AI Companion

Hi I was in a board meeting and the secretary was ill, so I thought "no problem, I'll use AI companion to do minutes " then the darn thing wouldn't start!!  So anyway I recorded it but now I still have to go through the whole thing and make minutes.  1.  I've no idea why it wouldn't start - has anyone else had that problem?2. Can I get it to do the recording after the event? Thanks

Hello. I hope you can help. Can someone tell me - or point me to an article - which says what happens when a host transfers ownership mid-meeting. Who is the AI Meeting Summary emailed to (which account does it belong), the original host, the new host, both or split between the two hosts for their portions of the meeting? Thank you

I'm using Zoom AI Companion solution. However, It generate response regardless to my situation. Is it possible to make response regarding to my data? For example, a sentense which I use frequently also called 'template' should be reflected to response AI generate. I want to get response which is relevant to my past data. it is called ..... Tuning?  

The conversation in the entire meeting was in English whereas the summary came in Hindi. How do I convert it into English and send it to people who joined the meeting and how can I avoid this in future?

I'm trying to turn on the AI Companion feature in settings but it says it locked by admin.  How can this be given I am the sole owner of the account.  My plan is Workplace Pro so I don't have live support. 

I want to use the AI companion feature in Zoom's whiteboard. However, I can't see the button. How can I activate the AI companion button? 

how do I delete AI from my account? There is not telling what it records or uses... I have no idea what will be used. How do I get rid of it? 

Is it possible to utilize a meeting summary for a recorded meeting on zoom, even if the feature wasn't enabled before the session took place?

Hello, My organization is running into an issue where the settings for the Zoom AI companion are enabled and the correct options are ticked, but we are not receiving any email transcripts. Last Friday, we ran the AI Companion for about 10 minutes as test, but we have not yet received the email. We ran the companion again at 10 AM and yet again didn't receive anything. In my Settings > AI Companion > Meeting section >Meeting Summary with AI companion (is ticked)Send an email notification when sharing with users (ticked) Share summary with:Only me (meeting host) (ticked)  Thank you

I want to transcribe Zoom cloud recordings.Following instructions, I am in the Record Section BUTWhere are the Advanced cloud recording settings? 

I can't turn off "locked by admin" on Settings > AI Companion > Meeting Summary with AI Companion even though I am the account owner and only user. I want to turn off "Allow hosts to generate a summary."  I can't find out how to unlock this section so I can turn off these AI Companion Meeting Summaries. I just upgraded zoom to 6.0.x.  Didn't helpI logged into zoom settings using incognito mode - -didn't helpI switched to another browser and logged in - -didn't help.it's all grayed out, saying I don't have enough privileges to change these options/turn AI Companion meeting summaries off.thanks.

How do I make AI disappear? It really disturbs my Zoom attendees. We have met weekly since the pandemic. I have not enabled AI in my settings, and it still shows up and annoys our group. Tonight, one guest reported that his computer tried to tie him to a Facebook page when he had never been on Facebook. This three-plus-year-old group is on the edge of breaking up over this. What can I do? 

I have just realised the audio transcript tick box wasn't ticked before my meeting recording to the cloud. Is there anyway to convert it via zoom afterwards? 

We use AI companion to aid in keeping minutes of our board meetings. When multiple people speak at once, it's challenging to get accurate notes and summaries. Is there anything we can do to help with this in the AI Companion settings? Or do we just need to ensure that meeting attendees speak one at a time? 

Hello! Is it possible to access full transcripts from zoom calls after the call has ended without recording the calls themselves?  I'm aware of the closed caption feature (but this transcript doesn't seem to persist after the call) and am aware of the ability to access a transcript of a call if it is recorded, but am wondering if it's possible to have access to the transcript of a call without needing to record it. And specifically I'm looking for a HIPAA compliant solution.  Thank you!

How can I find AI Companion notes after I have closed the zoom meeting?

Due to opperator error I have ended up with a number of AI Summary files that seen but not accesses (selection button is not available. Thus it is not possible to delete these files. I have now learnt how to aviod this problem (don't close session just after oping the summary option.I can live with these redundant files but it is just annoying. ThanksDaryl

Is it possible to disable the AI features on Zoom? The buttons take up space on the toolbar, pushing both the Participants and Chat button into the "View More" section, which is super inconvenient.

Hi,  Does anyone know what it means when the AI Summaries are greyed out?  Today I had 2 meetings where I used the AI Companion. When I go to the My Summaries tab I see entries for them but they are not clickable/viewable. I was able to access the AI Summaries for meetings I had last week. But today I cannot. I didn't do anything different today than last week, so I am stumped as to why I cannot access today's summaries.  UPDATE: My issue was resolved. The summaries became available a few hours after the meeting ended.

I was just updating my Meeting Summary. I went to Save and it said I was logged out. I logged in and now when I go to the Summaries it is listed but there is no longer content. It now says it was not generated. Does anyone know how I can restore my summary with an ID number?

I am curious about the way that the consent is set up for Zoom AI Companion for the summaries and how companies are getting buy-in from internal Legal and Privacy teams. When cloud recording is enabled for a meeting, participants must acknowledge the disclaimer or leave the call.When the meeting summary is enabled for a call, the pop-up appears at the top of the meeting to raise awareness that the feature is enabled, but that is it. Being based in the US, I believe states that have a two-party consent, this would be a challenge because while not being recorded, the meeting is being transcribed to summarize...or am I missing something?

Hello, my zoom has had no issues until I installed the following app directly from zoom:   "Meeting Recaps, Transcripts, Recording from ReadBy Read AIInstant meeting recaps, transcripts, recordings, and automated real-time tools to help you have better Zoom meetings." It corrupted my zoom and computer. I uninstalled zoom but when I went to reinstall through zoom.us, it refused to reinstall. I can only use it through a browser which means the camera quality is poor (no option for HD).  I went through all the trouble shooting, restarted PC, checked internet, cleared cache and cookies, checked permissions..... Any ideas? 

My AI Companion summary is cutting off after about 2 hours I believe of a 3 hour meeting, is there a way to get more time/summary?
