    you can enable it in your Account Personal SETTINGS under Webinar Chat

    So, when should I do this? Scheduling the webinar (a day early), or waiting for the actual time?

    Hey @ninza-co as @DeniseLahat stated you will need to enable this setting while scheduling the webinar or before the start date and time, saving your changes of course therefore applying any changes to your webinar. More info on Enabling webinar chat
