Hello, Can I give AI Companion instructions on how it should give me a summary (what important, relevant information is in which structure it should summarize, for example)? And can I get more information from the transcript afterwards, when a meeting has already ended? Or receive a written, complete transcript afterwards?Can I also activate the chat with AI companion so that it is only visible to me as the host and not to everyone? Thank you and best regards

Hello,  I have AI meeting summaries to be sent to everyone within the organization, however, I am the only one receiving the summaries.  The other memebers are on the invite so im not sure what I can do to fix this.  Any insight would be helpful.

Hello.If I have a zoom account with two users, but I have a meeting independent of the other user, the summary arrives to both? 

After I get the meeting summary, how do I send it to all of the meeting participants?

In order to use Zoom AI companion I need to enable it, which means I need to be admin.I am currently the single owner and user of my zoom account. I can't make myself the admin with out making someone else the owner, and I can't do that because I'm a single user. I don't have any other seats and don't need them.Attempts to assign admin status fail because there is no-one there to addAttempts to transfer ownership fail because there is no-one to transfer to.Tried asking the bot and it got confused. Hope someone else has solved this problem!

I edited my AI Companion meeting summary. Is there a way to revert back to the original meeting summary?

Hi  I have tried to setup the language interpretation option on Zoom, I have a pro account and when I enable language interpretation I cannot hear from the other party, any way to resolve this matter?

All my meetings are being recorded by the AI componion WITHOUT my consent. If I go to settings, AI companion, I see that the feature has been locked by the Admin. I have a private account (hence no adm) and the system will not allow me to grant myself ADMIN rights. I have written 3 times to zoom support and I receive the same answer: Go to settings!! I have attached screenshots showing the feature is locked and I keep on receiving the same answer!! It is against the law in Switzerland to record my meetings without my consent, yet they keep on doing this. Please help!!! 

I've started using the Zoom AI companion feature which is great, however, I want this coach insights and summary data into hubspot, is this possible?  I have the integration enabled, and the recordings + transcription automatically post into the relevant Hubspot record however, I would love if the Meeting Coach insights and summary were also posted into the contact.  In particular looking for the meeting coach metrics such as Talk-listen ratio / Longest spiel / Filler words / Talk speed / Patience etc to be visible in a Hubspot call record.  Thanks in advance for any advice!  

We use "Zoom for Google Workspace" add-on with Google Calendar. Even though the options "Automatically start Meeting Summary for all meetings I host" and "Turn on AI Companion automatically when meetings start" are enabled under profile settings, those features do not turn automatically under certain circumstances. From my experience:For meetings created directly in Google Calendar, clicking on Add video conference and selecting Zoom Meeting but not open the options in Zoom for Google Workspace add-on, this does not enable the AI features automatically for the meeting, even though they are configured within the Zoom profile to do so.When creating a meeting directly in Google Calendar and clicking the Zoom for Google Workspace add-on, this brings up the options to start the features automatically, but they are not enabled by default.Scheduling a meeting using the Zoom Workp

A recording was made 2023 before AI Companion was introduced.  Can I play a recording and record it again so that the AI Companion which I have now enabled can work?

Can you please let me know if team is working on supporting Urdu language is Zoom AI companion. 

Very frustrated and unable to contact help from Zoom! I purchased Zoom and should have tech support but the AI refuses to connect me with a person. I have sent emails, and before I sent a web ticket, but now I cannot even access the web tickets. I am at wits end! Can someone please advise me on how I can contact tech support? Without going through the AI, PLEASE! It does not work for me!!!! I also scheduled a demo over three weeks ago and no one has set an appointment with me. Not certain why the automated and artificial systems are haywire but I really need human help. 

I haven't found this feature yet but it would be great if it did.

I am looking to enable the AI companion features for a few users in my org to test.  I have created a test group with few users, however, it looks like  the AI Companion has to enabled at the account level first before enabling it for the test group. How do I ensure that the rest of the users in the org don't get access to this feature?Thanks!

I am the adminwent to admin account settings as well as user settings. Turned everything on.i have the latest client version installed and still ai companion does not show up in the footer tool bar i am in belgium and i assume i have access to this featureread everything i could find online can’t see what we’re doing wrong  

Can I apply Zoom AI Companion on the (audio) recording of a meeting that is already over? How can I make a transcript of the meeting?Thanks,Stefan
