I lend my laptop to my mother so she could use zoom and renamed it, but now everytime I use it my mom's name appears, it doesn't matter how many times I rename it with my name, it still happens. I don't know what to do. If someone can help, I would really appreciate it.

Hello. We received the message: "You have exceeded the limit of license assignments for your account." I understand that we are no longer allowed to transfer a single license between two users. But how can we at least return the license to its original owner? We currently have a purchased license, but no one can use it. Thank you for your answer.  Kind regards Mirek InterVia

Please, PLEASE...is there any way that I can speak with an actually person instead of the AI bot? Our account details have changed but we didn't change them. I have the account number, the email, the invoice number and everything but the bot can't help. I am getting an error message saying "Having trouble signing in with this email..." It won't even accept the email address so that I can go to the next page to enter the password. We haven't changed anything on our account and I have the invoice to prove we paid for the year.

I had recently availed of upgrading to zoom one basic plus, which supposedly entitles me to 4 meetings a month that can go beyond the 40 min time limit. Whenever I arrange a meeting, I am only given up to 40 minutes. However, I can't seem to avail of it despite it showing that I can in my profile. I wanted to know how I can avail of this considering I am already charged of the additional fees.  Thank you.

Hi, I signed up for the Zoom phone metered plan ($12/ monthly) and after trying to add my Poly E350 Voip phone by using the MAC, I continue to get an error message stating “Extension 800 requires a Zoom Phone Metered, Unlimited, or Pro plan.” Please see attachment   Is there something I’m missing, or do I need to upgrade the plan again in order for me to add the phone? Any advice is really appreciated. Thank you 

Hallo zusammen,ich möchte mein kostenloses Basic-Konto löschen und muss einen Kenncode erfassen. Den einzigen Kenncode den ich finde, ist der unter Meeting. Dieser wird aber nicht akzeptiert. Eigentlich sollte die Lösung allerdings ohne Kenncode möglich sein. Ich bin als Verantwortlicher im Konto verschlüsselt. Gibt es hier eine Lösung? Gruß Willi

Hi, I purchased zoom phone services couple of days ago. I received email that my account got suspended. They have already charged me the money. I didn’t did any suspicious activity. I tested IVR assigned and unassigned phone couple of time just for the testing. I already sent the appeal. what should I do?

Hello. I need to use Zoom for online teaching, but i can't even open the file on my laptop, to install it! After downloading the apk file, when i right click on it, i get the option to open or save.  When i click on open, nothing happens! Please could somebody help me solve this problem, so that i can finally install Zoom? Thank you so much! Marlene Ps I don't have any other Zoom downloads on my laptop, and i've cleared the cache.  I dunno what else to do!

With many years of using Zoom, I have literally have (HAD) hundreds of files in the Zoom directory.  Today the directory and all files are gone. I discovered my charge card was declined for a March 31st payment and my Zoom service was discontinued today. I had done a Zoom call with recording a couple of hours ago, and had no knowledge of an issue.  In checking into my account, I discovered the payment issues and issued a new card. which was approved and the account was reinstated. BUT all my files are gone!  I checked the recycle bin and nothing. I’m wondering did Zoom erase all my years of files, they were there earlier today.
