I will be conducting a webinar with 150-200 households and want to have a vote via a poll. In most cases, one household will have 2-3 people eligible to vote. Many, unfortunately, will be signing in from one computer. Is there a way to have all eligible people have an individual vote? The workaround has everyone vote via chat, but it is not optimal.
How long does it take for the webinar platform to be activated after making a payment? Previously i was subscribed to zoom meetings.
Dear Team,My office is looking into upgrading our zoom from basic to professional. We are also expecting that our account will be able to allow us to scream zoom session on facebook live and youtube. I am wondering whether by upgrading to professional edition or Business edition will enable us have these features
Is there a way to track when a person enters the meeting and when they leave as a way of taking attendance for a presentation offering continuing education credits which requires attending the whole sesison.
We had a two-day webinar this weekend. I chose to record it on my computer. On the first day, after the webinar, my computer started to convert the recorded files, but when it reached 99%, converting process stopped. It just stayed at 99% for 30 minutes or more. I chose "Stop converting" because the window said that I can do the converting again in my Zoom account (or something like that). The next day, I recorded the webinar again (on my computer), but after the webinar ended, converting didn't start at all. I don't find any of these recordings in my Zoom account or my computer. How do I get access to these recordings? Both the interruption in the conversation process on the first day and the automatic converting not starting at all on the second day seemed to be problems in Zoom's systems, so I assume that the recorded files are saved somewhere. But how can I find them and start the converting? My internet connection was good on both days, and I had no other problems on my co
Hi! I'm curious about a technical aspect (or maybe it's advice?) of language interpretations in a Webinar. So, here's the bulleted outline of the problem: The event would feature 2 different languages spoken by many presenters - the spoken language is changed back and forth due to the complex schedule So, there would be the original audio that's sometimes language A and sometimes language B. Now, when we add interpreters to the equation, we can designate them to translate either A -> B or B -> A. Is this assumption correct? As a listener, you can join in and choose either the original audio, language A or language B to listen to. Now, the big question is: How can I make it possible that attendees don't have to constantly switch between the original audio and their language? Or am I wrong with an assumption to the problem? A million thanks to anyone willing to help me 🙂
Registration of participants. Example: we have a conference that has 10 panels (each panel is one Zoom webinar). We want to enable participants to have access to all 10 panels (Zoom webinar) with one registration so that they do not have to register more than once. In doing so, we want to have an insight into which participant was individually on which panel (Zoom webinar). As it seems to us for now, each participant would have to re-register for each webinar within the conference, even with e-mail only. Do you have any clever suggestions for solving this problem? Thank you
Does anyone have any ideas on how to record a complete program feed from a Zoom webinar? I'll elaborate- When screen sharing, only the shared screen and a SINGLE small video tile of the person speaking are recorded on the cloud "Shared screen with gallery view." This proves difficult when we want to capture a speaker + an ASL interpreter + the shared screen altogether in the recording. Yes, we can record the iso- gallery view, which records all the video tiles with their video on, even when there's a shared screen, but this involves post production editing after the event to piece them together. Using a third party screen capture app seems like the only way currently to record a one a done program feed. Any other thoughts and ideas are much appreciated.
I have an individual license that allows me to have 1,000 webinar attendees. I am trying to add co-hosts because I need help managing the webinar. Can someone help?

We are just starting to use webinars and did our first one. I recorded it to my computer. But now, I can not find any of the reports that were available with a meeting. Can I get those? Or are they not available in the webinar format?
How can I automatically block the google calendar calendar slots of every registrants on my Zoom webinar event registration. For eg., if a user has registered for an event and has got the email confirmation of the zoom link in their inbox, how can I simultaneously have their google calendar booked by default
Ideally I want to create a Zoom Meeting for 2,000 people within which I can still create breakout rooms for smaller group discussions. It seems the only way to do this is to use Zoom Events and get a Zoom Events License for up to 3,000 people - I am prepared to do that, but I have to be sure that in Zoom Events, I can create a Meeting (not a Webinar) and would need to know that Meeting does provide the breakout room functionality. Does anyone know? I can't find an answer about breakout room functionality in Zoom Events anywhere. Thanks
Dear Zoom Community. I wonder if Zoom Webinars allow panelists to request and give remote control (like in Zoom Meetings). The scenario is I am a panelist and keep full set of slides presentation and I want to give remote control to each of panelist to run the slides show by his/herself as he/she take presentation role during the Webinars. Thank for your kind support. Hanh Nguyen
Hi there, great that you have a community now. We are currently trying to integrate our Zoom Webinars with Khoros ;-).Part of the issues is that only one person can approve registrants and only one person can see the registration list in Zoom.Is there a way to set up multiple responsible persons for one Webinar, to cover in case of holidays, sickness or worse?RgdsChristian

Hello! I have a question. If I need the interpretation function, what plan should I purchase? Some time ago I could buy a professional plan + video webinar add-on, but now I do not see this option, only business plan. Is that so, only business plan has interpretation function now?
I had a webinar scheduled last night and not one person showed up. Here is my question... I created the webinar and I also registered all of the participants using the same browser(without deleting cookies, etc.). The reason being that the webinar registrants came from Facebook Leads so I registered each new lead manually to the Zoom webinar. Would there have been any technical issues in using my computer/same browser to add each new registrant? I am guessing no, but I just find it strange that not one person showed up. The one individual who did show up registered herself through her computer/browser. Thoughts?? There may be other marketing related reasons as well like there was no charge for registering for the webinar, etc.

I wanted to register for an event in the Pacific Islands region where I live (Solomon Islands). It is a webinar organised by Youth NGOs and supported by international agencies and UN. It is about our region. However when I tried to register with the Zoom event registration link given, I found that Solomon Islands is not in the drop down list of countries. I refuse to enter "Other". This is a throw back 20 years when you might even find such basic errors in Microsoft. It's an insult that for a webinar in and about our region, Zoom corporation considers one of our countries not worthwhile to enter in their list of countries.
i have webinar meeting schedule for 18th August and 19th August, but i copy the passcode but still not opening and having a meeting. but I am new to using Zoom meeting
