Good morning,  Is there a way or option to, by default, allow participants in a webinar the ability to unmute themselves? I have done some digging, and I believe I found a way to enable it per meeting, but we would prefer it to be a default "going forward" option that anybody in a webinar can unmute themselves to speak.  Thanks,  Tyler Kurth 

Hi. I am using zoom to host webinars for a Learnworlds platform. At the moment I am struggling to get Learnworlds to recognise the resgistration link from zoom. Does anyone have experience with this who can advise? Many thanks 

I'm Zoom admin but can't find where to update the body in Zoom webinar follow-up messages, only the top and tail. An old message is embedded that I don't seem to be able to update. A few messages seem to say this isn't working but they are months old so I'm hoping this has been fixed. Anyone help?

Hello, Recently we scheduled a webinar and during this process we had the option to set an Alternative Host for the meeting. At the time we did not set it up because we needed to upgrade our colleague's account. However, now that the account has been upgraded it seems that I cannot find the option to add him anymore. Is it not longer possible since the webinar is already scheduled, or does it move places from the tabs? Apologies for the newbie question but this is the first webinar we run on Zoom. Thanks for your help.

Hi, I'm having an issue viewing the attendees information during a live Webinar. I tried to turn on and off the feature, tries to reset all my setting it checks that i can view all but when I jump on live webinar the feature doesn't work. Also the chat feature, I can't see the chat of my clients during my zoom, i tried to turn on these setting but still no working. Does anyone have a clue what I'm doing wrong? I have a licensed account for up to 500 participants. 

Hello, We've added tags to a few sessions in our multi-session zoom event. They appear on the registration page on each of the sessions. See the image below, you can see two tags, one of them says construction.    Unfortunately, they do not show up inside the lobby. See below.   I can filter by audience and product, but users need to click into the filter button. Is there something I can do to make them show up in the lobby by default?

 I've been producing webinars on zoom for several years now, and in the earlier versions of Zoom, there used to be an option to automatically engage "Original Sound for Musicians" when a certain sound source was selected. Right now if you change audio sources, it toggles off as well and stays off when you come back to the sound source which previously **was** in "Musician" mode. Would it not make more sense for it to have to be turned off if you DON'T want it, (after all you've already selected to engage it the settings). It worked fine before, could we have that again?

I'm not sure if there's been a change in the way zoom does it, but it used to be that I was able to set up "Speaker View" as the default view for attendees in a webinar.Does anyone know how to set this up now? I've tried looking up and down the settings, and I can't seem to find a way to do it. In case this feature is not built-in, I hope the folks from zoom are looking at this. it's especially helpful when there are many moving parts in the Webinar and sometimes changing the view is overlooked - which leads to the audience seeing what it's not supposed to...

If I need my delegates to register before entry (for security reasons) do they also need a zoom account or to download the app?

Register with a different email address". Although the webinar is clearly a public webinar, and the email adress I use for registration has a free zoom account associated with it. I have raised this issue with Zoom in several tickets over the last few months, without getting any helpful response. Is anyone having issues turning on breakout rooms in webinar. When you select the webinar tab there is no toggle to enable break out room.

I've set up a webinar for 2 hours.  Is it possible to extend the duration after the webinar has started, so to add another 30 minutes for it to end at 2:30 while the webinar is still in progress?  This is for a paid webinar subscription and I am the Zoom account admin. Appreciate any guidance.  Thanks !

Hi Community  I've installed the Pardot App, but when I go into my 'Webinar' > 'Integrations', the only option is to generate prospects via Forms. How do I add Form Handlers? I don't see an option in 'Configure App' to turn or toggle Form Handlers on. Is it even an option anymore?  

The speaker logo is square JPG and 160 pixels x 160 pixels but does not show up on the registration page. Is there a way to rectify this? I have inserted it in the bio page under branding.

I have inserted a 160 x 160 pixels round logo against a webinar speaker's bio in branding, but it doesn't appear on the registration page. Does it absolutely need to be square? I am pretty sure I've featured round ones in the past.

We've been testing the webinar feature lately for a big event coming up. In one of our tests, we were able to invite all audience members to unmute so they could applaud for the main speaker. But during our second test run, this feature didn't work. The host clicked 'invite everyone to unmute' but no one got the pop up bubble asking them to unmute. Does anyone know what could be going on here?

Hi, I am hosting a webinar and cannot figure out how to disable the raise hand function. I thought I used to go into the participants, and I selected "Disable raised hand", but it is not there anymore.    

I have checked my settings. This feature works in meetings--But it wont allow me to check "Share sound" on videos within the webinar feature. Thanks in advance. 

One of our Zoom users has scheduled an important webinar. She added multiple alternate hosts to the webinar, but none of them received the invitation email. Resending the invitation also does not work, although Zoom gives a message indicating the invitation was sent. Invitations are not in people's individual junk mail, nor caught by our corporate spam. Checking the email system shows the messages never arrived. However, other scheduled webinars' alternate host invitations work correctly. It's just this one critical webinar having a problem.- Will an alternate host be able to start the meeting from the link that went to regular attendees, or does the alternate host invitation send a special link they need?-Any ideas what could be causing the invitations not to be sent/delivered correctly? It's  not an issue with our corporate email system.

Hi,Can anyone confirm how do I get Milliseconds in Results after conducting Polls/Quiz? The report generated only shows Seconds and it doesn't even shows results in the order of "Fastest answer First". Is there any setting by which i can have results with milliseconds in the Poll/Quiz report(s)?@Webinars "Polls" @Quiz 

Hello everyone, Our team has a re-occurring webinar set up for the rest of the week, and today, many of our registrants are stuck in registration login loops, where they are told that they are not registered when they try to enter a webinar session, and told to re-register. And the loop goes on and on. This loop is also occurring on both desktop and mobile. We've tried incognito or clearing the cache, and it still does not work. I have read that this issue was resolved in April 2023 following a bug with custom questions not being answered during registration, but we have no custom questions set up on our registration forms. Is anyone else having this issue recently or can assist an easy way to get out of this loop? We would like to have this resolved by tomorrow morning the earliest. Thank you.

Dear Zoom Support Team,I am experiencing a recurring issue with video playback during our webinars and would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this problem.Issue Description:In our last 5-6 webinars, we have encountered consistent video playback interruptions.The issue occurs approximately 1 hour and 20-25 minutes into a 2-hour video.The video freezes at this point, although the play button remains in the "playing" state.This problem has occurred consistently in multiple webinars.Additional Information:When reviewing the video after the webinar, it plays through the problematic section without any issues.I have investigated potential webinar settings that might cause this but have not found any relevant options.Request: Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this issue?
