Old email unable to access, kindly help to update to new email  address ***********

never receive any confirmation for the above change on new account.

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @11Jul044B.

 

Most of us are volunteers here in the Zoom Community and don’t have access to account information or ability to make changes to accounts.

 

I'd highly suggest submitting a Support Ticket directly to Zoom Staff at:
https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new 

Be sure to include the email address originally used, and the new email address you want as a replacement.

This does not work as Zoom wants to send an email to your previous email address that you no longer have access to.

Im having the same problem - not being able to access my old email address to activate the email update in my profile. 

Submitting a ticket isn't part of the Basic plan.

Any suggestions? Thanks

Hi @Michele3 @Fran3 , if you do not have access to your old email address, please follow the steps outlined here:  How to change the sign-in email if you don't have access to the original email
