Hi,    I recently received a promotion and will be in charge of my companies zoom licenses. My boss is currently the admin - how do I transfer her admin account to me?

We are hosting paid monthly webinars and have one scheduled tomorrow.  Several registrants are complaining they are not receiving the confirmation with link, and upon investigation of one it was found that they entered an incorrect email address.  Is there a way for the account owner/presenter to revise that email address so a confirmation can be re-sent to the attendee?

Hello,I have recently added the Large Meetings add-on to my account for having a session with more than 500. While it is successfully done, my account still shows a limit of 100. Why is this so? In my billing tab, I can see that I have a large meetings add-on available, but in my profile the capacity is still 100...Need to be sure if the normal meeting can accommodate more than 500 or will it cause a problem

Hi _ when i send an invitation to a meeting zoom uses my personal email. Not sign in email? How do I change the email address that zoom uses to invite others to a meeting?

We are an investment club consisting of 15 partners.  Our meetings rotate among partners' homes.  Can the club purchase one Pro license and have different partners host the meeting but use the same license for the club?

Hello!   I have changed my tariff to free version, however, I still get the emails with the invoice for the paid version ($17.99). I cannot pay the invoice since I am located in Russia. Could anyone help me with the billing issue?   Thanks a lot!   Anton

The payment method via a Visa card registered with a Russian bank has stopped working for me. I don't have any foreign accounts. In this case, how is it possible to pay for a subscription?

Hola Con fecha 11/05 me he dado de alta en zoom y me han pasado un cargo de 39,00 Euros en mi cuenta bancaria cuando decian que los datos de la tarjeta solo eran para tramitar l'alta. Ruego se proceda al reembolso del importe cargado ya que no corresponde.

Hi    I am an infrequent sole-trader zoom user and only need 2 max 3 attendees in any session but only way to now have meetings of > 40 minutes is to pay for something that gives me up to 100 attendees.  This is way over the top and while I don't really want to move away from Zoom I may have to as the costs associated with Pro are just too high.     Are there plans for any inbetween offerings for those of us in microbusinesses?   David

I tried updating from Basic Plan to Pro.   At the checkout it quotes £71.94 with discount applied, plus taxes   I select 'continue' and the discount disappears, resulting in a charge of  £119.40 plus taxes   Why is the discount being ignored?

I am based in the UK and have been using Zoom for several years on a paid account. I need to speak to someone from Zoom urgently because I am being double charged for my account. I have tried a number of approaches but have not been able to contact anyone who can address this issue. Does anyone have any suggestions?  

For the end time of the plan, does it match the time of subscribing (eg. subscribe at 9 am on 1st April, it will end at 9 am on 1st May too)? or ends at 11.59 pm on the last day of the subscription plan?

I have a Basic Account.  I only Zoom with one person at a time.  Recently I have been getting disconnected after 40 minutes - then a message pops up indicating I need to upgrade my account.  According to everything I have read that is not necessary since I can go beyond 40 min when zooming with only one individual.  Please Explain.

Zoom requires me to enter a verification code in order to access my admin account. However, the code was sent to the email account that I can't access anymore as it is no longer active.
