Currently, approximately 100 people are registered for my webinar (via Zoom). Accordingly, confirmation links have been sent to their email addresses. What will happen with these links after I disable registration? I want to disable registration to be able to send registered participants reminders with a 'direct' link (in the case of registration being enabled, it is impossible to create such a link) to the Zoom meeting 10 minutes before it starts. Unfortunately, Zoom currently only allows reminders to be sent an hour before, resulting in a loss of audience.
Our non-profit organization has been using Zoom for over 2 years, but this problem only arose in October 2023 when we published details of our offerings and posted Zoom registration links on our website. The problem is with PayPal integration. At that point, and continuing to this day, every attempt to register for any of our Zoom webinars seems to fail after PayPal payment has been made. We have set up many test webinars and the problem occurs for every one. What the customer sees is that, having paid for the webinar, they are re-directed back to Zoom, on a "Waiting for confirmation from PayPal" page, but the spinner never stops. It's as if Zoom never receives a response from PayPal. If the customer is sharp-eyed, they may see a small popup message that says HTTP error 401 has occurred, but that message is only visible for a second or two. In fact, the PayPal transaction has been successfully processed, and Zoom sends a confirmation message to the person who
When I start slideshow on Keynote, the participants see a black screen. How can I fix this?

I have had 2 problems with Zoom. I belong 2 webinar groups where I get notification that I am signed up for the event from the group, but don't get the email from zoom so I can join the webinar. I checked with both groups and they have my correct email address and no problems from others. I checked here and was told it was a problem on my end without any recommendations on how to fix it. So I deleted the zoom app and reinstalled it which has not fixed the problem. By the way, I belong to other groups who use Zoom and don't have this problem. Then today I tried to log into one of the webinars and could never join it. In fact in the middle of trying to get into the meeting, Zoom decided it needed to update. I did that then could never get into it. Same thing this evening with another group I have been successful with for a long time until tonight I could not join from the Zoom email. I reregistered for the program and still coul
We are hosting a webinar that spans two days with 4 hours each day. Is there a way to use a single registration link? Ideally, we would also want a single join link.
I have the same speakers and bios for all my webinars, but I have to upload photos and copy/paste their bios every time. The webinar template doesn't save speaker info. Is there a want to save the speaker info for future webinars?
Even though I've successfully registered, I didn't receive any confirmation email for the webinar.
I am hosting a webinar tomorrow night and I have everything down pat EXCEPT that my job is to simply act as moderator so I must remain unseen, so no little black box or photo appearing within the presentation. Part of the presentation is pre-recorded and my photo is covering the top RHS which completely covers the presenter speaking in the recording!! I only know this as I have had someone log in as an attendee in a practice session. I don't know how to fix this and have tried everything I know. Surely there are other companies that simply employ others to run their webinars whilst remaining invisible?? Please help!
Hello,Is it possible to have one price for a webinar from X date to X date and a different price after X date? For example:$40/person from now until December 31st$50/person after December 31stOr, do we need to manually change the price of the webinar within Zoom on the different dates? Thank you!
Hello, When someone registers for a webinar (and pays), are they able to share the link with anyone or is it unique to them? We don't want people to be able to share links. Thank youi!
New issue since last week. I conduct webinars regularly and always use poll questions. As of last Tuesday, after I enable screen sharing to show my presentation, the polling feature or polls icon disappears and I can't access the polls. I am forced to stop sharing my screen so all the features show up again. This can't be right - what changed?
We send post-events emails directly from zoom. I would like to have some data on the engagement with our customers, like how many people opened the email/clicked/etc. I can't find anywhere to pull those, was anyone able to do that?
Help. I have a pretty basic understanding of Zoom. I can work the User and Plan management features and I know how to do at least the most basic of actions. My boss came to me about 4 months ago, and was wondering what we were paying fro different aspects in Zoom. When I told him the Webinar plan cost, his words were something to the effect of "$80 per month to use it once a year, we don't need that." So I dropped our Webinar plan. Now he wants it back, which I did without issue, but his historical Webinars aren't there. Is there a way to recover his previous Webinars from the cloud?
Hi, I'm trying to download webinar attendee report but getting this error for some webinars. 500 Internal Server Error (-1) How to resolve this? I've been able to download some reports but some are stuck. Registration report for same webinar was downloadable.

Students receive the email with a link to register for the webinar. They continually receive a response that the email address they are using is incorrect. They have never registered for a webinar of mine. It will not let them register on another computer either. So how are they to register for a webinar if zoom isn't going to accept their email address?
I have tried multiple times, and from different browsers, to change the registration questions required to register for a webinar. I'm only trying to make organization and job title as a required question during registration. Once I've chosen them and clicked on Save All I get a pop up stating "Edit Registration Success". However, the questions don't show up in the registration form and when I go back in the options have been de-selected. Anyone know how I can fix this? Thanks 🙂
I need technical help hope that’s ok.I’m running my first masterclass on inner child work it’s a zoom meeting that they had to register to join. Now I’m sending drip emails as reminders with the link. BUT the invite link just takes them to register again??? I have the meeting ID and passcode listed but I want the link to get into the meeting not to register???If I used my generic link for my account and meeting ID and passcode would that work?
I generated invite links for my webinar via the apihttps://developers.zoom.us/docs/api/rest/reference/zoom-api/methods/#operation/webinarInviteLinksCreate However I've noticed that on mobile android and iOS, the zoom app still asks for the users name, even though the link I generated already contains the name. When I try and use the link with the desktop app, it correctly pre-populates the users name set in the invite link. I expect the mobile app to work the same as the desktop app, and to respect the name set in the invite link.
Our CRM system is linked to Zoom. After creating a webinar, CRM shows a lower enrollment total than Zoom. What might be the reason for this inconsistency?
Has anyone else encountered this recently? Have been running shows for over a year with no problem, but for some reason now, even if I hide camera, when I share a screen during a webinar, my company logo remains visible on screen. Any help would be gratefully received as Zoom help has been a case of 'download new version', (which I've done, with no success). I'm not aware that anything has changed in settings to cause this new issue. Many thanks.
I don't mean this as a rant, but I sure wish we were back on the old version of webinars rather than Zoom Events. First, there is much to like in the ability to customize the design aspects in Zoom Events. The design elegance is great. But...1 -- The inability to FULLY preregister attendees for a webinar series -- WITH the demographic information we carefully accumulated on the old platform -- is not good. And I have found no way to do this manually.2 -- Our attendance for our series is WAY DOWN on Zoom Events. No one has been able to provide an idea why. 3 -- The license limits are misleading -- a 500 attendee license ought to mean 500 attendees for a particular webinar, not 500 REGISTRATIONS for a webinar series.4 -- In the analytics, there is often a disconnect between people listed as attendees, and those that were actually attendees.5 -- The inflexibility of the email communications functionality to attendees -- and the fact that sometimes it works, and sometime it
