Cannot access/use PRO account
Anyone got any ideas how I can access my PRO account?
When I try to login it says a passcode has been sent to my email address. It never arrives, we host our own mail server, there's nothing in the logs showing zoom is even trying to email the passcode.
Without being able to login I cannot use my account. I have reached out to Accounts/Billing at Zoom, heard nothing. And without account details I cannot contact support either.
