Hello Team, I was sent an email today saying that my payment had been processed. However, I cancelled my subscription in January and now only have a free account. Because of this, I DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO SUPPORT TICKET OR LIVE CHAT so I cannot speak to anyone to ensure that money is not taken from my card. This is causing me great distress. Please, please contact me to sort out this issue. I have tried to contact you multiple times through email, ChatBot and even feedback. Even though it says all members (even free) have full access to billing support, that menu just directs me back to “support” to which I have no access. I would greatly appreciate your attention on this as I cancelled my subscription in the first place due to financial constraints.
Hi Team,I have cancelled my zoom 1 plan since last 2-3 months reason is, i tried to insert my debit rupee card, it does not accept on zoom account, hence after jan 2023, I haven't used my zoom account and i cancelled my account around 1 or 2 week ago.But even after not using account for around 2 months, it is asking me for payment of 35 dollar for 2 months.Kindly let me know, what to do now
Has anyone found a way to change their physical address in their account profile while keeping their current email address? I don't have another email address and need to keep my current email address associated with my zoom account for the purpose of sending out zoom meeting invitations to my members. Thanks! Sarah
My account was double charged this month. The excess value was transformed into CREDIT.That is, in addition to having the monthly amount paid off, I have already paid off the next month.To my TERRIBLE SURPRISE, my account is BLOCKED for non-payment, however, the ZOOM PANEL shows it as paid.Can someone give me DIRECTION because through Chat my account is not authorized to resolve something SO CRITICAL.

I have a Zoom account under a Bigpond email address. That email address no longer exists as it was cancelled by my provider, although not at my request. I am now only using a Gmail address but how do I get to use it when I can no longer sign in?? Zoom only recognizes the non-existing old email address.

Hello I have a Zoom account and I allowed other users access for a non profit that I was running. After I resigned, I believe the other users created a sub account in the name of the non profit under my main account. I had no idea and it's been like that for a year, or so I suspect. Can anyone tell me how to find out more information about this arrangement? I did not know this was possible and would like some direction. Thank you
